【新唐人2014年12月11日訊】瀋陽三位法輪功學員于溟、李東旭、高敬群被非法庭審，引起國際社會和大陸民眾的持續關注，最近，這三位法輪功學員聘請的律師，聯名要求遼寧省檢察院立案調查辦案人員的違法行徑。
瀋陽法輪功學員于溟、李東旭、高敬群被非法關押在遼寧瀋陽市第一看守所，至今已有一年多了。
據《明慧網》報導，去年8月30號，當地政法委系統以「維穩」為由，抓捕了包括于溟、李東旭、高敬群在內的十多位瀋陽法輪功學員。期間，于溟雖然驚險走脫，但最終被被瀋陽公安國保再次綁架。
一年多的非法關押期間，于溟被三次更改罪名，並多次被剝奪會見律師的權利。據了解，在此之前，于溟已經被非法勞教三次，他失去自由的時間，共長達9年之久。
另一位被非法關押的高敬群女士，45歲，瀋陽瀋海熱電廠工人，家住瀋陽市皇姑區，1997年修煉法輪大法。
去年8月30號，瀋陽市國保警察闖入高敬群住宅，非法搶奪了高敬群的私人物品，隨即高被帶到派出所，第二天下午送到看守所。
同年11月初，瀋陽國保把高敬群帶到看守所三樓的一個特訊室，非法審訊從早上九點一直持續到下午四點左右，他們用暴力手段逼迫高敬群，說手機是從于溟那拿的，並給于溟的手機進行了刷機和粘貼了法輪功的內容。緊接著警察又讓高敬群在幾張空白的筆錄紙上簽字。
維權律師董前勇：「指控他們只是因為買一些手機，發一些講述自己被迫害的經歷，被迫害的真相，自己的信仰是怎麼一回事情，這個事情本身恰好是言論的權利，所以我們認為這個案子，指控的事實本身就不用怕，也沒有這些事情，這些事情不管有沒有，都不算犯罪。」
畢業於東北財經大學的李東旭，今年45歲，未婚。去年11月11號下午，李東旭在瀋陽東油管理局上班時，被瀋陽市一群國保便衣警察綁架，目前李東旭仍被非法關押在瀋陽市看守所。
這期間，幾位法輪功學員遭受了不同程度的酷刑折磨。據了解，于溟在被關押期間，遭受了高壓電擊、綁死人床、灌食等。而據當事人和親屬的《控訴書》描述，為了達到目的，惡警們瘋狂打高敬群的臉，還拿礦泉水瓶子狠命的砸高敬群的胸，心臟撕裂的苦痛讓高敬群幾乎窒息，整個過程用「極度痛苦」四個字都無法形容。
在被非法審訊期間，未婚的李東旭被一男警察剝光衣服，另外三名男警察手持電棍威脅要電擊李東旭的陰部，並被一警察扇了四、五下耳光。
維權律師董前勇：「我們了解的情況，是有這樣的情況，包括李東旭有被扒衣服電擊，其實我們當時呈訴這些事情，包括其他人，我們了解到，他們也是說有被酷刑的情況，被逼供的情況。」
山東濟南律師李仲偉：「就是目前來講，對他最嚴重的是刑訊逼供，具體案情現在沒法談，因為現在還沒經過審理，但是我們可以肯定地說，我們會要求這種對這種刑訊逼供的筆錄，我們舉發證據，要求法庭不得採納。」
根據2013年8月中共《中央政法委：公檢法對辦案質量終身負責》明文規定：法官、檢察官、警察「在職責範圍內對辦案質量終身負責。對於刑訊逼供、暴力取證、隱匿偽造證據等行為，依法嚴肅查處。」
三名法輪功學員及其代表律師表示，將依法維護當事人的合法權益，要求當局無罪釋放法輪功學員並嚴懲參與迫害者。
當事人親屬也向最高法院、最高檢察院、遼寧省高法、省高檢、瀋陽市中級法院、中級檢察院遞交了控告信，強烈要求依法調查被控告人的瀆職行為，依法追究法律責任，並予以法律制裁。
中共對法輪功信仰者發起殘酷迫害，已經超過15年。但是不少律師指出，在中國境內，信仰法輪功是完全合法的，迫害卻是非法的。

Falun Gong Practitioners’ Lawyers Jointly Request To Investigate Case Staff
Three Shenyang Falun Gong practitioners Yu Ming, Li Dongxu, Gao Jingqun’s illegal trial caused continuous attention among the international community and mainland people.
Recently, the lawyers hired by three practitioners jointly requested to investigate the illegal acts of Liaoning Procuratorate case staffs.
It has been more than one year for Shenyang Falun Gong practitioners Yu Ming, Li Dongxu and Gao Jingqun’s illegal detention at Shenyang First Detention Center.
According to the Minghui report, from 30th August, the local political and legal committee arrested more than ten Shenyang Falun Gong practitioners including Yu Ming, Li Dongxu and Gao Jingqun in the name of maintaining stability.
During the time, Yu Ming escaped but was kidnapped again by Shenyang State Security.
During one year of illegal detention, Yu Ming was charged for the offense three times and denied to meet lawyers many times.
Previously, it is said that, Yu Ming has been re-educated through labor three times and lost freedom for 9 years long.
Another illegally detained victim, Gao Jingqun is Shenyang Shenhai thermal power plant worker, aged 45. She lives in Huanggu District in Shenyang and practices Falun Dafa since 1997.
On Aug. 30, Shenyang state security police broke into Gao Jingqun’s house and illegally grabbed her personal items. Then she was taken to the police station and transferred to a detention center the next afternoon.
In early November of the same year, the State Security illegally interrogated Gao Jingqun in a special room from 9pm to 4pm. They forced Gao Jingqun violently to let her say the cell phone was from Yu Ming and they cleaned Yu Ming’s cell phone, also pasted Falun Gong content onto it. Then the police pushed Gao Jingqun to sign on some blank pieces of paper.
Human rights lawyer Dong QianYong: We believe the accusation is invalid because it’s a personal right to purchase a cell phone and send out their own persecution experience or the truth of their belief. No matter if they exist or not, they are not crimes.
45 year old Li Dongxu, who graduated from Northeastern University of Finance is unmarried.
Nov. 11 afternoon, Li Dongxu was kidnapped by a group of plainclothes Shenyang state security officers when he was working at Shenyang East oil Authority.
Currently Li Dongxu is still being detained at the Shenyang Detention Center.
During this period, several Falun Gong practitioners have suffered all kinds of torture.
It is said that during the detention, Yu Ming suffered a high-voltage electric shocks, tied to the death bed, force-feeding and so on.
According to the indictment from her and relatives, to makethe achievement, the guards were crazy to beat her face, hit her chest with mineral water bottles.
The heart tearing pain made Gao Jingqun almost suffocate, and even the world’s most extreme pain cannot describe it.
During the illegal interrogation, unmarried Li Dongxu was naked in front of males. The other three police officers armed with electric batons threatened to electrically shock her genitals and another police officer slapped her face four to five times.
Human rights lawyer Dong QianYong: Our lawsuit includes these situations, such as Li Dongxu was naked and shocked. Per our understanding, they suffered torture and forced confession.
Jinan lawyer Li Zhongwei: Per current situation, the most serious torture is forced confession. We cannot talk in detail because there is no hearing yet. But we certainly request the court not to adopt the forced confession notes as evidence.
According to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) rules in August 2013 from the Central Political and Law Commission: public security a has life time responsible for the quality of case investigation, judges, prosecutors, police officers will be life-long responsible for the case investigation within the duties. People committed torture, violently forced confession, concealing evidence and other acts of forgery will be severely punished according to the law.
Three Falun Gong practitioners and their lawyers said they would safeguard their legitimate rights, request not guilty and severe punishments on persecutors.
The party relatives submitted accusation letter to the Supreme Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the Liaoning Supreme Court, the Provincial Procuratorate, Shenyang Intermediate People’s Court, the Intermediate Procuratorate. They strongly requested the investigation on the accused people’s malfeasance for the legal responsibility and legal sanctions.
It has been more than 15 years for CCP’s brutal persecution on Falun Gong. However, many lawyers pointed out Falun Gong belief is completely legal in China, but the persecution is illegal.
