【新唐人2014年08月06日訊】中共中央紀委監察部網站8月3號發佈消息說，「吉林大學」副校長王冠軍，因涉嫌嚴重違紀違法，正在接受調查。值得注意的是，王冠軍從2004年12月至今出任「吉林大學白求恩第一醫院」院長。而這所醫院設立的地下器官移植中心，早在2006年就被披露，參與移植大量來歷不明的腎臟。
王冠軍是「吉林大學」排名第五位的副校長，兼黨委常委，是一名醫學博士，分管醫學教育、醫療服務和公共衛生管理。據《明慧網》提供的多項調查線索顯示，王冠軍執掌的「吉林大學白求恩第一醫院」，及現任泌尿中心主任傅耀文，深度涉入活體摘取法輪功學員器官罪行。
由於人體移植經濟效益可觀，2006年初，原「吉林大學聯誼醫院」————「吉大一院」成立了移植中心，將傅耀文及原科室護士長和一些醫生同時引進，並且在廣告上宣稱，傅耀文完成同種異體腎移植2,600多例，自體腎移植20多例。
《明慧網》2006年8月18號介紹，傅耀文的妻子孫蘇平，是長春市經濟技術開發區法院院長，她與吉林省公、檢、法、司等部門的關係都通，掌握了大量器官來源。
由於妻子掌握了大量的器官來源，傅耀文壟斷了吉林省的器官移植市場。而幾年來，傅耀文作的2,600多例手術，絕大部分器官不能說明來源。
而去年中共官方媒體報導，自2010年3月成立公民自願捐獻器官試點工作至今，只有1,000位公民自願身後捐獻器官。
加拿大人權律師大衛‧麥塔斯7月29號在舊金山一個研討會上透露，一星期前，中國某大醫院主治醫生被中共當局逮捕，罪名是「濫用器官移植」。這名醫生從事器官移植多年，發表過多篇論文，曾親口承認：參與使用法輪功學員器官進行移植手術。
吉林省吉林市居民彭振河表示，看來，中共承認「活摘器官」了。
吉林省吉林市居民彭振河：「有這個意思。原來死不承認這個事，看樣子這個事是確實存在了。共產黨就是這樣。一開始不承認，一點一點再承認。不過承認也是好事，也說明瞭江澤民快完蛋了。」
2006年11月13號，《希望之聲國際廣播電臺》記者發現，「吉林大學第一醫院」的腎移植中心設於陰暗的地下室。當記者詢問腎移植科主任王鋼，器官移植中心如此重要的科室為何被安置在見不到陽光的地方時，王鋼回答：「跟你沒有關係，沒有必要告訴你。」
而醫院護士向記者透露，腎源很多，每個月手術有20多例。供體離體時間短的幾個小時，長的十幾個小時。
彭振河譴責中共當局道德淪喪。
彭振河：「這是嚴重侵犯人權的事。太殘忍了，一聽這個事。中國人權不用說了，統治當局太道德敗壞了，對異議人士鎮壓太殘酷了。真希望中國趕快走向民主，法治，自由，人權的社會。」
《希望之聲》的採訪發現，自2006年3月，多位證人揭露中共活體摘取法輪功學員器官的事實以來，各大移植中心在4月份24小時加班加點進行移植手術。巧合的是，「吉林大學第一醫院器官移植中心」正是在4月份，由原「吉林大學聯誼醫院」的移植科主任傅耀文，同原科室護士長和一些醫生一起引進技術，正式成立。
山東維權律師李向陽：「活摘器官是反人類的一種邪惡的行為，對任何生命都應該報以尊重，可是他們呢？無視生命，無視全人類的道德底線，這樣在活人身上摘取器官，是人神共憤的事情。」
2006年3月31號，瀋陽軍區一名老軍醫投書美國《大紀元》新聞集團，揭露了中國大陸存在36個關押法輪功學員的集中營，其中以吉林關押12萬人的集中營人數最多；而長春地區修煉法輪功者為數眾多，是受迫害最嚴重的地區之一。

Vice President of Jilin University Under Investgation
for Alleged Live Organ Harvesting
The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection Department
announced on its website on August 3 that Vice President
of Jilin University, Wang Guanjun, is investigated for alleged
serious violations of discipline and law.
Wang Guanjun has been the president of Norman Bethune
Health Science Center of Jilin University since December 2004.
But, as early as 2006, an underground organ transplant center
in the hospital was exposed participating in multiple kidney
transplants from unknown sources.
Wang Guanjun is a member of the Party Standing Committee
of Jilin University.
As a medical doctor, he is in charge of medical education,
medical services and public health management.
The investigation by Minghui.org found the First Hospital
of Jilin University has engaged in the forced, live organ
harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners
with both Wang Guanjun and Fu Yaowen, current director
of the Urology Center, heavily involved in the crime.
Huge profits from transplantation enabled the First Hospital
to set up a transplant center in early 2006.
Fu Yaowen and many other medical staff were introduced
into the center.
The hospital claimed that Fu Yaowen has completed more than
2,600 cases of kidney transplant, and more than 20 cases
of autologous renal transplantation.
Minghui.org reported on Aug. 18, 2006 that Fu Yaowen’s wife,
Sun Suping, is president of the Court of Technology and
Economic Development Zone in Changchun City, Jilin Province.
Her deep relationship with the judiciary allows her
control of many organ sources.
Fu Yaowen also monopolizes the organ transplant market
in Jilin Province due to his wife.
In the 2,600 surgeries he has conducted, the origins
of the majority of the organs are unknown.
China’s official media reported that since the voluntary organ
donation pilot work started in March 2010, only 1,000 citizens
signed up for donation.
Canadian human rights lawyer David Matas revealed in a
seminar in San Francisco on July 29 that an attending physician
was arrested by the regime a week ago on charges of “abuse
of organ transplantation."
This doctor has been in organ transplantation for many years
and published many papers.
He had admitted he took part in transplant surgery
using organs of Falun Gong practitioners.
Peng Zhenhe, a resident in Jilin City, Jilin Province, indicates
that the CCP appears to recognize “live organ harvesting".
Peng Zhenhe: “It looks like it. It refused to admit it,
but it looks like it does exist.
This is the Chinese Communist Party. They would not admit it
at first, but, later they admit it little by little.
That’s a good thing,
because it means Jiang Zemin is soon finished."
On November 13, 2006, Sound of Hope Radio International
reporter found that the kidney transplant center was located
in the dark basement of the First Hospital of Jilin University.
When the reporter asked Wang Gang, director of kidney
transplants, why an important department such as the organ
transplant center was located in a place not seeing the sunlight,
Wang Gang replied: “It has nothing to do with you,
there is no need to tell you."
A hospital nurse also told the reporter the source of kidneys
are enough to sustain more than 20 surgery cases each month.
The organs were fresh from the donors between a few hours
to less than 20 hours.
Peng Zhenhe condemns the acts of moral turpitude of the CCP.
Peng Zhenhe: “This is a serious violation of human rights.
It is too cruel.
Not to mention about the human rights in China,
the ruling party has no morality.
The repression of dissidents is too cruel.
I really hope China will quickly turn to democracy,
the rule of law, social freedom and human rights."
In the interview, Sound of Hope also found that after a number
of witnesses exposed the CCP’s live organ harvesting of Falun
Gong practitioners in March 2006, major transplant centers
increased transplant operations and worked overtime in April.
Coincidentally, the Organ Transplant Center at Jilin University
First Hospital was officially established in April by Fuyao Wen
along with head nurse and doctors
from his original transplant department.
Shandong human rights lawyer Li Xiangyang: “Live organ
harvesting is an evil act against humanity.
Any life deserves to be respected.
But, they ignore the rights of the living,
ignore the morality of all mankind.
This organ harvesting from living people is an afront to both
God and man."
March 31, 2006, a veteran military doctor of Shenyang Military
Region wrote to the Epoch Times and revealed the presence
of 36 concentration camps to detain Falun Gong practitioners.
Jilin concentration camp was said to hold the most victims,
up to 120,000 people imprisoned.
While Changchun City of Jilin Province has the most Falun
Gong practitioners and is the most severely persecuted area.
