【新唐人2014年11月25日訊】徐案加速 軍中另一大老虎或落網
中共前軍委副主席徐才厚案還未結案，11月23號，大陸微信公眾帳號「察時局」又發表文章說，中共當局正在瞄準軍中另一頭大老虎。不過文章沒有提及這名軍中高官的名字，也沒有透露有關詳情。
大陸「新浪博客」引述「察時局」的文章表示，徐才厚可能已經病危，案件在加快收尾，不過即使徐才厚病死，系列案件也不會停止查處，還有人將在徐案中落馬。
據香港《南華早報》報導，微信的「察時局」是一個多名中國記者聯名登記的賬號。
「路透社」曾報導說，被診斷患有膀胱癌的徐才厚，被指控涉嫌犯有受賄罪，是中共軍中近十年來爆出的最大醜聞。
據總部設在美國的「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」公布的證據顯示，徐才厚掌控的中共軍隊總後勤部，直接參與了活摘法輪功學員器官的系統性犯罪。
法媒：中共高層自知體制時日不多
為期三天「哈利法克斯國際安全論壇」會議，加拿大時間11月23號閉幕，據「法國國際廣播」電臺報導，來自60多個國家的300多名代表參加了這次會議，其中包括西方主要國家的國防官員。
報導說，論壇主席彼得•範•布拉克（Peter Van Praagh）在開幕式致辭的時候表示，中共、與俄羅斯還有恐怖組織伊斯蘭國，正在威脅著世界的未來。
布拉克說：「中共、俄羅斯和伊斯蘭國的領導人，很清楚自己時日不多。無論那一天何時到來，那裏的人民會要求擁有現代社會的一切。」
布拉克表示，為了讓專制制度苟延殘喘，中共和俄國正在實行危險政策，鼓勵民族主義和煽動對西方的仇恨。而伊斯蘭國也正在用斯大林和毛澤東用過的恐怖手段恐嚇人民，鞏固自己的權力。
專家：藏木水電站加速西藏高原升溫
中國在雅魯藏布江幹流上建設的首座大型水電站，11月23號正式投產發電。據「法新社」報導，這個水力發電工程引發了河流下游的印度和孟加拉國的擔心。
生活在德國的國際水資源問題專家王維洛，向《德國之聲》表示，藏木水電站對中國人的影響要遠遠超過印度。
王維洛說，水壩可能會改變上游地區的降水，加速西藏高原升溫，就像三峽大壩使重慶地區的溫度上升一樣。

Another “Big Tiger" in The Military May be Caught
Former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) vice chairman of the
Central Military Commission Xu Caihou’s case is still open.
On Nov. 23, mainland WeChat account “Observe the current
situation" published an article that the CCP are targeting
another tiger of the military.
But the article neither mentioned the name of this military
official, nor disclosed any details.
Mainland “Sina blog" quoted “Observe the current situation"
article saying that Xu may already be dying.
The case is accelerated to closure, but even if Xu dies, the
series of cases will still be investigated.
Others will be sacked in the Xu case.
According to Hong Kong South China Morning Post report,
“Observe the current situation" is a joint registered account.
It is owned by many Chinese reporters.
Reuters reported that Xu Caihou had been diagnosed
with bladder cancer.
Xu was accused of accepting bribes, which is the biggest
scandal of the CCP military in the past decade.
U.S. based International Organization to Investigate the
Persecution of Falun Gong published evidence that Xu
controlled the General Logistics Department of the
Chinese Communist military.
He was directly involved with the systematic crime of
organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.
French Media: Senior Party Officials Know The Regime
Won’t Last Long
The three-day Canadian Halifax International Security Forum
conference, closed on Nov. 23 AST.
According to Radio France Internationale report, over 300
representatives from more than 60 countries attended
the meeting, including major Western countries’ national
defense officials.
It was reported that Forum President Peter Van Praagh, said
at the opening ceremony the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) with Russia and Islamic States, are threatening the
future of the world.
Praagh said, “Whether the leaders of China, Russia and the
Islamic States want to admit it or not, they know full well
that their regimes are on borrowed time.
Because, at the end of the day…whenever that day is…their
peoples are going to demand these requirements in full."
Praagh said that in order to make the autocracy linger,
the CCP and Russia are implementing dangerous revisionist
policies to feed off national pride and hold resentments
about the Western world.
The Islamic States are using the same methods as Stalin and
Mao Zedong did to terrify their people to consolidate power.
Expert: Zangmu Dam Accelerates Warming of Tibet Plateau
China’s first large hydropower station on the Brahmaputra
River has been officially put into operation on Nov 23.
According to AFP’s report, the hydroelectric project brought
worries from India and Bangladesh located downstream.
Wang Weiluo, international water expert in Germany, told
Deutsche Welle that the impact Zangmu Dam has on the
Chinese people is far more than India.
Wang said that the dam may change the upstream areas
of precipitation, accelerate raising the temperature of the
Tibet plateau, similar to the Three Gorges Dam which
made the temperature rise in the Chongqing area.
