【新唐人2015年01月23日訊】建三江案代理律師會見權再被剝奪
因黑龍江建三江當局違法拘禁法輪功學員，而引起大陸公民和律師前仆後繼維權的「建三江事件」，目前依然在持續。
1月22號，北京律師王宇、重慶律師唐天昊，分別前往佳木斯看守所和建三江農墾看守所，要求會見他們的當事人、法輪功學員李桂芳和石孟文，但都遭到看守所的再次拒絕。
兩名律師隨後分別前往當地的相關機構投訴控告，並舉牌抗議，要求歸還會見權。
去年3月，李桂芳、石孟文等7名法輪功學員與四位維權律師，因到建三江黑監獄要求釋放被非法拘禁的法輪功學員，而遭到當地警方抓捕和酷刑折磨，四位維權律師共被打斷24根肋骨，有三名法輪功學員被迫害致生命垂危。事件引起社會極大反響，一批一批的正義律師和公民前往建三江要人，之後，四位律師和三名法輪功學員被釋放，但其餘四名法輪功學員則一直被關押至今，並被禁止會見律師。
港「地下黨」參加中共政法會議
中共政法委官方網站「中國長安網」，1月21號發文公布中共20號召開的政法工作會議內容，其中提到「香港工委和澳門工委負責人」出席了會議，罕見的公開提及港澳工委的活動。消息被大陸各大媒體轉載，也引起了香港媒體的關注。
香港工委是中共派出機構，全稱是「中共香港工作委員會」，在香港屬於地下性質，這是首次被中共當局公開披露，參與以國安為主題的政法系統會議。
香港《信報》引述時事評論員劉銳紹的分析說，雖然暫時未公開香港工委負責人的身份，但中共可能是希望港人逐漸習慣「地下黨」的存在。
中共將台灣當作網路攻擊試驗場
中共對全球的網路攻擊頻頻受到指責，1月22號，台灣政府資訊安全會報召集人、行政院副院長張善政，則在記者會上表示，中共對台灣網路攻擊的很多手法都是「全球首見」。
據英國廣播公司（BBC）中文網報導，張善政披露，台灣的政府機關每年通報被攻擊事故大約300餘件。從來源和慣用手法來看，「合理懷疑」來自中共的比例很高。他說，台灣「與世為善」、除了中共，大概沒有其他國家對他們有甚麼企圖。
張善政表示，他曾經和其他國家談起這個話題，其他國家認為中共是將台灣作為網絡攻擊的試驗場。

Lawyers Again Denied Access to Clients in Jiangsanjiang
The illegal detention of Falun Gong practitioners by
the Jiansanjiang authorities in Heilongjiang Province
has triggered continued rights defense activities by lawyers.
On Jan. 22, Beijing lawyer, Wang Yu and Chongqing lawyer,
Tang Tianhao went to the Jiamusi Detention Center
and the Land Reclamation Jiansanjiang Detention Center,
but were again denied a meeting with their clients, Li Guifang
and Shi Mengwen, who are Falun Gong practitioners.
Two lawyers protested at the related local organizations,
holding placards demanding their rights.
Last March, 7 Falun Gong practitioners and 4 rights lawyers
were arrested and tortured for requesting the release of
illegally detained Falun Gong practitioners.
The lawyers were beaten and sustained 24 broken ribs in total,
while three practitioners were left in critical condition.
This triggered a huge response; many justice lawyers and
citizens visited Jiangsanjiang to request their release.
Although subsequently the four lawyers and three Falun Gong
practitioners were released, another four practitioners are now
detained and have been banned from meeting with lawyers.
HK Work Committee Joins China Political Conference
Jan. 21, the CCP Politics and Law Committee official website
China ChangAn published their content meeting from the 20th.
They refer to activities of the Hong Kong and Macau Work
Committee, whose directors attended the meeting.
Mainland media reprinted the story, which has attracted
the attention of media in Hong Kong.
The Hong Kong Work Committee is deployed by the CCP
and is an underground organization in Hong Kong.
This is the first time the CCP publicly disclosed its national
security-themed meeting from its politics and law system.
The Hong Kong Economic Journal quoted an analysis from
commentator Liu Ruishao, saying that although the CCP
hasn’t made public the identities of the committee members,
the CCP may want the Hong Kong people to get used to
committee’s existence underground.
Chinese Regime Uses Taiwan as Cyber Attack Test Ground
The CCP is frequently found to be the culprit
for global cyber-attacks.
On Jan. 22, Chang San-cheng, the convener of the Taiwan
Government Information Security Report and vice president
of Executive Yuan, said at a press conference that the CCP’s
many cyber-attack tricks on Taiwan are the first of their kind.
According to the British Broadcasting Corporation’s website,
Chang San-cheng has disclosed that over 300 cyber-attacks
are reported every year by Taiwan government agencies.
Based on the resource and technique,
it’s reasonable to believe that they were from the CCP.
Chang San-cheng says Taiwan holds good global relations
and the CCP is the first regime to attempt attacks on them.
Many believe the CCP uses Taiwan as a testing ground
for cyber-attacks.
