遭迫害三年半 哈爾濱鄭國林離世
法輪大法《明慧網》11月12號報導：黑龍江哈爾濱市阿城區74歲的法輪功學員鄭國林，歷經牡丹江監獄、呼蘭監獄三年半的迫害，11月2號離世。
鄭國林2010年因向民眾贈送「神韻晚會」光碟，被非法抓捕，隨後又被非法判刑。被哈爾濱道外看守所關押期間，鄭國林曾被戴手銬、腳鐐折磨。在牡丹江監獄，獄警在十二月的隆冬扒光他的衣服，放到走廊凍，還毀壞他的羽絨服，使他整個冬天都穿單衣，導致他身體虛弱、咳血。之後，鄭國林又被轉到呼蘭監獄繼續迫害。
今年6月，鄭國林回家後身體一直不好，10月底病情嚴重住院，11月2號，因心肺衰竭離世。
重慶數百失獨家庭維權
11月11號，重慶市數百名失獨者，到重慶市衛生局門前示威，他們打出各種標語，要求政府兌現當年為執行中共一胎化的計生政策，而做出的「只生一個好、政府來養老」的承諾。
四川資陽200業主抗議爛尾樓
11月11號，四川省資陽市「優品上城」的200名業主發起維權，他們打出「還我家園，延期三年未交房」等橫幅，到資陽市政府示威，希望政府給個說法。
「優品上城」是資陽市政府引進的項目，因開發商到期未能交房，200業主已發起過多次維權，均無果。
11月12號，湖南郴州訪民馬勝芬在廣東韶關火車站，被8個不明身份人抓住，並強行帶下火車，輾轉送進湖南郴州市精神病院。她聽見大夫打電話說，經觀察馬勝芬沒有精神病，但冰毒檢驗呈陽性。她認為是要構陷她吸毒。隨即發信息向網友救助。
網友們紛紛撥打郴州市精神病院的電話，一姓周的醫生不解地問：「怎麼全國有這麼多人給我們打電話呢？」迫於壓力，醫院當天下午3點多放了馬勝芬。

Harbin Zheng Guolin Passed Away After Three and a Half
Years of Torture and Persecution
November 12, Falun Dafa Minghui website reported that:
74-year-old Falun Gong practitioner Zheng Guolin passed
away on November 2nd.
He endured three and a half years of persecution
and torture in both Mudanjiang Prison and Hulan Prison.
Zheng Guolin was unlawfully arrested due to distributing
Shen Yun CD’s in 2010, and he was subsequently sentenced.
During the detention in Harbin detention center, Zheng Guolin
was tortured by handcuff and shackle.
In Mudanjiang Prison, the guards took away his coats and left
him to freeze in the hall way.
They also destroyed his jacket to make him wear thin
clothes throughout the winter, which led to his physical
weakness, and coughing blood.
After that, Zheng Guolin was transferred to Hulan Prison for
continuous persecution.
Zheng Guolin went back home in poor health in June and
was hospitalized by the end of October.
November 2, he passed away because of cardiorespiratory failure.
Hundreds of Loss-of-Single-Child Families Petitioned in Chongqing
November 11, hundreds of people who lost a single child
protested at the front of the Chongqing Health Bureau with
banners.
They request the Government to fulfill the promise regarding
the one-child policy “one child is good and the government
will pay the pension".
200 Owners Protest Unfinished Building In Sichuan
November 11, 200 owners of Youpinshangcheng in Sichuan
protested at Ziyang government to request an answer:
They waived the banner:
“Return my home which is not complete after an extended three
years".
Youpinshangcheng is a project introduced by the Ziyang
government.
200 owners have protested many times because the developers
failed to finish, but in vain.
Petitioner Forecfully Detained in Psychiatric Hospital;
Hundreds of Netizens Want Her Back
November 12, Hunan petitioner Ma Shengfen was forcibly
taken off the train by eight unidentified men at Guangdong
Shaoguan railway station.
She was then taken to Hunan Mental Hospital.
She sent a message to netizens for help because she believes
the hospital framed her to take drugs.
They heard the doctor say over the phone that Ma Shengfen
is not mentally ill,but showed up positive in the
methamphetamine test.
All the Netizens called the mental hospital, a Dr. Zhou asked:
“why are so many people calling us?"
The hospital released Ma Shengfen under pressure at 15:00
the same day.
