陝西城管打小販市民圍堵
陝西省寶雞市鳳翔縣的多名城管，10號在繁華地段執法時。與一名佔道經營小販發生衝突，小販被打傷，上百名鳳翔縣民眾為小販討說法，築起一道厚厚的人牆，堵死了整條街，導致交通癱瘓多個小時。
廈門三名法輪功學員被判刑
據「法輪大法明慧網」12號報導，廈門市思明區法院6號非法開庭，審理法輪功學員朱鳳靈、郭鳳傑、李回英3人，以莫須有的罪名非法判她們三年零二個月、三年零三個月和三年零四個月。
這3名法輪功學員2013年5月22號被廈門市思明區警察非法綁架、抄家，已經被非法關押了1年半，目前被關在廈門市第一看守所。
擔保公司捲款跑路 數千投資人維權
從去年開始，大陸頻繁出現投資公司老闆捲款跑路事件。僅在陝西一地，據報導就有60多家投資公司出現問題。
今年1月11號，涉及40多家投資企業的數千名投資人，前往西安的鐘樓世紀金花廣場集會，希望當地政府出面可以幫忙追討資金。但是政府方面一直沒有人出面，現場有大批警察戒備。
四川村民維權遭毆打 38人受傷
1月8號，四川省峨眉山市大為鎮合龍村的村民，為抗議政府徵地搬遷不公而維權，遭到大約50名警察持鋼管圍毆，包括婦女、老人在內的38人被打傷。
村民表示，當地政府徵收合龍村的土地挖礦，但手續非常模糊，引發不滿。村民們已經持續維權19個月，但是一直沒有結果。

Shaanxi Local Law Enforcement Angers Local Citizens
The Urban Administrative and Law Enforcement Bureau is
also known as Chengguan.
On Jan. 10, a number of Chengguan staff broke into a conflict
with a hawker in a busy street of Fengxiang County
of Shaanxi Province.
The hawker was injured by the beating.
Hundreds of local residents sought justice for the hawker.
They blocked the entire street
and caused traffic gridlock for hours.
Xiamen Court illegally Sentenced Three Falun Gong Practitioners
Xiamen Siming District Court conducted an illegal trial
on the 6th and sentenced three Falun Gong practitioners,
Zhu Fengling, Guo Fengjie, Li Huiying to three years
imprisonments on trumped-up charges,
according to the report of Minghui.org.
Three victims were illegally arrested and homes raided
by local police on May 22, 2013.
They have been illegally detained for a year and a half.
They are now held in Xiamen City First Detention Center.
Thousands of Investors Protest Absconded Company Owners
Since last year, many investment company owners have
run away with money.
Bosses of as many as 60 such companies, have gone missing
just like in Shaanxi Province.
On Jan. 11, thousands of investors involved in more than 40
investment companies gathered in front of local government
buildings asking for official assistance to recover their funds.
Rather than meeting with the officials,
a large number of police were guarding the scene.
Sichuan Villagers Protest and 38 Were Injured
On Jan. 8, villagers of Emeishan City in Sichuan Province
protested against governmental injustice in land acquisition
and relocation.
Around 50 police were at the scene.
They beat the protestors with steel pipes.
There were 38 villagers wounded,
including women and the elderly.
Villagers explained that local government acquired the land
for mining, but the procedure was very vague.
Of 28 families in the village, only 10 received resettlement
relocation. The protest has lasted for 19 months.
