【新唐人2014年09月27日訊】習近平提一國兩制 台灣朝野拒絕
9月26號，中共總書記習近平在北京會見了台灣新同盟會長許歷農和新黨主席郁慕明等二十多個統派代表，其間，習近平多次提出「一國兩制」，試圖給兩岸關係的未來定調。
習近平說，「和平統一、一國兩制是我們解決台灣問題的基本方針」﹔至於「一國兩制」在台灣的具體實現形式，會「充分考慮台灣的現實情況」。
在香港「一國兩制」被中共踐踏、踩殘的局勢下，習近平對台灣伸出的這個「橄欖枝」，遭到了台灣朝野的一致拒絕。
台灣總統府發言人馬瑋國表示，中華民國是主權國家，至今已有103年歷史，台灣政府堅持在中華民國憲法架構下，維持兩岸「不統、不獨、不武」現狀。「一國兩制」的說法，台灣政府和人民都無法接受。
台灣最大的在野黨民進黨主席蔡英文也表示，兩岸關係要維持和平穩定發展，是各界共同的目標，但台灣的前途要由2300萬台灣人民共同來決定。
而民進黨「立法委」蔡其昌則直接表示：「要談一國兩制，先問問香港人的感覺吧！」
香港3千中學生罷課 爭普選
就在習近平對台灣統派團體大談「一國兩制」的同時，香港人以血肉之軀對抗中共封殺民主普選的「公民不合作運動」，正在步步升級。
9月26號，香港「學聯」發起的大學生罷課，已經進入第五天，大約3000名中學生當天也加入了罷課行列，發起中學生罷課的「學民思潮」組織表示，人數遠遠超過了他們的預期。
據香港媒體報導，學生們穿著各自的校服，佩戴著黃絲帶，坐在香港政府總部外的添美道上，聆聽不同學者講授的「公民課堂」，並高喊「反對人大落閘」、「勢爭公民提名」等口號。
據報導，晚上抗議活動升級，學生發起佔領政府總部廣場的活動，約200人衝入廣場，警察噴胡椒噴霧阻止，現場發生混亂，「學民思潮」召集人黃之鋒被指涉嫌襲警被警方帶走。
鐵流首見律師 曝遭疲勞審訊暈倒
而在北京被關押了半個月的81歲老作家鐵流，26號終於獲准會見了代理律師周世峰和劉曉原。據律師介紹，鐵流透露他被關押之後，遭到連續三次夜間提審，時間長達12小時，長時間審訊導致他暈倒、小便失禁。
鐵流說，警方主要是查他寫的「反劉」、「反毛」文章。
今年7月至8月，鐵流曾經連續在網上發表文章，指責現任中共政治局常委劉雲山是大陸新聞出版貪腐集團的總後臺，也是習近平新政的最大干預者和反對者。9月13號他被中共當局以涉嫌「尋釁滋事罪」刑事拘留。

Taiwan Says No to Xi’s: “One Country, Two Systems"
September 26, Chinese Communist Party (CCP) General Secretary
Xi Jinping met with more than 20 pro-unification representatives.
These include New Alliance Association chairman Hsu Li-nung and
New Party Chairman Yok Mu-ming.
During the meeting, Xi Jinping repeatedly proposed “One Country,
Two Systems" to set the tone for the future cross-strait relations.
Xi Jinping said that: “peaceful reunification and One Country,
Two Systems is our basic policy to solve the Taiwan issue".
As for the “One Country, Two Systems" implementation in Taiwan,
we will fully consider the current Taiwan situation.
As Hong Kong’s “One Country, Two Systems" is trampled by
the CCP, Xi Jinping’s olive branch to Taiwan was unanimously
rejected by the Taiwanese people and government.
Taiwan presidential spokesman Ma Weiguo said that the
Republic of China (ROC) has been a sovereign state, for the
past 103 years.
Taiwanese government insisted – no unification, no independence,
no force between Taiwan and China under the ROC Constitution framework.
One Country, Two Systems can’t be accepted by the Taiwan
government and people.
Taiwan’s largest opposition party, Democratic Progressive
Party Chairman, Tsai Ing-wen also said that we should maintain
the stable development for both sides which is the common goal
for us.
However, Taiwan’s future will be decided by 23 million
Taiwanese people.
DPP caucus whip Tsai Chi-tsang directly, said: “let’s ask Hong
Kong people first about the One Country, Two Systems!"
3,000 Secondary School Students Strike For General Election
in Hong Kong
While Xi Jinping was talking about One Country, Two Systems
with Taiwan pro-unification groups,
Hong Kong people are intensely protesting against the CCP’s
ruling out a civil disobedience movement, for genuine universal
sufferage which is escalating.
September 26th is the 5th day of the student’s strike launched by
Hong Kong Federation of Students (HKFS).
About 3,000 high school students also joined the strike.
The sponsor from Scholarism said the participation number is
far greater than expected.
According to Hong Kong media report, the students dressed in
their uniforms, wearing yellow ribbons,
and sat along the Tim Mei Avenue outside of the Hong Kong
government headquarters, listening to different scholars holding
open air classes.
They also chanted: “Against National People Congress’s dropping
the sluice gate", “fight for the citizen nomination" and other slogans.
According to the report, the protest was stepped up in the evening.
The students initiated activities to occupy government
headquarter’s Square.
About 200 people rushed into the square and the police sprayed
pepper spray to stop the chaos.
The Scholarism convener Huang ZhiFeng was taken away by the
police accused of assaulting a police officer.
Tie Liu Finally Meets Lawyers. He Fainted From Trial Fatigue.
81-year-old writer Tie Liu, who is detained in Beijing for
two weeks, is finally allowed to meet with his attorneys
Zhou Shifeng and Liu Xiaoyuan on September 26th.
Tie Liu said he was arraigned for three continuous nights,
for up to 12 hours.
The long time interrogation ordeal led to his fainting, and
urinary incontinence.
Tie Liu said the police mainly investigated his articles of:
Against Liu and Against Mao.
July to August of this year, Tie Liu has continuously published
articles online accusing the current Communist Party Politburo
Standing Committee Liu Yunshan:
that he is the total backstage for the mainland Press and
Publication Group; also the biggest intervention and
opponent of Xi jinping’s New Deal.
September 13, he was detained by CCP on suspicion of the crime
of picking quarrels and provoking troubles.
