材料(一人份量)Ingredients (1 person portion)
兩條英式豬肉腸 2 sausages
兩隻雞蛋 2 eggs
兩片煙肉 2 slices of bacon
一個大磨菇 1 portabello mushroom
一個番茄 1 tomato
一罐茄汁焗豆 baked beans
兩片麵包 2 slices of bread
(如果有烤箱的話,用烤箱烤更加美味,更加健康!)
