【新唐人2014年11月05日訊】中共副國級高官徐才厚案上個月末偵查終結，並「移送審查起訴」。中共總書記習近平日前在全軍政治工作會議上強調，要「高度重視和嚴肅看待」徐才厚案件，並「徹底肅清影響」。這是徐才厚案爆發後，習近平首次公開提及，並且表態嚴厲。我們一起來聽聽觀察人士的分析。
前中共軍委副主席徐才厚一案，目前仍然是外界觀察中共官場的風向標之一。
10月30號，中共全軍政治工作會議在福建省上杭縣的古田鎮召開。31號，身兼中央軍委主席的中共總書記習近平出席會議時，首次就徐才厚案公開發表講話。他要求軍隊「深刻反思教訓」，並「徹底肅清影響」。
11月1號，《新華社》罕見地把習近平這一嚴厲表態進行公開報導。
中國社會問題研究人士張健：「最近的新聞連篇纍牘的，對徐才厚案件，由中共的央視、喉舌單位進行曝光，其實有幾層意思，最主要的意思是敲山震虎。因為對徐才厚處理，整個徐案當中，它並沒有撲朔迷離。」
中國社會問題研究人士張健認為，自從前中共領導人鄧小平去世後，江派在軍隊中扶植了很多自己的人馬。目前習近平是藉助徐才厚一案，對軍隊進行重新洗牌，對於習近平而言，這是比較好的一個時機。
張健：「江系人馬操控了整個中共軍隊，這的確是個事實。也正因為此，當時的薄熙來案才引發外界如此關注。一個小小的直轄市的市委書記可以到軍隊上指手畫腳。中共特別擔心軍隊亂，因為軍隊亂會影響到中共政權安危。」
就目前海外媒體披露的信息顯示，徐才厚案涉及至少4名正國級高官家族，包括江澤民、曾慶紅、周永康和賈慶林。隨著徐才厚的認罪，這4人背後的涉案線索，也可能已經被當局掌握。
例如，從今年9月起，多家海外和香港媒體相繼披露，中共軍隊少將、總政聯絡部前部長邢運明被調查甚至被捕，原因是徐才厚招供，邢運明曾以6千萬元人民幣高價買官。成交後，邢運明成為總政聯絡部部長。
報導說，邢運明隨後還利用權錢交易，將一名福建商人吳永紅送去香港進行保護。這名福建商人曾給前中共政治局常委賈慶林提供情婦。而另一名前中共政治局常委曾慶紅，他的弟弟曾慶淮，也收過這名福建商人轉送的數名女性。
中國社會問題研究人士張健：「對徐才厚挖掘之後，江家這個派系它所有的證據又被習掌握了一番。至於怎麼動江，就變成了習手中的一張（好牌），所有的好牌，都被習拿到了。包括對周永康案的收網，所以對江澤民是越來越不利。目前來看，所有打的『小老虎』、『大老虎』，其實都是一種談判的籌碼而已。」
作為江澤民一手提拔起來的軍中代言人，徐才厚和江的另一名愛將周永康也關係匪淺。而曾慶紅、周永康、以及薄熙來等江派人物的政治聯盟，在這次的中共政治風暴中，尤為引人矚目。香港《開放》雜誌今年2月號封面文章報導，中共中紀委「一號專案」，調查的對像是曾慶紅。
中國問題獨立評論員李善鑒：「有關江澤民的問題、有關曾慶紅的問題、包括賈慶林，還有那些江派沒有在這件事情上被提名的，這些人他們的倒臺是早早晚晚的事情。」
中國問題獨立評論員李善鑒表示，這些江系的主要高官家族被傳出事，不僅僅是因為腐敗的問題，而是因為江澤民、曾慶紅等人，在權力爭鬥過程中，和掌權的時候所做的事情。
《大紀元新聞網》此前曾披露，徐才厚參與了薄周政變，同時他也是中共軍隊迫害法輪功學員、活摘器官的主要責任人之一。總部位於美國的「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」錄音顯示，活摘器官是由江澤民下令，同時這些罪行江澤民也全部都知曉。

Xi Jinping Talked About the Xu Caihou Case
For the First Time.
The investigation of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) top
top offical Xu Caihou’s case ended last month.
It was “transferred to the prosecution”.
CCP General Secretary Xi Jinping recently stressed in the
Conference of the Whole Army on Political Work needing to
“give great attention and take seriously” the “Xu Caihou case”
and “completely eliminate the impact”.
This is the first time Xi Jinping openly motioned this case.
Let’s see what analysts say.
The case of former CCP Central Military Commission Vice
Chairman Xu Caihou is an indicator for CCP officialdom.
On Oct. 30, Conference of the Whole Army on Political Work
was held in Gutian Town, Shanghang County in Fujian.
On Oct. 31, CCP General Party Secretary and Central Military
Commission Chairman Xi Jinping attended the meeting.
Xi talked publicly about the Xu Caihou
case for the first time.
He asked the army to “deeply reflect on lessons learned”
and “completely eliminate the impact”.
On Nov. 1, Xinhua News Agency openly reported
Xi Jinping’s serious attitude, which is very rare.
China Social Study Researcher Zhang Jian: “Recent news at
great length on the Xu Caihou Case by CCTV and its other
mouthpieces implies the following; that the most important
purpose is to warn others.
The process of the Xu Caihou Case was not that confusing.”
Zhang Jian thinks the Jiang Zemin faction fostered many
supporters since the death of former CCP Deng Xiaoping.
Currently Xu Jinping is re-building the structure
of the army using the Xu Caihou Case.
This is a good opportunity.
Zhang Jian: “The Jiang faction controlled the entire military.
That’s why the outside world paid so much attention
to the Bo Xilai Case.
A small municipality leader could order the army around.
The CCP was extremely concerned.
The chaos in the army will affect the CCP regime.”
Overseas media revealed that the Xu Caihou Case involves
at least four country-level officials and their families.
These include Jiang Zemin, Zeng Qinghong,
Zhou Yongkang and Jia Qinglin.
With Xu’s plea of guilty, the authorities might have
obtained criminal evidence of these four people.
From September 2013, foreign and Hong Kong media covered
that Xu’s confession led to the investigation and arrest of CCP
Army Major General and former Ministry of Coordination of
the General Political Department Xing Yuming.
Xing Yunming bought his position for 60 million yuan.
He became Minister of Coordination of the
General Political Department.
The report says Xing Yunming utilized money to send Fujian
businessman Wu Yonghong to Hong Kong for protection.
Wu once provided mistresses to former Politburo Standing
Committee member Jia Qinglin.
Wu also provided women to another Standing Committee
member Zeng Qinghong’s brother Zeng Qinghuai.
Zhangjian: “After digging up Xu Caihou, Xi Jinping got
more evidence about the Jiang faction.
How will he use the evidence?
Xi Jinping has got all the good cards, including how to
handle Zhou Yongkang.
It is more and more unfavorable towards Jiang Zemin.
It seems all ‘Big Tigers’ and ‘Small Tigers’
are just conditions for negotiation.”
As the army spokesman supported by Jiang Zemin, Xu
Caihou is close to Jiang’s team Zhou Yongkang.
The political alliance of the Jiang faction including Zeng
Qinghong, Zhou Yongkang, Bo Xilai, etc.is very noticeable.
Hong Kong’s Open magazine cover story in February was
that the CCP Central Commission for Discipline’s primary
investigation is on Zeng Qinghong.
Independent Commentator of China Issue Li Shanjian: “On
the issue of Jiang Zemin and Zeng Qinghong, including Jia
Qinglin and others whose names have not been mentioned,
their downfall will arrive sooner or later.”
Li Shanjian said that rumors about incidents of the families of
the Jiang faction are not only due to corruption, but also from
what Jiang Zemin, Zeng Qinghong and their faction did when
they were in power and in the course of a power struggle.
US Epoch Times News previously disclosed that Xu Caihou
participated in the coup by Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang.
He is also a key person responsible for the persecution of
Falun Gong practitioners and the live organ harvesting of
Falun Gong practitioners in the CCP military.
A recording from US based International Organization to
Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong showed that
Jiang Zemin issued the order of live organ harvesting and
he is fully aware of these crimes.
