下面來看一下最近幾天大陸發生的維權事件：
大陸26省113市 汽車主維權
26號，大陸26省113座城市，上萬名速騰車主聯合示威，抗議一汽大眾用「打補丁」的方案，解決召回的速騰問題車，並要求退車。其中廣州和福州有數十名車主被抓捕。
據了解，因為設計缺陷，各地發生了多起新的速騰車后懸挂斷裂事件，車主因此發起過幾十次維權。
被迫害癱瘓兩年半 秋玉霞離世
《明慧網》27號披露，黑龍江省佳木斯市法輪功學員邱玉霞，遭中共當局多次綁架，兩次非法判刑共計6年。2011年7月，秋玉霞冤獄期滿回家后癱瘓在床，渾身疼痛，雙腿浮腫。在去年12月9號含冤離世，終年59歲。
據了解，秋玉霞被非法關押期間，曾遭受了大背銬、銬地環、長時間銬在床上、冷凍、打針、灌藥等酷刑迫害。
走訪維權 潛江訪民被打
《民生觀察》27號報導，潛江市訪民彭峰在四中全會期間再次走訪到北京。但在天安門被檢查出是訪民後被抓，受到地方接訪人員的毆打。22號彭峰回到潛江，又被送往黑監獄關押，直到24號才被釋放。
工人維權被警察打傷入院
25號上午，河南省漯河市「銀鴿實業集團有限公司」第一生產基地上的300名工人堵路示威，隨後被警察抓走了3人並被驅散。當天下午，工人前往銀鴿總部大樓要求放人，與保安發生衝突，有7到10名工人被打傷入院。當晚，再有數名工人被警察抓捕。
據了解，因為公司搬廠后，強制分流工人，始終沒有就員工安置問題給出方案，引發了工人的不滿。

26 Provinces in Mainland China Have 113 Cities Where
Car Owners Defend Their Rights
On Oct. 26, tens of thousands of Sagitar car owners from
113 cities from 26 provinces jointly protested against FAW-
Volkswagen’s “patch" method of recalling problematic Sagitar
cars, and demanded to return their cars.
Dozens of Guangzhou and Fuzhou car owners were arrested.
It is understood that, because of design flaws, many areas
witnessed a number of new Sagitar car rear suspension
breakage incidents, the owners had therefore launched
dozens of activities.
Persecuted to Paralysis For Two And a Half Years,
Qiu Yuxia Passed Away
Minghui revealed on Oct. 27, that Falun Gong practitioner
Qiu Yuxia from Heilongjiang Jiamusi, was arrested many
times by Chinese officials, and was twice sentenced to
a total of six years in prison.
On July 2011 , after the expiration of her sentence – a
miscarriage of justice – Qiu Yuxia returned home and was
paralyzed in bed, aching all over with swollen legs. She
wrongfully died on Dec. 9 2013, aged 59 years.
It is understood that during Qiu Yuxia’s illegal detention,
she had her hands handcuffed behind her back, shackled
to a ring, handcuffed to the bed for a long time, was frozen,
had injections, water torture and other severe persecutions.
Qianjiang Petitioner Beaten For Defending Rights in Beijing
On Oct. 27 Livelihood Watch reported that Qianjiang City
petitioner Peng Feng visited Beijing twice during the
Fourth Plenary Session.
But he was noticed as a petitioner in Tiananmen Square
and arrested, beaten by local liberating staff.
On Oct. 22nd Peng Feng was sent back to Qianjiang, then
transferred to the black prison; he was released on Oct. 24.
Workers Beaten by Police When Defending Rights
On Oct. 25th, 300 workers from the first production base
of Silver Pigeon Industrial Group Co., Ltd. Henan Luohe City
blocked the road to protest, later on the police arrested
three people and the rest were dispersed.
That afternoon, the workers went to the company head office
requesting the release of those arrested.
They got into conflict with the security guard. Seven to ten
workers were wounded and hospitalized.
That night, several more workers were arrested by police.
It is understood that after the reallocation of the company
factory, workers were forced to be divided;
They had not given a solution to reallocate the workers,
which led to workers’ grievances.
