浙江嬰兒死於醫院 家屬討說法被鎮壓
25號，一名4個月小孩因為咳嗽，到浙江省湖州市長興縣人民醫院輸液後死亡。
26號，家屬到醫院討說法遭到警察鎮壓，10多人被抓捕，小孩的媽媽被4個警察抬到派出所，直到暈死過去才放出。
湖南數百投資人連日維權
1月25號、26號，湖南博灃資產管理有限公司的數百投資人，連續兩天到湖南省政協會議會場外集會，抗議工商銀行、中國銀行湖南分行與博灃勾結，利用掌握的投資人信息以及投資人對銀行的信任，兜售已經終止的、甚至是「子虛烏有」的信託產品。他們要求銀行賠償博灃公司捲款跑路後的損失。大批警察到現場攔截，抓走11人。
太原討薪女工被打死案新進展
據大陸「民生觀察」網報導，前不久在太原討薪被打死的河南女工周秀雲的女兒王倩，27號發出消息說，太原龍城派出所派一名女警，秘密潛入她們家居住的旅店，意圖搶走保存有案件證據的手機，被現場截獲。王倩報警後，警方未對事作出處理。
大陸各地召開兩會 訪民被攔截
大陸各地正在召開所謂的「兩會」，很多訪民都想藉機到場伸冤，但多數都被攔截。
據大陸「民生觀察」網報導，27號，湖北、天津當局為了控制訪民伸冤訴屈，都在會場周邊密佈了大量截訪人員，大批警察改穿便衣，攔截綁架訪民。陝西也有訪民在當地兩會期間，被押返關押。

Baby Died and Family Supressed
On the 25th, a four-month old baby from Zhejiang Province
died after an IV injection.
The baby had been sent to the hospital due to coughing.
On the 26th, the family went to the hospital asking
for an explanation, but were suppressed by the police.
A dozen were arrested.
The baby’s mother was carried into the police station
by four police.
She was not released until she fainted in the police station.
Hundreds of Investors Protest in Hunan Province
Hundreds of investors of Hunan Bo Feng Asset Management
protested outside a government building on Jan. 25 and 26.
It is said that the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China,
Bank of China Hunan Branch and Bo Feng have colluded
to sell trust products that were terminated or non-existent.
The investors demanded the banks compensate the loss
after the owners of Bo Feng ran away with the money.
A large number of police were at the scene
to intercept and arrested 11 people.
New Development In the Case of the Taiyuan Female Worker Beaten to Death
Civil Rights & Livelihood Watch reported a new
development in the case of female worker Zhou Xiuyun.
She was beaten to death in Taiyuan while protesting
her wage arrearage.
Her daughter, Wang Qian, issued online that a Taiyuan
policewoman was caught trying to sneak into her home
to steal her cell phone that stored case evidence.
Wang reported the incident to the police
but the police ignored the matter.
Petitioners Across China Are Blocked During The Two Meetings
While the Two Meetings are being held across China,
many petitioners wanted to redress their grievance
but most were blocked.
Civil Rights & Livelihood Watch reported that on the 27th,
authorities of Hubei, Tianjin, and other areas have arranged
agents to intercept petitioners around the venues.
Plainclothes police were also deployed
to abduct the petitioners.
Petitioners in Shaanxi Province were also arrested.
All these actions were taken to control the petitioners
from addressing the injustice during the Two Sessions.
