杭州小販逃避城管 不慎壓死小孩
15號下午，杭州蕭山區建設四路滬寧時代超市門口，一名水果小販在駕車躲避城管追逐時，不慎將自己3歲的小孩壓死。引發上千名民眾圍觀堵路，聲討當事城管。當天晚上，上百名警察驅趕市民，搶走孩子屍體，打傷2人，抓走3人。
有現場的民眾在網絡發消息表示，城管前來抓人時，小販把孩子放貨車後面水果上準備逃跑，但在車子發動的瞬間，一名城管伸手把孩子一把拉下來，結果導致3歲男童在混亂中命喪車輪下。
安徽700老師維權被毆打
15號上午，安徽省合肥市肥東縣的700多名教師，打出「捍衛教師法，維護教師權益」等橫幅，前往肥東縣政府集會。老師們表示，他們工資過低，還長期被政府剋扣、拖欠，多次溝通交涉也沒有結果。
大量警察到現場驅趕維權教師、搶奪橫幅，多名教師被毆打，至少3人被抓捕。
被迫害致精神失常 女博士仍陷冤獄
據「法輪大法明慧網」報導，原河北科技大學機械電子工程學院副教授李惠雲，因為修煉法輪功，2004年被「610」洗腦班迫害到精神失常，之後被非法勞教兩年。
已經沒有法律行為能力的李惠雲在2011年再次被綁架。之後在2012年被非法判刑4年10個月。
今年51歲的李惠雲是河北科技大學博士畢業，曾多次獲國內外學術大獎，擁有多個專利成果。她在獄中不僅得不到治療，而且長期處於飢渴、捆綁和各種折磨中，目前已被迫害到連母親也不認識，但仍被關在河北省女子監獄。
河南村民圍堵政府抗議強征
河南省永城市演集鎮張大莊村村民，15號遊行、圍堵鎮政府，抗議政府強行征地，打傷村民。
據了解，演集鎮政府在前一天出動大量警察和政府人員，強行佔用大莊村的土地修建液化氣站，引起村民的反對。警察使用辣椒水噴射村民，導致多名村民住院，歲數最大的82歲，最小的2歲。

Hangzhou Hawker’s Boy Dies During Evading Inspectors
On the afternoon of the 15th, a fruit hawker accidently killed
his 3-year-old son while evading the inspection of urban
management staff, known as Chengguan.
Thousands of pedestrians were watching and condemned
the behavior of the Chengguan.
In the evening, hundreds of police went to the scene
to snatch the boy’s body, injured two people and arrested three.
In front of a supermarket of Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou,
Zhejiang Province, a hawker was ready to escape with his boy
on the back of the fruit truck.
But the moment the truck was started, a Chengguan pulled
down the boy which led to the boy’s death under the wheels
in the chaos, according to a witness’ post on the Internet.
More Than 700 Anhui Teachers Protested But Were Beaten
On the morning of the 15th, more than 700 teachers
of Hefei City, Anhui Province, pulled a banner that read,
“Defend Teachers Law, safeguard teachers’ Rights"
in front of the local county hall.
They indicated that they’ve been underpaid,
the government unreasonably deduct from their salary
and even owe them the wages.
After multiple communications and negotiations,
there have been no results.
A large number of police arrived at the scene to drive away
the teachers and grab the banner.
Many teachers were beaten and at least three were arrested.
Assistant Professor Develops Mental Illness from Persecution
Former assistant professor Li Huiyun, Mechanical
and Electronic Engineering, Hebei University of Science
and Technology, has developed mental disorders
from persecution since 2004.
She was persecuted by the local 610 Office for her practice
of Falun Gong.
She was illegally sentenced to labor camp for two years.
After losing her behavioral competence, Li Huiyuan was
kidnapped again in 2011.
She was illegally sentenced in 2012 to four years
and 10 months in prison.
Li, 51 years of age, had a Ph.D. from Hebei University
of Science and Technology, was also a recipient of multiple
academic awards and patents.
Without any medical treatment for her mental illness,
she was also tortured with prolonged hunger, tied up
and abused.
She could not recognize her own mother.
To date, she’s still locked up in Hebei Women’s Prison.
Henan Villagers Protest Forced Land Acquisition
Villagers of Yongcheng City, Henan Province, held a march
to the local town hall on the 15th to protest against forced land
acquisition and injuries to many villagers by local authorities.
It is understood that local police and officials forcibly occupied
local land to build a gas station just a day before.
The police used pepper spray on opposing villagers
and caused many hospitalized.
The eldest victim was 82 years old and the youngest only 2.
