內蒙古教師王穎等人遭非法庭審
美國《明慧網》11月3號報導，內蒙古通遼市科區法院，10月31號上午9點，在通遼市看守所對法輪功學員王穎、周金鵬、丁力硯非法庭審。
王穎被兩個法警架著拖進法庭，她的身體很虛弱，不能站立行走，額頭還纏著白藥布，一側臉上也粘著一塊膠布，手則被手銬銬著。王穎的律師為她做了無罪辯護，指出法輪功屬於個人信仰，受憲法保護，要求法庭無罪釋放。
周金鵬、丁力硯出現在庭審現場時，也顯得很憔悴、消瘦。
王穎是原通遼實驗小學教師，周金鵬是原通遼發電總廠職工。7月26號，王穎和丁力硯去周金鵬家串門時遭到非法抓捕。三人在被關押期間，都遭到酷刑折磨。
廣州數百業主維權 遭警毆打抓捕
11月2號，廣州市翡翠綠洲300多名業主，拉著寫有「黑心物業，威脅業主」、「堅決不買高價車位」等橫幅 ，遊行抗議開發商強賣天價車位、垃圾場臭氣污染等。在遊行的中途 ，遭到大批警察攔截毆打，一人被抓捕。
車禍肇事者打人 自稱官員弟弟
11月2號晚，四川省西昌市長安街，一輛三菱車撞毀一輛計程車後，肇事司機自稱是某官員的弟弟，並毆打計程車司機，遭到數百人圍堵，期間有警察到場戒備，圍觀民眾要求對肇事司機作酒精檢測，一度和警察發生衝突。
深圳市民抗議環境園臭氣污染
11月2號，廣東省深圳市坪山新區、龍光城小區數百業主 ，身穿寫有「坪山環境園 臭 救命」字樣的T恤遊行示威，抗議「上洋環境園」污水污泥處理廠和垃圾填埋場，臭氣污染。大量警察到場戒備。
業主說，深圳坪山上洋有四座毒氣園：污泥焚燒廠、污泥干化廠、垃圾填埋廠、污水處理廠，周邊約20萬民眾深受毒害，5月至今他們已發起多次維權，均無結果。

activities in China.
Illegal Trial of Inner Mongolian Teacher Wang Ying
and Others
On Nov. 3 US Minghui website reported that Tongliao City
Branch District Court of Inner Mongolia, held an illegal trial
in the city’s detention center on Oct. 31 of Falun Gong
practitioners Wang Ying, Zhou Jinpeng and Ding Liyan.
Wang Ying was dragged into court by two bailiffs; her body
is very weak and she cannot stand to walk.
Her forehead was bandaged with white cloth, a piece of tape
on one side of her face, and hands cuffed together.
Wang Ying’s lawyer pleaded not guilty for her.
He pointed out that Falun Gong is a personal belief protected
by the Chinese Constitution and asked the court to acquit her.
Zhou Jinpeng and Ding Liyan also looked haggard and
emaciated when they appeared in court.
Ying was Tongliao’s Experimental Primary School teacher;
Zhou Jinpeng was a Tongliao Power Plant employee.
On July 26, Wang Ying and Ding Liyan were illegally arrested
when they visited Zhou Jinpeng.
All three have been tortured during their detention.
Guangzhou Property Owners Beaten and Arrested by Police
On Nov. 2, more than 300 property owners of Guangzhou
Jade Oasis, held up banners.
They read: ‘’Black property management threaten the
owners’’ and, ‘‘Determined not to buy expensive parking’’.
They were protesting that the developer was forcibly selling
extremely expensive parking and stinking landfill.
Perpetrator of Car Accident Beat Bystanders, Claimed to be
Official’s Brother
On Nov.2, in Sichuan Province Xichang City, a Mitsubishi car
crashed into a taxi at Chang’an Avenue.
The driver claimed to be an official’s brother, and assaulted
the taxi driver.
Later hundreds of people were contained when
police went to the field alert.
Onlookers required the driver get alcohol testing,
and had a lot of conflict with the police.
Shenzhen Citizens Protest at Odor Pollution Park
On Nov. 2, at Guangdong Shenzhen Pingshan New District
and Dragon Light-city, hundreds of property owners, wearing
T-shirts saying “Pingshan Environmental Park, Stink, Help"
demonstrated to protest at Shangyang Environmental Park.
The Park had a sewage and sludge treatment plant and
landfill odor pollution. Many police arrived at the scene.
Owners said that Shenzhen Pingshan Shangyang
Environmental Park has four polluted gardens:
A sludge incineration plant; sludge drying plant; landfill,
and sewage treatment plant.
About 200,000 people living nearby are deeply poisoned.
Since May they have launched several unsuccessful protests.
