【新唐人2014年10月20日訊】原北京土木工程師王治文，是原中國「法輪大法研究會」的義務聯繫人之一。他也是1999年4.25法輪功和平上訪中，與中共前總理朱鎔基會面交談的學員之一。自中共當局鎮壓法輪功後，王治文被非法重判15年。日前，王志文被監獄非法關押15年後，緊接著被轉到了「洗腦班」繼續迫害，遭到家屬抗議，引發國際社會關注。
「剛出虎穴，又入狼窩。」用來形容刑滿出獄的王治文最恰當不過。10月18號，原本是王志文被非法關押15年後重見光明的日子，但令他沒想到的是，他前腳剛剛邁出監獄大門，就立刻被轉到了北京昌平區洗腦班。
據王治文旅居美國的女兒王曉丹講述說，在等待了十多年後，她以為總算等到了父親自由的這一天，但現實卻殘酷的粉碎了她的期盼。
原中國「法輪功研究會」的義務聯繫人王治文的女兒王曉丹：「我去打電話的時候他們就說，你爸爸要去學習班，讓我不要驚訝。可是我當初一聽到這個消息，我就覺得，為甚麼要去學習班呢？它不是說好了放出來了嗎？怎麼變相的又帶到另外一個地方去洗腦去了？但是他們說政府決定的，他所謂的政府就是三個部門，北京西城區月壇派出所、當地街委會、還有街道辦事處。」
追查國際負責人汪志遠指出，洗腦班對法輪功學員的迫害程度，絲毫不亞於監獄。中共當局把王治文送到洗腦班，只不過是換了一個迫害場所而已。
王曉丹還告訴記者，國內的親戚向她透露，儘管王治文還沒有回家，但家中已經受到全面監控。
王曉丹：「她就說我家裏電話都是不安全，然後在一兩個月之前，我們家裏人就說，北京（當局）到我們家——就是我爸爸要回的那個家，前後左右都裝了很多攝像頭，都對著我們家，提前好幾個月就開始準備監控了。」
王曉丹回憶，父親王治文曾是鐵道部物資公司的工程師，在90年代初最早開始修煉法輪功。由於法輪功在大陸洪傳很快，王治文就自願擔任了法輪大法研究會的義務聯繫人。
1999年4月25號發生了震驚中外、被稱作「中國上訪史上規模最大」、「最理性平和」的法輪功學員萬人大上訪。王治文與其他三位法輪功學員被選為代表，與當時的朱鎔基總理進行了會談併進行了申訴，使事件得到了圓滿解決。但就在同年的12月25號，幾名法輪功研究會負責人全部被當局非法重判。
王曉丹認為，中共當局對法輪功學員做的很多事都是見不得人的，所以他們非常害怕王治文在國際社會和法輪功學員中的影響力，更害怕他們的迫害黑幕被公開。
王曉丹：「雖然我15年來可以得到我父親的消息很少，但是點點滴滴的也得到了很多他們做的對我爸爸一些令人髮指的酷刑，所以我覺得要讓我爸爸以第一受害人去講的話，那是最有力的證據。又由於我們國際社會一直都很關注，我也一直在做營救我爸爸王治文這件事情，所以它（中共）知道這個是很高調也很敏感的，不管國內還是國際社會上，他們當然相當害怕了。」
據《明慧網》10月8號發佈的消息顯示，今年1到9月，大陸除西藏外的30個省，有4925名法輪功學員被非法綁架，61人被迫害致死，643人被非法判刑，19人被非法判刑八年以上。追查國際負責人汪志遠表示，上述數據加上王治文的遭遇，無不說明中共對法輪功的迫害依然很嚴重。

Persecution of Wang Zhiwen Continues in Brain-Washing Class
Wang Zhiwen used to be a civil engineer and a volunteer
contact person of Falun Dafa Research Association.
Wang was also one of the few people who met and talked to
Zhu Rongji, former Prime Minister of China,
during 4.25 Falun Gong petition.
After the party initiated the persecution of Falun Gong,
Wang was sentenced to 16 years.
Wang was moved to a “brain-washing class”
after 15 years of illegal imrisonment
and the persecution continues.
Wang’s situation has drawn international attention
and has been resisted by his family.
The most fitting words to describe Wang Zhiwen’s
current situation are:
the party just moved him out of the frying pan
but immediately threw him into the fire.
Oct 18 is supposedly the day he should regain his freedom.
Unexpectedly, once he stepped out of the gate of the prison,
he was moved to Beijing Changping “brain-washing class”.
US resident Wang Xiaodan, Wang Zhiwen’s daughter,
said she thought the day her dad regained his freedom
had finally come after more than 10 years of waiting.
Wang Xiaodan: “When I called them, they told me that
my dad would be sent to a brain-washing class.
They even told me not to be surprised by their decision.
However, when I learned the news, I was just thinking why
has my dad to go to a brain-washing class.
The party said my dad would be released,
but why do they continue persecuting him in another place
and in another name? They told me this is a government decision.
The ‘government’ they refer to are three departments:
Yuetan Police Station of Beijing West City District,
the street committee and the sub-district office.”
Wang Zhiyuan, Director of World Organization to Investigate
the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG),
said the persecution of Falun Gong in brain-washing classes is
as severe as in prisons.
Now the party has moved Wang Zhiwen to the brain-washing class.
It’s the same persecution but in a different place.
Wang Xiaodan also told the reporter that even if Wang Zhiwen
hasn’t just come home, it is already thoroughly monitored,
according to her relatives in China.
Wang Xiaodan: “I was told that our home phone is not safe.
About one or two months ago, my family living in China
told me the Beijing authorities already came to our house,
the one that my dad would be returning to,
to install many cameras all over the place
Some of them are facing our home.
They started the work of monitoring our home a few months ago.”
Wang Xiaodan said that her father was an engineer working
for the Supplies Company of the Ministry of Railways.
In the early 90s, Wang was among the first people to practice
Falun Gong. Since it spread very fast in China, he volunteered
to be the contact person of Falun Dafa Research Association.
On April 25, 1999, tens of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners
petitioned in Beijing, the largest petition in China’s history,
“the most rational and peaceful”.
Wang Zhiwen and other three Falun Gong practitioners
were chosen as representatives to talk and appeal to Zhu Rongji,
then Prime Minister. The petition event was peacefully resolved.
However, on Dec 25 of the same year, a few people working
for Falun Gong Research Association suffered
illegal and severe sentences.
Wang Xiaodan stated that many things the party did to
Falun Gong practitioners are unprintable.
They are so afraid of Wang Zhiwen’s influence in the
international community and among Falun Gong practitioners.
They are more afraid that the persecution they applied
to my dad may be exposed.
Wang Xiaodan: “In the past 15 years, I got very little information
about my dad. But I did learn bits and pieces of severe torture
they did to him. It will be very convincing if my dad can tell
about the persecution he suffered as the victim himself.
My dad’s case has drawn international attention.
I’ve been trying to rescue my dad too.
Therefore, the party knows my dad’s case is very high-key
and sensitive no matter in China or overseas. They are so scared.”
Based on the news published from “minghui.org” on Oct 18,
there have been 4,925 Falun Gong practitioners kidnapped,
61 being persecuted to death, 643 being illegally sentenced
and 19 sentenced to more than 8 years, from
January to September this year in China’s 30 provinces.
Wang Zhiyuan, Director of WOIPFG, stated that
the statistical data and Wang Zhiwen’s experiences
tell us that the party’s persecution of Falun Gong
practitioners is still very severe.
