【新唐人2014年08月20日訊】中紅會再爆醜聞 轉租備災倉庫牟利
因大陸炫富女郭美美而聲名狼藉的「中國紅十字會」，日前再次被揭露出利用救災資源牟利的醜聞。
據大陸網路媒體《騰訊財經》8月18號報導，2008年四川汶川地震後，中共中央撥款1.17億元人民幣，在北京順義區牛欄山鎮建造了中國首個國家級救災物資倉庫，隨後劃歸「中國紅十字會」管理。但是，倉庫被「中國紅十字會」以每年90萬元的租金，租給一間疑似空殼公司，再轉租給DHL等物流公司，每年從差價中獲利數百萬元。
據報導，「中國紅十字會」常務副會長趙白鴿承認備災倉庫出租的行為，但辯稱是要「養活紅十字會的員工」，並指稱全國很多備災救災倉庫都在出租。
目前，《騰訊網》相關報導的原文已經被刪除，一些轉發在其他網站上的轉載頁面，也紛紛無法開啓，估計報導已經被「河蟹」。大陸網民紛紛批評說，「紅十字會」已變成「黑十字會」，再也不能將責任推給郭美美了。
中港活動人士發起「鬼城」佔房運動
針對大陸房價高昂，而「鬼城」眾多，空房率居高不下的狀況，大陸和香港的幾名活動人士，日前發起了「佔房運動」，引起關注。
8月11號和12號，北京憲政學者陳永苗、香港《太平洋月刊》總編輯歐陽勁、以及山東和浙江的民間活動人士喬小飛等，一起到山東煙臺鬼城「福地尚苑」小區，進行了一次示範性的「佔房行動」。
陳永苗在海外社交網站「推特」上公布了相關照片。
陳永苗對《美國之音》表示，他們發起並推動的「佔房運動」專找貪官的房子入手，這樣可以顯著降低風險，因為貪官不敢舉報，一舉報自己就暴露了。
陳永苗表示，他們發動「佔房行動」，是想給民間自發的被迫佔房者，提供正當性的論證和理論支持，並以實際行動來推動「居者有其屋」的公平社會理念。
中青報刊文批韓寒引爭議
8月19號，北京《中國青年報》發表了一篇題為「『天才』韓寒是當代文壇上的最大醜聞」的署名文章，批評韓寒導演的電影《後會無期》是一部十足的爛片，並指稱韓寒是「一個輟學生製造的文化騙局」。引起大陸網路的廣泛爭議。
文章的作者肖鷹是清華大學哲學系教授。被批評者韓寒是中國知名青年作家，在新浪微博的粉絲超過4000萬人。
很多大陸網友指責肖鷹的有關批評充滿「文革式口號」，呼籲說，「請用事實，不要用大字報式的打棍子」。

Makes Profit Subleasing Disaster-Ready Warehouse

Mainland media, Tencent Finance, reports on August
18th, that after the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake,
the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central Committee
allocated 117 million yuan to build a first state level
disaster supplies warehouse at Niulan mountain town
in Shunyi District, Beijing.
Later, it was taken care of by the RCSC.
However, the warehouse was sublet to a suspected shell
company for 900 thousand yuan per year by the RCSC and
re-sublet to other logistics companies such as DHL.
They make a million yuan profit from the difference annually.
It’s said the RCSC executive vice president Zhao Baige
admitted to this action in order to “feed the RCSC employees".
He alleged that many national disaster preparedness warehouses
are leased.
Currently, the original report on Tencent is deleted;
some reprinted pages on other websites cannot be opened
and might be harmonized.
Mainland netizens criticized the RCSC as a Black Cross Society
and can no longer put the blame on Guo Meimei.
Hong Kong and Mainland Activists Launch
House Occupancy Movement in Ghost Town
Several mainland and Hong Kong activists recently launched
a house occupancy movement due to high house prices and
a number of ghost towns with high vacancy rates.
The movement attracted a lot of interest.
August 11 and 12, Chen Yongmiao,
Beijing constitutional academic,
Ou Yangjin, editor of H K Pacific Magazine,
and Shangdong, Zhejiang activist Qiao Xiaofei, gave
a demonstration of occupancy action in Shandong Yantai
ghost town Fudishangyuan district.
Chen Yongmiao published the related photos on overseas social
website Twitter.
Chen Yongmiao told Voice of America they initiated and
promoted the occupancy movement and specifically started
with the corrupt official’s house, which would significantly
reduce the risk.
Because the corrupt officials dare not report; otherwise they
just expose themselves.
Chen Yongmiao said the reason they launched the occupancy
action is to provide legitimate theoretical support to those
people who were spontaneously forced to occupy.
They also want to promote the philosophy of home ownership
with real action.
China Youth Daily Said Hanhan is the Largest Scandal
August 19, Beijing China Youth Daily published a signed
article entitled “genius Hanhan is the biggest scandal in
the contemporary literary world".
The article criticized the film directed by Hanhan “The Continent"
as a bad movie and alleged Hanhan is a fraud culture created
by a dropout.
The article caused wide arguement through mainland network.
The author Xiao Ying is philosophy professor at Tsinghua
University.
Hanhan, who is criticized, is a well-known young writer,
and has more than 4000 fans on Sina microblog.
Many mainland netizens accused Xiao Ying’s criticism
as full of Cultural Revolution slogans.
They appealed, “Please do not use big-character poster style
to bludgeon, but use the facts."
