山東沾化縣法院非法判刑三人
總部位於美國的《明慧網》11月24號報導，山東沾化縣法院和濱州市檢察院，9月1號對東營市河口區勝利油田法輪功學員範志勇、張貝、孫玉霞三人非法宣判。範志勇被非法判刑六年，現在下落不明；張貝，三年；孫玉霞，三年半，監外執行。
據了解，法輪功學員範志勇、張貝、孫玉霞在2013年7月23號被濱州市沾化縣的警察綁架，在一年多的時間裏，曾被三次非法開庭，但是都沒有得逞。這次在沒有通知家人的情況下非法宣判。範志勇的父親因為承受不了這個打擊，住院，母親在家滑倒，腿骨折，也住進醫院。範志勇的兒子被迫輟學，不知去向。
浙江300多名醫護罷工
11月23號，浙江省寧波市鄞州區第三醫院的300多名醫護人員罷工，抗議醫院被私企奧克斯旗下的明州醫院兼併，由國營醫院轉為民營醫院，失去事業編製，不再享受原有的待遇。
據說，從23號開始，除了急診室有醫護人員值班外，其他醫護人員都參與了維權。
曾遭刑訊逼供 上海7維權者案開庭
據大陸《維權網》24號報導，今年5月份亞信峰會前夕，上海鄭培培、虞春香、石萍等十多位維權者，在西郊賓館附近拉橫幅，被上海當局以「尋釁滋事」的罪名非法關押已經6個多月。21號上海浦東新區、徐匯區、靜安區、黃浦區4個法院，對其中的7名維權人士同時開庭審理。據多名訪民透露，在被非法關押期間，這些維權人士曾被刑訊逼供、酷刑虐待。
雲南村民抗議拆遷賠償不公被毆打
據海外《中國茉莉花革命》網站23號報導，雲南省麗江市永勝縣片角鄉三家村的上千名村民，20號圍堵了當地一家魯地拉公司，抗議魯地拉電站移民搬遷賠償不公，但是遭到大批警察的毆打，十多名村民被打傷入院，之後村民扣留了部分電站車輛，並阻斷附近公路到21號凌晨。

procuratorate illegally sentenced Falun Gong practitioners
Fan Zhiyong, Zhang Bei, Sun Yuxia on September 1st.
Fan Zhiyong was sentenced to six years’ imprisonment with
unknown whereabouts.
Zhang Bei was sentenced to three years and Sun Yuxia
was sentenced to three and a half years outside prison.
It is said that Falun Gong practitioners Fan Zhiyong, Zhang
Bei, Sun Yuxia were kidnapped on July 23rd, 2013 by Zhanhua police.
They were illegally put on trial three times in more than one
year and left successfully.
This time they were illegally sentenced without notice to
their families.
Fan Zhiyong’s son, forced to drop out, is now missing.
More Than 300 Medical Workers Strike in Zhejiang
November 23, more than 300 medical workers of the Third
Hospital in Ningbo City protested the hospital merger by
private enterprise Oaks subsidiary, Minnesota Hospital.
The hospital became a private hospital from state owned
lost strength and the original treatment.
It is said that all medical workers participated in the rights
defense, except emergency room staff, since November 23rd.
Shanghai: Seven Defenders, who Suffered Torture, on Trial

on the 24th, 7 Shanghai defenders including Zheng
Peipei, Yu Chunxiang, Shi Ping have been detained for more
than 6 months on charges of disturbance for pulling down the
banner near the west suburb hotel on the eve of the Conference
on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia
(CICA) summit in May.
November 21, Shanghai Pudong district, Xuhui district, Jing’an
district, Huangpu District Courts held court together on the
seven activists.
It’s said that these activists have been tortured and abused during detention.
Yunnan Villagers Beaten for Protest Against Unfair
Demolition Compensation
According to overseas Chinese Jasmine Revolution website
report on the 23rd, thousands of villagers in Yongsheng County
protested at unfair power station relocation compensation by
blocking the company.
They were beaten by a large number of armed police, resulting
in dozens injured.
After that, some villagers detained station vehicles and blocked
nearby roads until 21st morning.
