李丕雲被馬三家監獄迫害致死
據法輪大法《明慧網》4號報導，遼寧瀋陽市法輪功學員李丕雲，因為不放棄修煉法輪大法，被中共投入馬三家監獄迫害，今年10月31號離世，終年65歲。
去年6月6號，李丕雲在瀋陽桃仙國際機場登機安檢時，被警察帶走，隨後被劫持到東陵區看守所，家中被非法查抄﹔去年底被東陵區法院非法判刑3年﹔之後被送往馬三家監獄，遭到非人的迫害。在他臥床不起時，監獄還一直給他戴著手銬腳鐵鐐，直到去世的前一個月，李丕雲身體生理指標都已臨近死亡指標，警方為了推卸責任，才給李丕雲辦理保外就醫。
浙江村民抗議村官貪污被毆打
浙江省富陽市高橋鎮舒姑垟村的上百名村民，3號來到富陽市政府門前示威，抗議村官貪污賣地款，要求當地政府查清帳目，但是，遭到上百名警察的鎮壓，多名村民被抓捕。
首個憲法日 7名維權人士喝藥自殺
12月4號是大陸首個憲法日。據大陸《民生觀察》網站報導，當天上午十點多，來自黑龍江省哈爾濱市的七位蒙冤上訪警察，在中南海對面準備打橫幅時，橫幅被警察沒收，氣憤之下7名維權人士喝毒藥，抗議中共當局的司法腐敗。中午時，7人被送往附近醫院治療，隨後與外界失去聯繫。
政府人員酒家撞死人村民討書法被打
山東省臨沂市沂南縣政府的一名工作人員，11月23號，酒後駕車造成重大交通事故，致使4人死亡，1人重傷。事發後，肇事者逃逸。十天過去，事件仍然沒有得到處理，當地政府不管不問，肇事者家屬也沒有露面。12月3號受害者家屬到縣政府，拉橫幅討說法，遭到大量警察鎮壓，包括拍照路人在內，一共有13人被抓捕。

that happened across China today.
Li Piyun Was Persecuted to Death at the Masanjia Prison
According to the Falun Dafa Minghui.org report on Dec. 4
Falun Gong practitioner in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province,
Li Piyun, passed away at the age of 65 on October 31, 2014.
Li was imprisoned at the Masanjia Prison
by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
for not giving up practicing Falun Gong.
In the evening of June 6, 2013 the police took Li away at
security check-in at Shenyang Taoxian International Airport
He was sent to the Dongling District Detention Center.
His home was illegally searched.
At the end of 2013, Li was illegally sentenced to
3-years in prison by Dongling District Court.
He was sent to Masanjia prison
where he suffered inhuman torture.
When he was bedridden,
the prison guards still locked his hands and feet.
Only until one month before his death when
his physiological indicators were close to death
did the prison allow medical parole to shift responsibility.
Zhejian Villagers Beaten for Protesting Official Corruption
Hundreds of villagers from Shu Guqiao Village,
Gaoqiao Town, Fuyang City of Zhejiang Province
protested in front of Fuyang City Hall on December 3
against corrupt village leaders taking the money from land sales.
They asked the local government to audit the accounting records.
They were suppressed by over one hundred police.
A number of villagers were arrested.
Seven Human Rights Activists Committed Suicide
on the First Day of the Constitution
December 4 is the first Day of the Constitution of China.
According to China’s msguangcha.com,
around 10 a.m. on December 4, seven policemen petitioners
from Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province put up banners
in front of Zhongnanhai, the CCP government compound,
but their banners were taken away by the police.
The seven human rights activists drank poison to
protest against the CCP’s corrupt judicial system.
Around noon time, the seven people were sent to hospital.
They have lost contact with the outside world since then.
Government Staff Drink Driving,
Villagers Beaten for Asking for Justice
A government personnel of Yinan County,
Liyi City of Shandong Province caused a major traffic accident
on November 23 due to drink driving,
resulting in four deaths and one person seriously injured.
After the incident, the driver escaped.
Ten days later, the accident has yet to be investigated.
The local government turned a blind eye to the accident.
The family of the driver also did not show up.
On December 3 families of victims went to the
county government to put up banners and demand an answer.
They were suppressed by are large number of police.
All together 13 people were arrested
including passersby who were taking pictures.
