【新唐人2014年08月23日訊】河北唐山女孩卞曉輝為了探視獄中父親，遭到當局綁架，這位被大陸網友譽為現代「緹縈」的23歲女孩，日前在河北石家莊市橋東區法院受審。而陪她探視父親的表姊陳英華，也和她一起被控罪受審。辯護律師表示，這是一個非法的庭審，他們選擇退庭抗議，並向市檢察院提出控告。
21號上午9點，卞曉輝、陳英華一案在石家莊市橋東區法院開庭審理。據了解，當局組織了40多人進去旁聽，但被告人的十多名家屬卻被排除在外，只有陳英華的父親陳志明，和卞曉暉的三姨被允許進入。
辯護律師們表示，卞曉暉要求增加2名人民陪審員參加合議庭，但這一合法要求被拒絕。
卞曉暉辯護律師王全章：「根據法律規定，如果當事人要求，法院必須按照合議庭的成員，有人民陪審員參加，但法庭完全不理睬這個請求。」
陳英華辯護律師鄭建偉：「被告人卞曉輝提出了要求增加兩名人民陪審員，但是三名法官不同意，實際上是有法律依據，而且是強制性的，所以他這個合議庭繼續審下去，就是一個非法的。」
律師們說，法庭還無視陳英華的身體狀況不適宜審理。
陳英華辯護律師鄭建偉：「我和蘭志學律師都是陳英華的辯護人，就提出陳英華的身體狀況不適宜審理，要求這個案子停下來，但是他們(法官)不聽，完全不顧被告人陳英華的生命健康權。」
卞曉暉辯護律師王全章：「陳英華身體非常虛弱，因為長時間絕食，不到50斤的樣子，完全不能正常的交流，一句話都不能說，這種情況之下，我們認為法庭違法，於是我們就退庭抗議。」
陳英華的辯護律師鄭建偉還透露，法官企圖把律師們驅逐出去。
鄭建偉：「律師發言，要說法律依據的時候，他就威脅，通過反覆警告，他就想把律師驅逐，非常惡劣的，我們沒有辦法正常的辯護，律師被迫退庭。為了保障被告人得到更好的辯護，我們退庭。退庭之後，馬上到石家莊市檢察院，對這個違法審判進行了控告。」
據了解，卞曉輝的父親卞麗朝，原本是唐山「開灤第十中學」教師，由於修煉法輪功，前年2月遭到綁架，隨後被非法判刑12年。因獄方長期不讓卞麗朝接見家人，今年3月4號起，卞曉輝在監獄門前和石家莊司法廳前，拉開了「我要見父親」的橫幅。3月12號，卞曉輝和陪同她探視父親的表姊陳英華，遭到石家莊國保警察綁架。
第二天，卞曉輝的母親周秀珍也被唐山當地派出所警察從家中抓走。卞曉輝三口之家，因父親信仰法輪功，全都無故被抓，被關。
時事評論員任百鳴：「自從1999年江澤民迫害法輪功以來，這樣的冤案其實是很多的，很多的家庭，有的是父親被判，有的是母親被判，甚至被判10年以上都有很多，更有很多的孤兒，父母雙親都被迫害致死的，像這樣的事例在中國大地比比皆是。」
而陳英華的母親，加拿大卡爾加裏市民黃金玲，在此案開審的前兩天，在中共駐卡爾加裏總領館前，召開新聞發佈會，強烈譴責並抗議中共法院非法開庭。
黃金玲表示，陳英華在沒有任何犯罪行為的情況下，被中共警方非法拘捕監禁至今。在過去的五個多月中，陳英華在獄中三次絕食抗議，目前骨瘦如柴，生命垂危。由於陳英華堅持信仰法輪大法，這次已經是第三次被抓捕。
在當天的集會上，有許多過往行人都表達了他們對中共迫害的憤慨。
時事評論員任百鳴指出，像卞曉輝、陳英華這樣的勇氣，也在激勵著更多的人站出來，為法輪功說話。
任百鳴：「在天津廣大的這一帶，很多的百姓紛紛為法輪功按血印，為法輪功鳴冤屈，這樣的事例越來越多，更多的聲音還有這些律師，前仆後繼的站出來為法輪功辯護，前不久發生建三江的事，很多律師奮不顧身的前往，這個事件還在繼續。」
黃金玲女士呼籲中共國家主席習近平關注這個案子。她表示，這個案子也不過就是一個年輕女兒要見父親，就被以刑法300條罪名關押至今。她希望當局釋放陳英華、卞曉輝、周秀珍等人。

Lawyers File Lawsuit Against Modern Day “Ti Ying" Trial
Bian Xiaohui from Tangshan, Heibei, was abucted by
authorities when she attempted to visit her father in prison.
This 23-year-old girl who is being hailed as a modern day
‘Ti Ying’, who is known by mainland netizens for saving
her father from torture, was put on trial recently
at the Qiaodong District Law Courts, Shijiazhuang, Heibei.
Her cousin, Chen Yinghua, who accompanied her to visit
her father is also being charged and tried.
The defense lawyers pointed out that this is an illegal trial.
They protested by choosing to leave the court, and filed
a complaint with the Municipal Procuratorate.
At 9:00 on Aug. 21, Bian and Chen’s case went to trial
at the Qiaodong District Law Courts, Shijiazhuang.
It is learned that the authorities organized more than forty
people to attend, but more than a dozen family members
of the defendants were barred.
Only Chen Yinghua’s father, Chen Zhiming,
and Bian Xiaohui’s third aunt were allowed to enter.
The defense lawyers stated that Bian Xiaohui requested
two additional people’s jurors to join the collegial panel.
However, this legitimate request was denied.
Bian Xiaohui’s defense lawyer, Wang Quanzhang:
“According to law, if the party has this request, the court
must add people’s jurors into the members
of the collegial panel.
However, the court completely ignored this request."
Chen Yinghua’s defense lawyer, Zheng Jianwei: “Defendant
Bian Xiaohui requested two additional people’s jurors,
but three judges did not agree. In fact there is a legal basis,
and it is mandatory.
Therefore, if this collegial panel continues the trial,
it will be illegal."
Defense lawyers said that the court also ignored the fact that
Chen Yinghua’s physical conditions were unfit for trial.
Zheng Weijian:" Both lawyer Lan Zhixue and I are the
defense lawyers for Chen Yinghua.
We proposed that Chen’s physical conditions were unfit
for trial, and called for this case to cease and desist.
But they (judges) did not agree, and they totally disregarded
Chen’s right to health and life."
Wang Quanzhang: “Chen Yinghua is physically weak due
to a long-time hunger strike.
She is less than 50 jin (55 pounds), and is unable
to communicate normally at all.
She cannot even say a complete sentence.
Given this situation, we believe that the court broke the law,
and hence we show our protest by leaving the court."
Zheng Weijian also revealed that the judges attempted
to cast the lawyers out.
Zheng Weijian: “When the lawyers discussed the legal basis
they were threatened.
He tried to cast the lawyers out with repeated warnings,
it was really terrible.
We had no way to defend normally, the lawyers
were forced to leave.
In order to ensure the defendants can get better defense,
we left the court.
Afterward, we immediately went to the Shijiazhuang
Municipal Procuratorate to sue this illegal trial."
Bian Xiaohui’s father, Bian Lizhao, was originally a teacher
at Kailuan No.10 High School in Tangshan.
Because he practices Falun Gong, he was kidnapped two
years ago, and was subsequently illegally sentenced to 12 years.
The prison authority has long blocked Bian Lizhao
from meeting his family.
Since March 4 this year, Bian Xiaohui pulled open a banner
with “I want to see my father" in front of the prison gate
and Shijiazhuang Justice Department.
On March 12, Biao Xiaohui and her cousin, Chen Yinghua,
who accompanied her to visit her father, were abducted
by Shijiazhuang state security police.
The next day, Bian Xiaohui’s mother, Zhou Xiuzhen,
was taken away from her home by police from Tangshan’s
local police station.
Bian Xiaohui’s families were all arrested and locked up
for no reason except that her father practices Falun Gong.
Affairs commentator Ren Baiming: “Ever since Jiang Zemin
began the persecution of Falun Gong in 1999, there are many
cases of injustice of this kind.
There are many families with either fathers or mothers
who were sentenced.
Many were even sentenced to more than ten years, and there
are many orphans whose parents were persecuted to death.
Stories like these can be found everywhere
in the land of China."
Chen Yinghua’s mother, Huang Jinling, a citizen in Calgary,
Canada, held a press conference in front of the Chinese
Consulate General in Calgary two days prior to the trial
to strongly condemn and protest the illegal trial by the CCP.
Huang Jinling said that Chen Yinghua was illegally arrested
by CCP police and imprisoned to date without
any criminal conduct.
Over the past five months, Chen went on hunger strike
three times in prison to protest.
She is extremely skinny now and in critical condition.
This is the third time she was arrested due to her belief
in Falun Dafa.
On the day of the conference, many passersby expressed
their indignation towards CCP’s persecution.
Ren Baiming pointed out that Bian Xiaohui and Chen
Yinghua’s courage also inspires more people to stand up
and speak out for Falun Gong.
Ren Baimong: “In areas of Tianjin, many people did blood
handprints for Falun Gong, and spoke about the injustice
Falun Gong received.
There are more and more stories like this, and more voices,
and these lawyers fought to stand up to defend Falun Gong.
The Jiansanjiang incident that took place shortly prior caused
many lawyers to go selflessly, and the incident still continues.
Madam Huang Jinling called on the President of the CCP,
Xi Jinping, to pay attention to this case.
She said that this case is merely a daughter wants to see her
father but has been imprisoned on Article 300 charges to date.
She hoped the authorities release Chen Yinghua,
Bian Xiaohui, Zhou Xiuzhen and others.
