【新唐人2015年1月21日訊】馬三家受害者要求國家賠償
1月19號、20號，連續兩天，王玉萍、劉華、郝威等六名馬三家勞教所的受害者，前往中共司法部和公安部上訪，控告遼寧省司法系統和公安系統對她們的迫害，並要求國家賠償。
據海外《博訊》中文網報導，這六名受害者集體控告遼寧省司法系統濫用職權，與遼寧省公安勾結，非法綁架、勞教她們。她們指控，被關押在馬三家勞教所期間，她們都受到獄警的酷刑虐待，身體受到摧殘，導致病魔纏身。六名受害者要求中共當局追究相關警察的法律責任，並給予她們國家賠償。
不過，這六名受害者兩天的上訪，都沒有任何結果。
中共拘禁德國記者助理 廣受譴責
德國《時代週刊》駐北京記者助手張淼，懷疑因支持香港「佔中」運動，被中共當局拘留三個多月，至今杳無音訊。聘用她的德國女記者科克里茨日前發表文章公開消息，引起德國及歐洲社會的強烈關注和震動。
德國一些主流媒體對事件進行了報導，表示駐華外國記者的工作環境近年來逐漸惡化。
「國際記者聯盟」也發表聲明，對中共當局非法拘禁張淼，提出強烈批評。
衣俊卿高調露面 外媒嘲笑
兩年前因「作風問題」下臺的中共中央編譯局長衣俊卿，最近再次高調露面，引起外媒的嘲笑和大陸網路的一片喊打之聲。
2013年1月，中共「頂尖的馬列學者」、時任中央編譯局長的衣俊卿，因與下屬女博士常艷多次開房的醜聞被曝光，而被中共宣佈因「作風問題」下課，並且免去編譯局長職務。日前，大陸媒體又突然高調報導，他去年11月初在黑龍江大學參加活動，並做主題報告的消息，引起外界關注。
今年的1月20號，《美國之音》以「從性醜聞到大講臺，馬列權威華麗轉身」為題，對這個因為「通姦」下臺的專門研究馬列的局長，加以嘲笑。
大陸網友也與兩年前一樣，紛紛痛罵衣俊卿「一邊談高尚一邊在下流」，喊打之聲不絕。

Masanjia Labor Camp Torture Victims Demand State Compensation
Six torture victims of Masanjia Labor Camp, including
Wang Yuping, Liu Hua and Hao Wei,
petitioned the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) Ministry of Justice
and Ministry of Public Security on Monday and Tuesday.
They are sueing Liaoning’s provincial judicial system and public
security system over persecution charges, and demand
compensation from the authority.
According to Boxun (boxun.com), the six victims are jointly
accusing Liaoning’s provincial judicial system of abuse of power,
and colluding with public security officers to conduct illegal
abductions and forced labor against them.
All victims have been tortured at the notorious
Masanjia Labor camp.
Their bodies were abused and have consequently endured
serious illness.
The petitioners demand that the CCP take legal action
against those police persecutors and compensation
the victims.
The two-day petition has yet to receive any official
response from the CCP.
Worldwide Criticism of CCP for Abducting a Chinese Assistant of German Newspaper
Zhang Miao, a Chinese assistant reporter working in Beijing
for Die Zeit, the German newspaper,
has been incarcerated by the CCP for over three months
because of her support for Hong Kong’s
Occupy Central demonstrations.
There is currently no update about Zhang’s status.
Ms. Kockritz, the Germany journalist who hired Zhang,
published an article to uncover the story.
Her article is a shock to Germany and Europe, and has drawn
great attention from the public.
Some major German media reported the story, with
comments that the working condition for foreign reporters
in China had become worse in recent years.
International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) also made
a statement strongly criticizing the CCP’s illegal
detention of Zhang Miao.
Yi Junqing’s High-Profile Public Appearance Ridiculed by VOA
Yi Junqing, former head of the CCP’s Compilation and
Translation Bureau of the Central Committee, was dismissed
two years ago following a sex scandal.
However, Yi made a high-profile public appearance
recently. Yi was consequently ridiculed by foreign media
and heavily criticized by Chinese netizens.
In January 2013, the CCP’s “top Marxist scholar" and
head of the Central Compilation and Translation Bureau,
Yi Junqing was officially dismissed for “lifestyle issues”
after he was exposed to sleep with his married subordinate
Chang Yan 17 times in hotel.
Recently, Chinese media suddenly made a high-profile
report about Yi Junqing’s attendance of an event
in Heilongjiang University.
Yi made a speech at the event. The news quickly
became a hot topic among the public.
On Jan.20, Voice of America published an article titled
“From Sex Scandal to the Rostrum: A Magnificent Return
of Marxism Authority".
The article is clearly a ridicule of the Marxist expert
dismissed in a sex scandal.
Chinese netizens did the same thing two years ago.
They keep execrating Yi Junqing with comments like
“Talk Nobly and Behave Dirty".
