【新唐人2014年08月21日訊】美國密蘇里州聖路易斯郊區，18歲非裔黑人青年布朗（Michael Brown ）被白人警察打死事件引發了進一步抗議。中共媒體《央視》、《新華網》對於事件也大篇幅報導，並藉此批評美國的人權。有大陸人權人士表示，人權是沒有國界的，當存在侵犯人權的時候，任何組織、機構都有權批評。但是，這恰恰是在中國無法實現的事情。
由於18歲的黑人少年布朗被白人警察打死，引發了當地進一步抗議。19號，弗格森鎮再度出現混亂局面，在歷經1夜的抗議後，警察逮捕了47人。不過，警方表示，跟星期一相比，星期二的局勢有所緩和。
對於事件和之後的抗議，中共當局也做了大篇幅的報導。例如，《新華網》開闢專欄，聲稱弗格森事件，表明美國社會的「頑疾」。還直接派記者前往現場報導。
《環球時報》也從19號開始，連續發表署名評論文章。19號的文章中說，「這件事是大洋彼岸近年來遭遇的最嚴重黑人騷亂，它讓人們看到，即使一名黑人當選了美國總統，種族歧視的陰影仍籠罩著大量非洲裔美國人。」
除此之外，《人民日報》、《中新社》、《央視》，以及大陸各大門戶網站，也爭相報導。
北京社會活動人士胡佳表示，人權是沒有國界的，當存在侵犯人權的時候，任何組織、機構都有權批評。
北京社會活動人士胡佳：「中共批評美國，它也有這個權利吧。 但是它恰恰說反了一個邏輯，它說美國沒管好自己的事怎麼怎麼樣，美國是有相當健全的，對人權方面監督機構。從國會，國會裡面的反對黨、民間組織、新聞媒體，來揭露美國政府的逾越，政府界限的事情。而這些東西恰恰在中國是實現不了的。」
中國武漢觀察人士秦永敏：「從美國這個行動來說，應該是警察個人他們的行為，而不是政府支持他們這樣做的，也不是制度支持這樣做的。從中國目前情況來看，恰好是相反的，制度不保障人權的，每天有成百上千上萬的人發生人權災難，（而是）在政府強力之下。」
胡佳認為，每次美國出現人權事件，中國的媒體都會公開報導。但是每當中國發生一個熱點事件，比如早期茂名發生的反對建設PX項目事件，或者正在鄭州發生的，十名維權人士無故被抓，而且不允許律師會見等等問題，中國媒體卻不被允許報導。
胡佳：「可以說，中國政府的暴行是不能夠讓你去監督的。無論是媒體還是公民社會，國際社會的監督，反而會被中國說成是『說三道四』。全世界打壓人權最厲害的力量，恰恰是在中國的這個國家黑社會勢力，中國共產黨以及它下面的各級政法機關，其實它可以把任何一個政府機關，隨時都能夠變成國家黑社會勢力權利的的延伸。」
布朗9號在聖路易斯市郊區的弗格森鎮被一名白人警察槍斃。警方聲稱，布朗涉嫌攻擊這名警察並且試圖奪槍，但是布朗的朋友卻表示，布朗沒有武器，而且高舉著雙手。目擊者和警方陳述不一，成為這次事件的主要爭議點。
警方隨後對這起槍殺事件選擇性地發佈信息，尤其是讓那名警察保持匿名的做法，引起當地社區居民的不滿，因此連續幾天舉行抗議活動，但是很快就轉趨暴力。劫掠者洗劫當地商家，警方則是以催淚瓦斯、橡膠彈和路障回應。
隨後，州長尼克遜宣佈弗格森進入緊急狀態，並且實施宵禁。州警衛隊進駐弗格森鎮，18號，示威人群當中有人向警方發動襲擊，投擲瓶子、石塊以及汽油彈。在多次要求示威者解散無效後，當地夜間11點左右，警方發射催淚彈驅散人群。整個過程中，有31人被捕。

The CCP Reports On The Ferguson Incident: Are They Concerned With Human Rights In The U.S.?
In a of St. Louis suburb in Missouri, USA, 18-year-old African
American youth Michael Brown was killed by white police.
This event sparked protest.
The CCP official media, CCTV and Xinhua reported
on the incident at great length, as well as criticized
human rights in the United States.
Some human rights activists in Mainland said that
human rights have no borders.
When human rights violations exist, any organizations
and institutions have the right to criticize.
However, this is precisely what cannot be achieved
in China.
18-year-old black teenager Brown was killed
by a white policeman, sparking protest locally.
On the Aug. 19, Ferguson chaos re-emerged.
After one night’s protest, police arrested 47 people.
However, the police said that compared with Monday,
Tuesday’s situation eased.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) have done a great deal
of coverage on the incident and the subsequent protest.
For example, Xinhua network set up a special column
which claimed that the Ferguson incident indicates
American society’s stubborn illness,
even directly sending reporters to the scene.
The official Global Times also continuously published
a signed commentary from Aug. 19.
The Aug. 19 article says, “It is the most serious unrest blacks
suffered in the opposite shore of the great ocean
in recent years.
It allows people to see, even if the United States elected
a black President, that racial discrimination still shadows
many African Americans."
In addition, People’s Daily, China News, CCTV, as well as all
major portals in Mainland China heavily reported the story.
Beijing social activist Hu Jia said that human rights
have no borders.
When a human rights violation exists, any organizations
and institutions have the right to criticize.
Beijing social activist Hu Jia: “The CCP criticized
the United States, and they have the right to do so.
But the CCP in fact wrongly reported the facts
of the incident.
They said the United States did not handle
his own business well.
But the United States have quite sound monitoring bodies
to supervise human rights.
From Congress, the opposition party inside government
and civil society organizations to the media, all expose
the U.S. government’s improper actions and failure
to their duties.
But all of these things are just not realized in China."
China analyst Qin Yongmin in Wuhan City: “From
the United States’ action, should be the individual police
conduct, rather than the government nor an institution
supporting them to do so.
But China’s current situation is completely opposite
to its American counterpart.
The Chinese system does not protect human rights.
Every day hundreds of thousands of people suffer human
rights disasters, (but) this is at the mercy of the strong governments."
Hu believes that every time American human rights events
occur, China’s media publicly reports it.
But whenever a hot event occurs in China, such as
the opposition of the PX project construction in Maoming
City of Guangdong Province, the where ten activists
arrested in Zhengzhou City of Henan Province without reason
and prevented from meeting with lawyers.
All of these are not reported in Chinese media.
Hu Jia: “We can say that the Chinese government’s brutality
cannot be supervised.
Wether its the media, civil societies, or supervision bodies
of international communities, their reports are all accused
as being ‘irresponsible remarks.’
Across the world, the most powerful force to suppress
human rights is precisely the state force in China,
including the CCP and their law enforcement authorities
at all levels.
In fact, it can turn any government agency into one part
of the authorities of the state mobdom force at any time."
On Aug. 9, Michael Brown in Ferguson Town a suburb
of St. Louis City died by a white policeman’s gun shot.
The police claimed that Brown allegedly attacked
the police officer and attempted to snatch the gun
from the police officer, but Brown’s friend said Brown
was unarmed and held up his hands high.
The statements from witnesses and the police differ,
becoming a major point of contention.
Police later selectively released information
about this fatal shooting incident.
Especially allowing police to remain anonymous has aroused
the discontent of the local communities.
Hence protests were held for several days,
which soon turned more violent.
Looters ransacked local businesses.
The police responded to the protests by using tear gas,
rubber bullets and barricades.
Subsequently, Governor Nixon declared Ferguson
a state of emergency and imposed a curfew.
State Guard troops are stationed in Ferguson.
On the Aug. 18, some demonstrators attacked the police
by throwing bottles, stones and petrol bombs.
After repeatedly asking protesters to disband in vain, around
11:00 pm local police fired tear gas to disperse the crowd.
Throughout the process, 31 people were arrested.
