【新唐人2016年01月27日訊】加拿大和美國各大食品超市還在審查Dole品牌的生菜，因為美國大雪，讓下架工作受到了阻力，Dole食品加拿大子公司已經宣布，召回該公司生產包裝生菜沙拉。

根據美國疾病防控中心（Centers for Disease Controland Prevention）1月22日報告，Dole在美國俄亥俄州生產的包裝沙拉因感染李斯特菌，已導致一名密歇根州居民死於醫院，另在6個州有12人因同樣原因住院。
受感染的生菜包裝的特點是，產品號碼的前面有一個大寫的“A”，產品的牌子包括Dole, Simple Truth, Fresh Selections, Marketside, The Little Salad Bar 和President’s Choice Organics ，這些生菜包裝在 Kroger, ValuMarket, Jay C, Food 4 Less, Wal-Mart, Meijer, Save-a-Lot和其他零售店出售。
Dole包裝沙拉在加拿大安省、魁省和大西洋省份，以及美國的23個州銷售。加拿大已發現7個病例，多為80歲以上老年婦女。
