【新唐人2015年01月17日訊】上海浦東市民管龍妹1月14號在沒有家人和律師到場的情況下，被判刑三年半。管龍妹是去年上半年被當局非法綁架的法輪功學員之一，而根據《法輪大法明慧網》的不完全統計，僅在去年上半年，上海市就至少有一百名左右的法輪功學員被當局非法綁架。
1月14號，對管學仁來說，是一個讓他滿身大汗，心裡卻冰涼的日子。
上海市民管學仁：「我上下跑了個遍，跑了不知多少次，跑的渾身都是汗，像奔一樣的，都沒找到。我不知道甚麼庭，但是我打開每個庭，我都打開了，都是『正在開庭中』，但裡面沒有人。」
管學仁焦急尋找的，是自己62歲的姐姐管龍妹。14號當天，浦東新區法院預定在下午1點40分對管龍妹進行庭審。但管學仁在1點前就早早趕到，卻沒能見到姐姐，只是在預定開庭的11分鐘後，才從電話得知，所謂的庭審已經結束，姐姐又被判了三年半。
這意味著，姐弟二人又要被迫分開一段很長的日子。
姐姐管龍妹因為堅持修煉法輪功，在2001年10月曾被非法勞教兩年；2007年1月，又被非法判刑六年半；而這次被判三年半的起因，只是因為管龍妹去年6月，給路人送了一張神韻光碟，被所謂的「舉報」。
管學仁：「我姐發資料是光盤，碟片。（法官）他們都沒看，都不知道甚麼內容。我姐說了，這個光盤裡頭宣揚的是中國的文化，五千年的文化，怎麼是反社會秩序呢？他定的罪是『反社會秩序罪』。根本不涉及到犯罪的事情。」
在西方主流社會，神韻藝術團的表演，獲得各界名流的盛讚。尤其不少海外的華人紛紛表示好驕傲，能讓世界見識中華之美，盼望神韻能早日回到中國大陸。然而，因為一張神韻光碟，今年1月6號，浦東新區法院卻對管龍妹進行開庭。
庭審時，辯護律師從程序不合法、事實不清、證據不足等方面，對案件提出了要求和質疑。
律師指出，首先、檢察官應該迴避；其次、公安在當事人與家屬都不在的情況下，私自闖進管龍妹的家進行抄家，其行為已構成違法；第三、所謂的舉報證人並沒有到庭，真實性存在疑問。最後，所謂的鑑定機構「上海市新聞出版局」，不具備鑑定法輪功物品的資格，是非法鑑定。
管龍妹本人也在6號的庭審上表示，開庭是非法的，不承認對法輪功學員的迫害。
管學仁：「從我的感覺上面，就是我姐在審判他們，不是他們審判我姐。我姐說的都是在理的話，她沒錯，真的沒錯。」
儘管堅信姐姐沒有錯，但管學仁還是非常擔心。根據《明慧網》報導，管龍妹在之前的關押中，曾經受到過吊銬、奴工、洗腦等酷刑折磨，體重從120多斤，一下子瘦到皮包骨頭。
管學仁：「我姐不肯說給我聽，如果我聽到這個的話，我一天都承受不了，我活不下去，真的。」
雖然遭受酷刑，也不告訴弟弟，雖然被非法關押，還是關心弟弟找工作，管學仁印象裡的姐姐，是個特別善良的人。
而管龍妹曾在投稿給「明慧網」的文章裡，這樣描述自己：「我原來是經商的，在這世俗的大染缸中，我也學會了打麻將、賭博、抽煙等不良嗜好，當我發出一定要學大法這一念時，這一切都馬上一刀切了，再也不抽煙賭博了。」
管學仁：「99年那時候，我從三樓跳下來，兩條腿殘廢。我姐那時剛學這個功，她來服侍我，就跟我說這個功。當時我看了法輪功的資料，我認為，沒錯，這上面說的都是在理的話，都是教人做善人。我真的不知道共產黨怎麼想的，根本沒有一條涉及到政治。」
99年，也正是中共開始鎮壓法輪功的年份，這場迫害，一直持續到今天。
而管學仁這個不怕死的男兒，在和最好的朋友喝酒聊天，談到姐姐的時候哭了。但出乎他意料的是，朋友也第一次張口，告訴他自己也有一個親戚，同樣因為修煉法輪功，被非法重判了七年。

One disc Caused Shanghai Citizen To Be sentenced
To Three And Half Years
Guan Longmei, a citizen of Pudong, Shanghai, was sentenced
to three and half years on 14th Jan, without the presence of
family and a lawyer.
She was one of the Falun Gong practitioners illegally abducted
by the authorities during the first half of last year.
According to the incomplete statistics of “minghui.org", at
least one hundred or so Falun Gong practitioners were
abducted in Shanghai in the first half of last year.
Jan. 14 is a special day for Guan Xueren both
physically and mentally.
Shanghai citizen, Guan Xueren: I ran over and over until I
lost count and was covered in sweat, but I failed to find it.
I did not know which courtroom they were in, but I went to
each of them, and they all showed ‘Court is in session’,
but when I walked into the courtroom, there was no one inside.
Guan Xueren was anxiously looking for his 62-year-old
elder sister, Guan Longmei.
On Jan. 14, the Pudong New District Court was scheduled
to open a court for Guan Longmei at 1:40 p.m.
However, despite Guan Xueren having reached there at 1 p.m.,
he did not see his sister.
He was only informed through phone eleven minutes after
the scheduled time, that the so-called court was over,
and his sister had received another
three and half years sentence.
This means that the two siblings would be forced to separate
for a long time again.
Guan Longmei was illegally sentenced to forced labor for
two years in Oct. 2001, due to her practicing of Falun Gong.
In Jan. 2007, she was again illegally sentenced to six years.
This time, she was sentenced to three and half years just
because she was being “reported" when she gave
passengers a Shen Yun disc in June of last year.
Guan Xueren: My sister was distributing discs, but they
(judges) did not even take a look at its content.
My sister has said, this disc is promoting the five thousand
years of Chinese culture, how does this anti-social?
They claimed my sister had committed the ‘crime of disrupting
social order’, but this has nothing to do with crime.
In Western mainstream society, the Shen Yun Performing Arts
show has been praised by celebrities from all fields.
Many overseas Chinese have said they are so proud to make the
world experience the beauty of China, and hoped Shen Yun
can perform in mainland China as soon as possible.
However, the Pudong New District Court opened court
for Guan Longmei on Jan. 6 this year just because of
a Shen Yun disc.
During the trial, the defense lawyer had put forward
demands and questions about the case from aspects
including the procedures are not legitimate, the facts are
unclear and the lack of evidence.
The defense lawyer has pointed out, firstly, the prosecutor
should not be present; secondly, the police secretly broke
into Guan Longmei’s house to conduct a house search when
no one was at home, and this behaviour is unlawful.
Thirdly, the so-called reporting witness did not appear in
court, his authenticity is questionable.
Lastly, the so-called accreditation body “Shanghai Press and
Publication Bureau" does not have the qualification to
identify Falun Gong items, and therefore it is illegal.
Guan Longmei also said at the court on Jan. 6 that the
court session is illegal and she does not recognize the
persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
Guan Xueren: I feel it is my sister judging them, not they
judging my sister.
My sister’s words are all reasonable, she is not at fault.
Although Guan Xueren believes his sister was not at fault,
however he was still very worried.
According to reports of “minghui.org", during the previous
jailed period, Guan Longmei was being heavily tortured
by strappado, slave labor and brainwashing, she
became extremely skinny.
Guan Xueren: My sister refused to tell me, if I heard this,
I would not be able to bear it, even for just for one day,
I would die.
In Guan Xueren’s memory, his sister is a very kind person who
does not tell her brother about those tortures, and is still
concerned about her brother’s job despite
being illegally imprisoned.
In Guan Longmei’s article to “minghui.org", she described
herself like this: Originally I was doing business,
in this secular world, I learned bad habits such as
playing mahjong, gambling and smoking.
But when I felt, I must study Dafa, I eliminated all of this,
I never smoked and gambled again.
Guan Xueren: In 1999, I fell down from the third floor, and
my two legs were crippled.
At that time, my sister just started to practice Falun Gong,
she came to help me and tell me about this cultivation.
I had read Falun Gong materials at that time, and I felt its
words were very sensible and correct, it teaches people how
to become a good person.
I really have no idea about CCP’s thinking, this is totally
unrelated to politics.
1999 is also the year that CCP started to persecute
Falun Gong, and this persecution has lasted until today.
The brave Guan Xueren had cried when he told his best
friend about his sister.
Surprisingly his friend also told him that one of his relatives
was being illegally sentenced to seven years due to
practicing Falun Gong.
