材料 Ingredients:
三個三色椒 3 sweet bell peppers
四百克鯪魚肉 400g fish paste
適量粟粉 Corn starch
鯪魚肉調味料 Condiments for fish paste:
半茶匙胡椒粉 1/2tsp ground pepper
一茶匙幼鹽 1tsp salt
一茶匙半生粉加兩湯匙清水 1.5tsp potato starch in 2tbsp water
一茶匙半麻油 1.5tsp sesame oil
適量蔥粒(不是必要)chopped scallions (optional)
琉璃芡材料 Gravy ingredients:
一茶匙生粉加一湯匙清水 1tsp potato starch in 1tbsp water
兩茶匙生抽 2tsp soy sauce
一湯匙蠔油 1tbsp oyster sauce
一茶匙砂糖 1tsp sugar
四分一茶匙胡椒粉 1/4tsp ground pepper
半茶匙麻油 1/2tsp sesame oil
一百四十毫升清水 140ml water
一茶匙紹興酒 1tsp Xiaoshing wine
