【新唐人2014年11月11日訊】中國大陸以敢言著稱的雜誌《炎黃春秋》，繼前段時間的「收編風波」以及「人事大變天」後，近來又爆出內部分歧和辭職消息。有媒體引述知情人消息透露，《炎黃春秋》高層正在就如何應對中宣部的收編問題，展開激辯。
據《自由亞洲電臺》援引知情人消息說，在11月5號《炎黃春秋》召開的內部會議上，社長杜導正與常務社長吳思發生激辯，並在應如何對待中宣部的收編問題上出現分歧。
報導說，吳思對杜導正請來兩名「紅二代」擔任《炎黃春秋》雜誌社高層職位表示反對，他擔心這樣會激化與中宣部的矛盾，並招受更大的打壓。
《炎黃春秋》副主編楊繼繩：「他們有不同的看法，有不同的看法是存在的。對中宣部在《炎黃春秋》的處置問題上有不同的看法，這是真的。中宣部要求收編，杜導正就不同意收編，要跟中宣部進行鬥爭。吳思認為老杜的鬥爭反應過度，中宣部是一個正常的改編主管單位。就這麼一個不同看法。」
今年9月15號，當局限令《炎黃春秋》在兩個月內更換主管、主辦單位。為此《炎黃春秋》上月召開全體會議，社長杜導正宣佈卸任，改由中共前總書記胡耀邦的長子胡德平出任社長，中共國務院前副總理陸定一的兒子陸德，任常務副社長兼法人代表。
杜導正曾對媒體表示，他之所以選擇換胡德平和陸德兩個「紅二代」負責《炎黃春秋》，主要是為了藉由二人的政治關係和政治影響力，來抗衡文化部的干預，守住雜誌原有的編輯方針和思想理念。
但顯然，《炎黃春秋》內部對杜導正的決定出現了不同看法，甚至有人因此而辭職。
《自由亞洲》引述知情人的話說，責任編輯黃鐘在3號提出書面辭職，因為對於聘請胡德平和陸德的做法，他表示不能接受。他認為用「紅二代」制約「紅二代」的辦法是一種妥協，也不可能改變當局要變更《炎黃》主管單位的決定。
此外，對於外界傳聞的，胡德平並沒有同意出任《炎黃春秋》社長的消息，楊繼繩表示，胡德平已經口頭答應接過杜導正的擔子，但目前卻被手續拖住。
楊繼繩：「他已經口頭同意了，但是手續正在辦理之中，正在辦手續。他口頭同意了。就是人事部手續、批准手續。過去我們沒有手續，我們哪有手續啊，正在辦理之中吧，辦得下來辦不下來再說，真的很難說。」
楊繼繩表示，《炎黃春秋》歸文化部管轄已經不可逆轉了，對於雜誌未來，他感到悲觀。
楊繼繩：「我們胳膊擰不過大腿啊，它要收編我們是沒辦法的。它上邊交接手續辦完了，我們甚麼都沒有辦。我們正在商量著，還沒有定意見要。堅持原來的方針是不容易的。」
近年來，敢言的《炎黃春秋》雜誌社多次受到當局的壓力，但都一次次走了過來，而這一次，被收編後的命運會如何？讓我們共同關注。

Yanhuang Chunqiu Magazine has internal disagreements.
Following the recent “incident of changing competent
authority agency" and “the major change of personnel"in recent months,
it has been reported that the mainland (outspoken) magazine
“Yanhuang Chunqiu",
is experiencing internal disagreements along with resignations
of key positions.
The media quoted insider sources, reporting their is internal
turmoil and debate,
on how best to deal with the current issue of the Central Propaganda
Department(CPD) of the Chinese Communist Party(CCP),
is preparing to manage and control the magazine.
“Radio Free Asia" cited insider sources, saying, in an internal
meeting of “Yanhuang Chunqiu" held on Nov. 5,
the president of the magazine Du Daozheng
and Managing Director Wu Si,
had a major disagreement between themselves on how
to best deal with the problem of CPD preparing to manage
and control the magazine.
The report says that Wu Si objected tot Du Daozheng’s
invitation of two members of the “2nd Red Generation",
to take senior positions at “Yanhuang Chunqiu" magazine.
He was worried that this will intensify the contradictions
between them and CPD, thus incuring more strokes from CPD.
“Yanhuang Chunqiu" Associate Editor Yang Jisheng:
“They have different views and there exists different views,
different views on the issue of the CPD disposing
“Yanhuang Chunqiu" magazine. This is true.
The CPD requires to manage and control the magazine,
but Du Daozheng doesn‘t agree nor accepts CPD,
and keeps up his fight against the CPD.
Wu Si considered that Du Daozheng had an excessive
counter reaction,
but believes CPD’s intention to control and manage
the magazine,
is a just normal way of action to changing authority.
Its merely about a different view."
On Sept. 15 of this year, authorities ordered “Yanhuang
Chunqiu" magazine to replace the direct competent
authority agency within two months.
To this end, “Yanhuang Chunqiu" magazine held a plenary
session last month, the outgoing president
Du Daozheng announced his retirement.
Mr Hu Deping took the position of president of the magazine,
who is the eldest son of Hu Yaobang, former Head of CCP.
Mr Lu De took the Standing Vice President position and legal
representative, who is the son of Lu Dingyi,
former Deputy Prime Minister of the State Council of CCP.
Du Daozheng told the media, his reasons why he chose Hu Deping
and Lu De, who are both members of “2nd Red Generation",
for their roles in Yanhuang Chunqiu,
was mainly to contend with the intervention of the Ministry
of Culture and to uphold the magazine’s editorial policy and
original ideology via their political relations and influence.
But clearly, the managerial level of “Yanhuang Chunqiu"
magazine appeared to have different views on Du Daozheng,
some even resigning their positions.
“Free Asia Radio" quoted an insider saying, the Executive Editor
Huang Zhong submitted a written resignation on Nov. 3rd,
because he expressed that he could not
accept the decision of hiring Hu Deping and Lu De.
He argues that to use the approach of some members of the
“2nd Red Generation" to restrict other members
of the “2nd Red Generation" is a compromise,
and it is impossible to change the decision of the authorities
changing the competent agency of the magazine.
In addition, the rumour that Deping did not agree to take
the presidents role of “Yanhuang Chunqiu" magazine,
Yang Jisheng said Du Deping has verbally agreed to take over
the responsibility of the position as advised by Du Daozheng,
but finds himself blocked by some formalities.
Yang Jisheng: “He (Du) has verbally agreed, but some formalities
are being processed. He verbally agrees to take the position.
But the formalities of joining the magazines personnel
department are being processed and await approval.
In the past we did not have any formalities
for joining the magazine. This is being processed.
It is hard to say whether the formalities are approved or not."
Yang Jisheng said, the trend that “Yanhuang Chunqiu"
will be managed and controlled by the Ministry of Culture
has become irreversible,
and for the future of the magazine, he was pessimistic.
Yang Jisheng : “We the arm cannot resist the thigh,
there is no way for us to refuse this trend.
The top competent authority agency has finished
the transferral formalities, but we have done nothing.
We are discussing this but there is no definite opinion.
To adhere to the original policy of the magazine is not easy."
In recent years, outspoken “Yanhuang Chunqiu" magazine
has suffered pressures by the authorities on many occasions,
but the magazine went on again and again.
However this time, how will the fate of altering the competent
authority agency of the magazine play out?
We must wait to find out in the not too distant future.
