廣東雷州土地糾紛 千人火拚
10月30號早上，廣東湛江雷州市西湖大道附近，數百名手拿鋼管、長刀的黑幫團夥，為了爭奪土地與當地村民發生械鬥。上千多人互相廝殺，導致附近交通陷入癱瘓。雙方多人受傷，當地醫院人滿為患。
當地出動數百公安、武警前去控制場面。不過媒體並沒有報導該事件，公安局也沒有公布事件真相。
溪岸上品劣質房 百餘業主抗議
10月30號重慶市江北區大石壩，「溪岸上品」小區的一百多名業主拉橫幅示威，阻斷交通，抗議開發商出售劣質房屋，遭到警察暴力驅散，幾名業主被抓捕。
有業主說，「溪岸上品」房價9000多一平方米，但小區的大門狹窄，輪椅和嬰兒車都過不了，小區裡內如果遇到甚麼緊急情況，逃生都困難，樓梯也很狹小一旦有事，人員也疏散不開。
抗議漲房租 南京數百商戶罷市
10月30號，江蘇省南京市金橋裝飾城，幾百家商戶罷市以抗議商場漲租30%。商戶們圍堵裝飾城大門，遭到上百名警察驅散，一名女商戶被打傷。
之前在23到24號，金橋市場近2000名商戶，也曾發起罷市抗議租金暴漲。24號大批商戶到商場外遊行時遭到數百名警察驅趕，1名商戶被抓捕，多名商戶被毆打。
甘肅法輪功學員被劫持 律師被刁難
總部設在美國的「明慧網」10月31號報導，24號北京律師董前勇來到甘肅省白銀市，為被非法綁架的白銀市法輪功學員李巧蓮，進行法律援助遭到警方扣押，並被檢查手機、翻包、搜身。
60多歲的李巧蓮因堅持修煉法輪功多次被抓捕，在關押期間遭毒打、長時間罰站等身心迫害，退休金被無理停發。目前李巧蓮在看守所被迫害得身體出現嚴重高血壓症狀，家人希望請律師通過法律途徑讓她早點回家。

Thousands of People Fight Over Land Dispute in Guangdong
October 30 morning, hundreds of gang members fought with local villagers, using steel pipes and long knives, over disputed land near West Lake Avenue in Leizhou city. This massive fight resulted in traffic paralysis. Lots of injured on both sides filled the local hospitals.
Hundreds of armed police, went in to control the situation. But there is no report from the media, and the Public Security Bureau did not publish the truth.
Hundreds of Owners Protest Against “top grade" Housing
October 30, hundreds of owners protested, with banners and road blocks, against poor quality houses from developers in FuAn ShangPin district in Chongqing city. They were violently dispersed by police: some were arrested.
Owners say, the cost is over 9000 RMB per square meter; but the front door is too narrow to be entered by wheelchairs and strollers. It will be very hard to escape in emergency because the stairs are very narrow too. People would be hard to rescue in an emergency as well.
Hundreds of Merchants Cease Trade to Protest Rent Increase in Nanjing
October 30, hundreds of merchants ceased trade to protest the 30% rental increase at Jinqiao Decorate Store in Nanjing city. The merchants blocked the store gate but were dispersed by hundreds of police; a woman was injured.
Between 23rd and 24th, nearly 2000 merchants in Jinqiao city launched a strike against rent inflation. On the 24th, a large number of merchants were driven by police in parade out of the mall; resulting in one arrest and several beatings.
Gansu Falun Gong Practitioner Abducted: Lawyer Obstructed
October 31, headquartered in the US, Minghui website reported, Beijing lawyer Dong Yong was detained by police and his phone checked, and bag and body searched. This was in Baiyin bank, Baiyin City, Gansu Province when he tried to give legal aid to abducted Falun Gong practitioner Li Qiaolian.
More than 60-years-old, Li Qiaolian, was repeatedly arrested due to insisting on practicing Falun Gong. She suffered long term physical and mental persecution including severe beating and long isolation during detention. Currently, in the detention centre, Li Qiaolian has severe hypertension symptoms. Her family wanted a lawyer help her get home early through legal channels.
