【新唐人2014年11月19日訊】繼上週末「學聯」三子在香港機場被拒絕登機前往北京後，星期一又傳出至少有4名「學聯」成員被拒絕入境內地。香港《蘋果日報》披露，中共國安已經掌握了一份幾百名佔中參與者的名單和詳細的個人資料。
「自由亞洲電臺」17號報導，上週末被拒絕登機前往北京的「學聯」三子之一羅冠聰，週一向媒體證實，再有至少四位大學學生會的成員被拒進入大陸，並遭到海關查問，其中有人被指違反國家安全。這批學生，有部分參加過7月2號的公民抗命集會，也有很少參與民主運動的學生會幹事。同時，還有學生不被批准回鄉證。
上週末「學聯」三子被拒絕登機去北京後，「學聯」就發表書面聲明，表示深感憤怒無辜。聲明中還要求北京公開，是否有雨傘運動參與者的「入境黑名單」。
對於「入境黑名單」的疑慮，18號藉由《蘋果日報》的一篇報導，得到證實。
《蘋果日報》說，他們取得了一份大陸國安的「目標名單」，裡面詳細列出了幾百名佔領運動參與者的個人資料，包括他們的香港身份證、內地回鄉證號碼，並附上一張相片。報導還說，根據部分目標人士確認，相片是回鄉證上的複印本，但從相片資料顯示，國安早在2011年之前，已開始搜集個人的資料。
這份龐大的「目標名單」包括各界人士。「學聯」周永康、岑敖暉﹔「學民思潮」黃之鋒﹔「民陣」楊政賢﹔「佔中十死士」邵家臻、錢志健等都榜上有名。
民陣召集人楊政賢對自己「上黑名單」並不覺得太意外，但他指出，黑名單上還有許多普通的同學和朋友。
民陣召集人楊政賢：「我們已經有心理準備，不管怎麼打壓，或者挨轟。但是普通的同學和朋友他們可能就是沒有準備。但是現在他們這麼大的名單，就是要嚇怕他們，不要幫助民主運動。」
楊政賢認為，這份名單的龐大，應該引起香港市民思考自己的未來。
楊政賢：「到23條再成立以後，那個名單會更大。比如說，你自己是要去維權的，跟民主運動沒有甚麼關係。但是可能到了兩年以後，如果你是維權的話，一樣會落入這個黑名單裡面。所以我們現在在一個非常關鍵的時刻。市民不要覺得，這個名單沒有你，你就不需要去關心這個問題。」
《蘋果日報》的報導還說，國安已經把「目標名單」交給香港的「有勢力人士」，指示他們採取行動。
香港立法會議員單仲偕：「這個『勢力人士』，大家都想是黑社會，香港的黑社會，雖然大家沒有證據。因為過去有一些報導，是國安在幕後指使一些有勢力的人士，有黑社會背景的人士，到旺角清場。所以大家都這樣推測，將這個名單告訴黑社會背景的人士，來對付佔領人士。」
10月初，曾經有黑社會背景的「反佔中」人士，在旺角和銅鑼灣暴力衝擊佔中民眾，造成流血事件，不過，雨傘運動仍然一直持續到今天。《蘋果日報》說，這次儘管國安讓「有勢力人士」出手，包括血腥解決，但也有些人反對，除了不想讓「目標人士」流血而當上「英雄」，也覺得示威者不會被嚇怕，反而會號召更多市民支持。
「學聯」秘書長周永康週一表示，擔心所有學生會的成員都已在大陸禁止入境的黑名單內，他們正計劃嘗試集體過關，測試到底還有沒有學生會成員無法進入中國大陸。

HKFS Members Refused Entry to Mainland Again:
Exposes Blacklist
Following last weekend’s ban on three key members
of Hong Kong Federation of Students (HKFS)
boarding a flight to Beijing, it is reported that
at least four members of HKFS were denied boarding
the flight to Beijing at Hong Kong airport on Monday.
Hong Kong “Apple Daily" revealed that
the national security department of the CCP has mastered
a name list of hundreds of participants of Occupy Central,
with detailed personal information.
On Nov 17, “Radio Free Asia" reported that Nathan Law,
who was one of three HKFS standing members denied
boarding a flight to Beijing last weekend,
confirmed that on Monday at least four members of HKFS
were refused entry to Mainland China and were questioned
by Customs staff with some of them being accused
of violating national security.
Some of them participated in the civil disobedience rally
on July 2 of this year, and some are standing members rarely
involved in the student democracy movement.
Meanwhile, some students’ applications for the
Home Return Permit (visa for visiting Mainland China)
have not been approved.
When three key members of HKFS were denied boarding
on the flight to Beijing last weekend,
HKFS published a written statement
expressing deep anger and protesting innocence.
The statement also called on Beijing to disclose whether
there is a blacklist of participants of the Umbrella Movement
banning entry to Mainland China.
The concerns about an “Entry Blacklist" have been confirmed
by an article in “Apple Daily" on Nov 18.
“Apple Daily" says that they obtained a “target list"
of the mainland national security department,
which details personal information
of a few hundred participants in the Occupy Movement.
This includes their Hong Kong identity card
and Home Return Permit (HRP) number
along with a photo of each participant.
The article also says some listed target persons confirmed
the photo was copied from their HRPs.
But from the photo information, the national security
department started to collect personal information from 2011.
Such a “target list" includes people from all walks of life
including HKFS leaders Alex Chow Yong-kang and Lester Shum;
Scholarism founder Joshua Wong;
Civil Human Rights Front convenor Johnson Yeung;
and two 10 Occupy Central die-hard activists,
Shiu Ka Chun and Edward Chin.
Civil Human Rights Front convenor Johnson Yeung does not
feel too surprised that he’s on the “blacklist",
but he pointed out that there were many common students
and his friends also on the list.
Johnson Yeung: “We have prepared for this,
and don’t care whatsoever for suppression or criticism.
But many ordinary students and friends may not be ready.
Such a long list is to deter them from taking part
in the democracy movement."
Johnson Yeung believes such a long name list should spark
the Hong Kong public to think about their future.
Johnson Yeung: “Once the legislation of Article 23
of the Basic Law is implemented,
then such a name list will be very long.
For example, if you are going to defend yourself with nothing
but the democratic movement, two years later
you might also be on the blacklist.
So we are now at a very critical moment.
Hong Kong people should not think that this list excludes them,
so they don’t need to care about this issue."
“Apple Daily" reports said that national security department
has sent the “target list" to Hong Kong’s “powerful persons"
and instructed them to take action against those on the list.
Hong Kong Legislative Council SIN Chung-kai:
“Such powerful persons everyone knows are from triads,
the Hong Kong underworld, although there is no evidence.
Because in the past some reports said that national security
had instructed some persons with triad backgrounds
to clear the occupy central participants from Mong Kok.
So everyone speculates that this list will be released
to those persons with triad background, for dealing
with the participants of Central Occupy with Love and Peace."
In early October, some persons, with triad backgrounds,
opposing Occupy Central, attacked the participants of
Occupy Central with violence in Mong Kok and Causeway Bay,
and caused bloodshed.
However, the Umbrella Movement still continues today.
“Apple Daily" said that although the national security
Department required ‘powerful persons’ to take action
including bloody means:
some people opposed, who believed that the demonstrators
would not be deterred by such action, called for more public
to support Occupy Central.
In addition to not letting the “target persons" bleed
they hence became the “heroes".
The Secretary-General of HKFS Alex Chow said on Monday
that he worried that all members of the HKFS were
on the blacklist banning entry into Mainland China.
They were planning to try collectively to pass the border
to test if any student members at all can enter the mainland
in the end.
