河北唐山兩會600多訪民會場前伸冤
河北唐山的「兩會」正在召開，1月28號，600多名訪民到會場前伸冤，數千警察和截訪人員到場戒備。
五維權人士江蘇探友被抓捕
南京的王健、天津的劉勇、鄭玉明和王亮、還有蘇州的王明賢，他們在1月28號一起前往江蘇泰興，準備去探望患肝癌的民主人士顧志堅。在途徑靖江的時候，被警方跟蹤抓捕，押送到了泰興市「張橋派出所」虐待。29號，他們5人全部被遣返原籍關押。
浙江業主集體下跪維權遭鎮壓
浙江金華萬達廣場門口，1月28號，再次聚集了數百名業主，他們身穿印有「無信」、「退房」等字樣的白色T恤，集體下跪維權。大批警察到場鎮壓，多人被毆打，至少3人被抓捕。
萬達廣場的業主們，因收房後發現與開發商宣傳時有較大出入，房屋結構發生改變，而且裝修使用廉價材料等，已經發起多次維權行動。
四川農民舉牌要求漲社保金
四川綿陽地區的155名失地農民，1月27號，在當地的鐵牛廣場拉橫幅，要求暫停給公務員加工資，立即給農民漲社保。請願活動引來200多人圍觀。三名巡警抵達現場，沒有採取行動。

Let’s look at the brave rights defending activities
of the repressed Chinese people.
600 Tangshan Petitioners Redress at the Venue of, Two Sessions
Tangshan local governmental Two Sessions were held on Jan. 28.
More than 600 petitioners redressed outside of the venue
while thousands of police officers and governmental agents
were on patrol at the scene.
Five Activists Were Arrested When Visiting A Friend in Jiangsu Province
On Jan. 28, five Chinese activists, Wang Jian from Nanjing,
Liu Yong, Zheng Yuming and Wang Liang from Tianjin,
and Wang Mingxian from Suzhou,
were on their way to visit activist Gu Zhijian in Jiangsu.
Gu has been suffering from liver cancer.
The activists were soon followed, arrested and subsequently
tortured in the police station in Taixing City.
On the 29th, they were repatriated back home.
Zhejiang Home Owners’ Rights Were Repressed
Hundreds of home owners once again gathered in a business
plaza, Wanda, of Zhejiang Province on Jan. 28.
Wearing white T-shirts printed with ‘Failed Promise’ and ‘Reject
the Apartments’, they knelt as a group to defend their rights.
Large numbers of police were at the scene to suppress
the petition.
Many people were beaten, at least three were arrested.
The home owners have launched numerous protests
against the apartments built to shoddy substandard levels.
The structural plans were altered and the décor was finished
with cheap materials.
Sichuan Farmers Demand Better Pension Fund
On Jan. 27, 155 landless farmers of Mianyang region
of Sichuan Province held up banners at the local plaza.
They demanded that the government delay wage increases
for public servants and to immediately increase social security
funds for farmers and labouresr.
More than 200 onlookers were at the scene.
Three police patrols also arrived but took no action.
