【新唐人2015年01月16日訊】 報告:中國「被精神病」趨強化
中國湖北民間機構「民生觀察工作室」網站,1月14號發佈《2014年度中國「被精神病」年終報告》說,大陸正常公民「被精神病」,已經成為中共當局打壓異見人士的慣常手段。2014年,大陸異見人士「被精神病」,有進一步強化的跡象。
據「民生觀察工作室」透露,報告的材料直接來自大陸各地「被精神病」的當事人,和中共官方媒體的公開報導。
報告說,過去一年,隨著中共《精神衛生法》的實施和勞教制度的廢除,中共當局除了廣泛採取黑監獄、法教班等非法剝奪公民人身自由權的方式外,還借用精神病院,長期丶反覆關押丶迫害丶控制異議人士。很多曾經「被精神病」的上訪維權人士丶異議人士,2014年再次關入精神病院。
立法會答問大會 梁振英成眾矢之的
香港行政長官梁振英,1月14號,在香港立法會宣讀了他的第三份施政報告後,15號出席立法會答問大會。
泛民議員這次沒有離場抗議,而是在場內提問質疑,多名泛民議員在會上指責梁振英在施政報告中,高調點名批評香港大學學生會刊物別有用心。公民黨黨魁梁家傑質疑梁振英是要凸顯自己的維穩作用,以鞏固自己的地位。
議員何俊仁則提出梁振英收取澳大利亞公司五千萬元收購酬勞的事,質疑梁振英怎麼向香港人交代及解釋沒有受外國勢力的影響?並表示,他會要求廉政公署繼續完成調查報告,還香港人公道。
梁振英也不甘示弱,與提問的議員唇槍舌劍,爭辯不已。
而梁振英的施政報告公布後,香港大學民意研究計劃的最新民調顯示,香港市民的滿意淨值為負5個百分比。
德記者:中共當局逼我承認是間諜
德國「時代」週刊在大陸的新聞助理張淼,因香港「佔中」事件,被中共當局逮捕已經超過12個星期。
「時代」週刊駐中國記者科克里茨(Angela Köckritz)日前發表文章,詳細描述了張淼被捕事件,以及她為尋找張淼而奔波,自己卻被中共安全機構構陷的經歷。
科克里茨說,她與張淼去年9月飛往香港,追蹤報導香港「雨傘運動」,張淼曾透過微信發了「佔中」的報導和照片。10月1號,張淼回北京後就被捕了。
她為了營救張淼,聯繫中共國安部門,結果,中共國安人員卻試圖透過誘導和恐嚇、斥罵,逼迫她承認在大陸從事間諜工作。

Report: State Induced Mental Disorder Getting Worse in China

Website released the compulsory 2014 annual psychosis report:
forced compulsory psychosis of the normal population has become
the usual way of suppressing dissidents by the Chinese authorities.
In 2014, the compulsory psychosis of mainland dissidents is
further strengthening.
According to the Minshengguancha Office, the report material
directly comes from the compulsory psychosis parties on the mainland
and China official media’s public report.
The report said in the last year, with the Mental Health Act
implementation and the re-education system abolition,
in addition to the illegal deprivation of civil liberties by the
widespread adoption of black jails and bending the law,
the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) also uses mental hospitals to
repeatedly detain, persecute and control dissidents in the long term.
In 2014, many compulsory psychosis petitioners and dissidents
were repeatedly sent to mental hospital.
Leung Chun-ying Becomes Target of Public Criticism in Question
and Answer Session
January 15, Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying attends
the Question and Answer Session at the Legislative Council after
his third policy address on January 14th.
The pan Democrats did not protest by leaving this time,
but they questioned and criticized Leung Chun-ying’s report’s
ulterior motives about high-profile criticism on Hong Kong University Students’ publications.
Civic Party leader Alan Leong questioned Leung Chun-ying
about his emphasizing the stability maintenance to consolidate
his position.
Legislator Albert Ho asked how can Leung Chun-ying explain
fifty million yuan reward from an Australian company without
any impact from foreign forces?
He said he would ask the ICAC to give Hong Kong people a reason
by finishing the investigation report.
Leung Chun-ying argued with Legislators without showing weakness.
Mr Leung’s report said, the latest poll from the University of
Hong Kong of Public Opinion Programme shows the satisfaction
of Hong Kong people as being 5 percentage in the negative.
German Reporter: Chinese Authorities Forced me to Admit Spying
German Times news assistant in the mainland, Zhang Miao has
been arrested by the Chinese authorities for more than 12 weeks
due to Hong Kong Occupy Central events.
Times magazine correspondent in China Cork Biarritz (Angela
Köckritz) recently published an article about the detail of Zhang
Miao’s arrest, and the CCP security agency’s framing her during
the process to rescue Zhang Miao.
Cork Ritz said she and Zhang Miao reported on the Hong Kong
Umbrella Campaign last September and Zhang Miao posted Occupy
Central reports and pictures through micro-blog.
October 1, Zhang Miao was arrested after going back to Beijing.
She contacted the CCP State Security to rescue Zhang Miao.
However, the staff there was trying to force her to admit that
she is a spy in the mainland, by induction, intimidation and
reproach.
