河北四十多名法輪功學員被綁架
總部位於美國的《明慧網》25號報導，42名法輪功學員，8月17號在河北滄州交流修煉心得時，被警察非法綁架。其中9名法輪功學員被非法批捕，10多名法輪功學員被非法抄家。目前，這些法輪功學員都被非法關押在滄州市看守所，爲了抗議迫害，有法輪功學員已經絕食二十多天，有的被野蠻灌食，並被上背銬酷刑折磨。
廣州維權律師唐荊陵等被起訴
大陸《維權網》25號報導，經家屬證實，廣州人權律師唐荊陵與網友袁新亭、王清營，被中共當局以「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」的罪名，已經正式起訴到了檢察院。
報導說，起訴書指控唐荊陵、袁新亭、王清營三人，從2006年開始所謂的非法組織聚會，宣傳、推廣印度甘地精神的非暴力不合作運動﹔策劃四二九林昭紀念日等公民抗命行動，聲稱這些活動會顛覆中共政權。
村民維權遭鎮壓60多人被抓
11月22號，河南省鄭州市二七區荊胡村的600多名維權村民，從11月14號開始，連日前往當地的建業泰宏國際城門口拉橫幅堵門，抗議3000畝土地的徵地補償款去向不明。22號遭到警察鎮壓，60多人被抓捕，1名老人受傷。24號，當局釋放了大部分被捕的村民，但仍有6人被拘押。
哈爾濱6000教師罷課維權
24號，哈爾濱市雙城區的6000多名中小學教師發起罷課，抗議當地政府十多年來剋扣他們的養老保險金，要求政府返並調漲薪資。
罷工教師從早上8點開始，陸續聚集到雙城區政府大門口，並拉起寫有「停止剋扣還我工資」、「保障生計調漲薪資」等內容的橫幅，抗議行動沒有得到答復。

More Than 40 Falun Gong Practitioners Kidnapped in Hebei
Headquartered in US, Minghui website reported on the 25th,
42 Falun Gong practitioners were illegally abducted by police
when they exchanged practice experience on August 17th
in Hebei Cangzhou.
Nine of them have been illegally arrested; more than 10 of them
have been illegally raided.
Currently, these Falun Gong practitioners are illegally detained
in Cangzhou Detention Center.
To protest the persecution, some Falun Gong practitioners have
been on hunger strike over twenty days.
Some were brutally forced fed and tortured by handcuff.
Guangzhou Human Rights Lawyers Including Tang Jingling
Sued
Continental Human Rights Defenders reported on the 25th, it
was confirmed by family members that human rights lawyer
Tang Jingling and netizens Yuan Xinting, Wang Qingying were
formally indicted by Chinese authorities on charges of
inciting subversion of the state’s political power.
It’s said that the indictment accused Tang Jingling, Yuan Xinting
and Wang Qingying of illegal meeting, publicity and promotion
of a Gandhian non-violent resistance movement since 2006.
It also alleged they planned on some actions including civil
disobedience for 4.29 Lin Zhao Memorial Day and
claimed these actions may subvert the communist regime.
More Than 60 Villagers Arrested in Right Protection
November 22, more than 600 village activists protested the
missing compensation for 3000 acres of land acquisition by
blocking the store gate since November 14th.
November 22, a large number of police suppressed, resulting
in 60 arrests and one elder injured.
November 24, most villagers were released, but six were still
detained.
Harbin 6000 Teachers Struck
November 24, more than 6,000 elementary and middle school
teachers protested the garnishment on their pension by local
government for more than a decade by a strike.
They also requested the government return it and increase
the salary.
Teachers successively gathered at the front door of Shuangcheng government from 8am with banners “stop withhold and return
my salary", “increase the salary to safeguard life", etc.
There was no response to the protest.
