【新唐人2014年09月18日訊】日前，上海科技大學官網發佈消息說，中共前黨魁江澤民的兒子江綿恆，會見了以色列前總理。陪同會見的人中，有前中共駐紐約總領事彭克玉。彭克玉一直追隨江澤民，把迫害法輪功政策延伸到海外，他也是此前震驚海內外的「法拉盛事件」的執行黑手。評論指出，彭克玉這次露面，「替江家站臺」的意味明顯，同時也洩露了江派勢力如江河日下，而不得不抱團壯膽的信息。
上海科技大學官網9月9號發佈的這則消息，目前仍掛在網站的大頭條上。報導說，9號，以色列前總理巴拉克訪問上海科技大學，該校校長、江澤民的兒子江綿恆與巴拉克會見，而陪同訪問的人員中，有前中共駐紐約總領事、現任中共外交學會副會長彭克玉。
公開資料顯示，彭克玉，2004年2月至2007年10月，任中共駐舊金山總領事；2007年10月，調任中共駐紐約總領事館總領事，一直到2011年7月離任；2011年12月，彭克玉出任中共外交學會副會長。
而彭克玉的名字被一般人熟知，是在2008年5月美國紐約的「法拉盛事件」之後。
當時，紐約法拉盛街頭，出現大批特務和身份不明的人物，連續幾個星期惡意攻擊和毆打法輪功學員，致使多名法輪功學員被打傷。事件引發全球華人關注。
隨後，彭克玉在和「追查國際」調查人員的電話中，親口承認，中領館確實參與和策動了「法拉盛事件」。
彭克玉：「我是前⋯⋯上前天我也去現場了。因為這種東西呢，因為我們必須很小心。要不然會被人家說你是總領館在背後鼓動啊。這個⋯⋯其中有的就在裡頭，就弄完了就來跟我說。因為我這些我都熟悉嘛！但是呢我們是暗地裡對他們就是有種鼓勵！這個因為不好對外去說的，這個是有的。」
錄音曝光後，不僅在華人社區引起極大反響，美國國會議員也要求把彭克玉驅逐出境。
而據《大紀元》之前得到的消息，彭克玉只是法拉盛事件執行人，幕後主謀則是原中共政法委書記周永康。
不知是巧合還是有意，江綿恆與彭克玉露面的9號當天，正是中共外交部發言人華春瑩回答江澤民死訊的日子。她罕見的以「第一次聽到有關消息，無法證實」作答，而沒有否認這一傳言是謠言。
目前，包括周永康、徐才厚等在內，江澤民集團的很多核心人物，都已落馬，江澤民本人也有多種不利傳言。時事評論員夏小強認為，彭克玉此時和江綿恆一起露面，顯示一些執意追隨江澤民迫害法輪功的江派死黨，還在替江家站臺。
時事評論員夏小強：「中共江澤民集團在迫害法輪功的這15年當中，有一大批中共的各級官員，為了自己的陞官發財，而積極追隨江澤民。他們在迫害法輪功中獲得了巨大的利益，同時他們的手中也沾滿了迫害法輪功學員比較多的血債。一旦迫害法輪功的政策停止，他們這些罪行都將會遭到清算。所以即使江澤民大勢已去，這些官員一定會拚命為江澤民集團站臺，來阻撓停止迫害法輪功這件事情。」
時事評論員任百鳴表示，彭克玉在這個時候高調出來站臺，可能是抱著一種「破罐子破摔」的心理。
時事評論員任百鳴：「因為他本人估計陷的比較深，沒有甚麼退路。尤其大家可以看到，他實際上一手操縱了整個法拉盛事件，是江系派到海外來直接操控，在各個方面打壓法輪功，在國際上造成對法輪功誣陷的直接指揮的黑手。說明這個人是江系的鐵桿，親自跳到前臺來撐這個檯面，實際上已經直接威脅到他們的生死存亡了。」
自1999年「7•20」，江澤民集團開始迫害法輪功後，在海外，中共通過使領館，從政治、經濟、文化、教育等不同領域，操控和影響噹地華人及政府，散佈詆譭法輪功的宣傳。
不過，中領館向海外輸出人權迫害，卻要面臨所在國的法律制裁。2004年2月3號，加拿大多倫多西人法輪功學員喬-契普卡（Joel Chipkar），控告中共駐多倫多副總領事潘新春誹謗罪一案勝訴。
這是以法輪功學員名義，成功起訴中共外交官在海外迫害法輪功的首件案例，也是中共外交官由於散佈對法輪功的仇恨，而被西方法庭判處有罪的首件案例。

The Dwindling Jiang Faction’s Death Throes
Recently, the ShanghaiTech University president Jiang Mianheng,
son of Jiang Zemin, met with former Israeli prime minister.
The former CCP Consul General in New York Peng Keyu also
accompanied Jiang Mianheng in the meeting.
Peng Keyu is known to have extended and implemented
Jiang Zemin’s persecution policy on Falun Gong overseas.
He also implemented the world-wide shocking incident
in Flushing.
It’s reported that Peng Keyu’s appearance was obviously
Intended to drum up support for the Jiang faction.
In the meantime, his appearance also exposed the Jiang
faction’s declining influence and their get together to
embolden each other.
The headline news released by the ShanghaiTech University
on Sept. 9 indicated that Jiang Mianheng met with former
Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak.
And that former consul general in New York, Peng Keyu, was
also present at the meeting.
Peng Keyu was once the Consul General in San Francisco
from February 2004 to October 2007.
In October 2007, he was transferred to New York.
In December 2011, Peng Keyu became the vice president of the
Institute of Foreign Affairs.
Peng Keyu has been known for New York’s notorious Flushing
incident in May 2008.
At that time, a large number of unidentified agents and spies
appeared on the streets of Flushing attacking and beating
Falun Gong practitioners for several weeks.
This resulted in injury to many Falun Gong practitioners.
The incident triggered global concern about Chinese.
Later, Peng Keyu admitted to the investigators from the World
Organization to Investigate Persecution of Falun Gong through
the phone, that:
the CCP consulate did participate and instigate the
Flushing incident.
Peng Keyu revealed: “I went to the scene yesterday too. We
have to be very careful about this type of thing. Otherwise people
might say the Consulate General was manipulating from behind.
⋯⋯ some of them reported to me when they finished their job.
I am very familiar with it!
We secretly encouraged them.
It is not good to tell the outside world. But, it happened, for sure!"
After the recording was exposed, not only were there big
repercussions caused in the Chinese community, but the United
States Congress also requested to deport Peng Keyu.
According to the Epoch Times news, Peng Keyu was just
executor of the Flushing event.
The mastermind behind it was the former secretary of Politics and
Law Committee, Zhou Yongkang.
We do not know if it is a coincidence or intentional.
When Jiang Mianheng and Peng Keyu made the public appearance
On Sept. 9, CCP Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying
also responded to the question about Jiang Zemin’s death.
Her answer was that it was the first time for her to hear the news
and she could not confirm nor deny the rumor.
Currently, many Jiang faction central figures including Zhou
Yongkang, Xu Caihou have been sacked.
There are also a variety of adverse rumors about Jiang Zemin.
Commentator Xia Xiaoqiang believes that Peng Keyu’s
appearance with Jiang Mianheng showed that:
some of the Jiang’s faction followers who support Jiang Zemin’s
persecution policy on Falun Gong still drum for the Jiang family.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “A large number of all levels of CCP officials
have actively followed Jiang Zemin for their own career
and wealth during the 15 years of persecution on Falun Gong.
They have profited tremendously through the persecution
of Falun Gong; but their hands are stained with blood.
Their crimes will be liquidated once the persecution
of Falun Gong policy is stopped.
So even if Jiang Zemin is losing power, these officials will try
hard to stage for Jiang and to interfere with the ending of the
persecution."
Commentator Ren Baiming suspects Peng Keyu’s high-profile
appearance was his final hopeless struggle.
Ren Baiming: “He probably feels that he has been too deeply
involved to escape.
Especially, he meticiously handled the entire Flushing incident.
He was directly sent overseas to suppress Falun Gong
in all respects.
He was the direct Black Hand to frame Falun Gong internationally.
It shows this guy is the Jiang faction’s hardcore follower.
He jumped to the front because his survival has been
directly threatened."
Since Jiang Zemin started the persecution of Falun Gong
on July 20, 1999, the CCP has been engaged in spreading
the slandering of Falun Gong
by controlling and influencing the local Chinese and governments
through politics, economy, culture and education.
However, the extent of human rights abuses by the Chinese
consulate is bound to lead to legal sanctions against
its host country.
Feb. 3, 2004, a Canadian Falun Gong practitioner Joel Chipkar
won a libel case against Pan Xinchun, the deputy consul
general in Toronto.
This is the first winning case against the CCP diplomats
by the Falun Gong practitioners.
This is also the first case in a Western court that ruled CCP
diplomats guilty on the charge of spreading hatred against
Falun Gong.
