【新唐人2014年07月19日訊】17號，大陸網路流傳賈慶林16號出現在河北秦皇島長壽山的相片。分析人士指出，賈慶林的出現並不能證明，他被調查或被抓的傳言是假，相反的，賈慶林只能透過網友進行闢謠，正說明他的處境非常不妙。
16號，大陸網友「吳洪波」在微博po文說：「今天上午在秦皇島長壽山景區遇到賈慶林」，並配上3張賈慶林的照片。照片中的賈慶林身穿一件發皺的長袖藍色襯衫，在景區工作人員的陪同下參觀景區。
17號，包括《羊城晚報》、《中國廣播網》、《新浪網》等大陸各門戶網站及微博，都轉載了這些照片。秦皇島長壽山遊客服務中心一位工作人員也向香港《南華早報》表示，賈慶林在長壽山逗留約一個小時，有很多遊客看到他。
不過，從這些照片中可以看出，賈慶林的身旁沒有當地官員陪同。有網友表示，賈似乎「越抹越黑」。也有網民發現，這幾張照片早在2010年就已經出現。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「這個消息露出是一位所謂的網友說在長壽山遇到賈慶林，說明賈慶林還是非常危險，非常非常慘，因為前一時間又炒賈慶林已經被抓，我想這條消息也不是空穴來風，可能是習近平故意放出風來，要敲山震虎。」
11號，有多名大陸媒體人在網路披露，中共動用38軍的500軍人對賈慶林實施了抓鋪，賈被關押在內蒙古呼和浩特市一個監獄中。不過，相關帖子和評論很快就遭到刪除。
時事評論員藍述：「他的出現不能夠證明他被追查、他被軟禁的這些傳言是假的。當初傳徐才厚有問題的時候，徐才厚後來還專門和習近平一起出席過接見領導幹部的一次會議，後來他還是被抓了。周永康出事之前，他還不是偶爾露露臉，讓媒體報導一下嗎？」
現年74歲的賈慶林，1985年被提拔為中共福建省委副書記。此後，他歷任福建省省長，省委書記等職。1995年，賈出任北京市市長，一年後，接任市委書記，並在中共十五屆一中全會上，進入中央政治局。2002年11月，賈慶林當選中央政治局常委，2003年3月，當選全國政協主席。
賈慶林任職福建省委書記期間，爆發了震驚中外的「廈門遠華走私案」，當時福建官場幾乎被連鍋端起，當時任中共總書記江澤民卻公開表態支持賈慶林，並安排賈慶林的妻子，時任福建省外貿局黨委書記林幼芳，接受《鳳凰衛視》專訪，為自己「闢謠」。
今年4月，香港《蘋果日報》報導，一名從美國《彭博通訊社》被迫離職的新聞編輯披露，賈慶林家族持有中國首富王健林的「萬達集團」股份。
報導說，中共中紀委針對高官家屬親友以權謀私的調查行動，已涉及到賈慶林，賈的兩個兒子、女兒和女婿，被指多年來利用賈的影響力，大肆斂財並收受賄賂。
華頗：「賈慶林的官聲很不好，尤其他在福建涉及了遠華特大走私案，像這樣的人，即使當初他不倒臺，也不應該這樣提拔重用，可是江澤民毫不避諱的提拔自己的人，都提到了政治局常委的位置，習近平打虎，要是不打這個標誌人物，進行懲治，就很難服眾的。」
除了貪污，賈慶林任職福建時，還有另一大醜聞，就是包養一名陳姓女子，賈經常以「打網球」名義，從福州驅車去廈門約會，兩人育有一名私生子。這名女子後來被安排進入福建省政府，成為官員。
藍述：「賈慶林最主要的問題就是貪污，賈慶林本人也有作風問題，他亂搞女人，所以賈慶林從遠華案開始，他一路都是帶病陞官的。現在問題是，中共所有的官員都貪，那抓他，不抓別人，很顯然，抓他是因為他目前所處的位置，他過去的歷史，把他放在了各個集團利益爭奪的某個焦點上。」
賈慶林上一次露面是在今年3月下旬，當時，賈慶林西裝革履，滿臉喜色，視察總部位在武漢的「東風汽車公司」，而當時的全國政協前副主席錢運錄，以及湖北省的多名高官都在側陪同。

Jia Qinglin’s Appearance Can Not Clarify The Rumors
Recent rumors said that former member of the Politburo
Standing Committee of the CCP, Jia Qinglin was arrested for
corruption.
On July 17, photos of Jia Qinglin’s appearance at
Mount Changshou in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province
spread over the mainland internet.
Analysts pointed out that Jia Qinglin’s appearance
can not prove that the rumors of him being
investigated or arrested are false.
On the contrary, Jia Qinglin’s intention of using netizens
to refute the rumor shows his current situation is really bad.
On July 16, a mainland netizen, Wu Hongbo, posted on his
Weibo: ‘I have met Jia Qinglin at Mount Changshou in
Qinghuangdao this morning’, together with 3 photos of
Jia Qinglin.
In the photos, Jia Qinglin wears a wrinkled long-sleeved
blue shirt, and visits the scenic area accompanied
by local staff.
On July 17, Yangcheng Evening News, Broadcasting
Corporation of China, Sina and other portal sites in mainland
as well as Weibo all reproduced these photos.
Staff in the customer service center of Mount Changshou
also told Hong Kong’s South China Morning Post that Jia Qinglin
stayed at Mount Changshou for about 1 hour, and many
visitors had seen him.
However, in these photos, there are no local officials
with Jia Qinglin.
Some netizens stated that Jia had ‘proved the rumors are true’.
Beijing political watcher, Hua Po: “This news came
from a so-called netizen who claimed to meet Jia Qinglin
at Mount Changshou, this means Jia Qinglin is
in a very dangerous and miserable situation.
Rumors said Jia Qinglin was already arrested
some time ago, I do not think they are groundless.
Maybe Xi Jinping deliberately let it be known,
he wants to give a warning to tigers".
On July 11, many media people in the mainland disclosed
on the internet that 500 soldiers from The 38th Army
conducted the arrest of Jia Qinglin, and Jia was being
held in a prison in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia.
However, related posts and comments were quickly deleted.
Current affairs commentator, Lan Shu: ‘His appearance
can not prove that the rumors of him being investigated
and under house arrest are false.
Xu Caihou had intentionally attended a meeting with
the leading cadres together with Xi Jinping,
but he was still arrested afterwards.
Before Zhou Yongkang was being investigated,
he still occasionally made an appearance in public
for the media to report it’.
Jia Qinglin, now 74 years old, was promoted to deputy
secretary of the CCP in Fujian Province in 1985.
Since then, he served as governor of Fujian Province,
provincial party secretary and other positions.
In 1995, Jia was appointed as mayor of Beijing,
and took over as party secretary one year later.
He entered the Politburo on the first plenary session
of the 15th Communist Central Committee.
In November 2002, Jia Qinglin became a member
of the Politburo Standing Committee.
He was elected as CPPCC Chairman in March, 2003.
During Jia Qinglin’s tenure as provincial party
secretary of Fujian Province, the ‘Xiamen Yuanhua smuggling
case’, which shocked the world, occurred.
At that time almost all officials in Fujian were being held
accountable, but CCP General Secretary Jiang Zemin openly
expressed his support for Jia Qinglin.
Jiang arranged for Jia Qinglin’s wife, Lin Youfang, party
secretary of Fujian Provincial Foreign Trade Bureau,
to accept Phoenix TV’s interview and ‘clarify the rumors’.
In April 2014, Hong Kong’s Apple Daily reported that a news
editor of Bloomberg, who was forced to leave, disclosed
that Jia Qinglin’s family held shares in ‘Wanda Group’, the
company of China’s richest man Wang Jianlin.
According to the report, the CCP Central Commission for
Discipline’s Investigation against the abuse of power by senior
official’s relatives and friends came to Jia Qinglin.
His two sons, daughter and son-in-law were accused
of using Jia’s influence to collect money and take bribes.
Hua Po: ‘Jia Qinglin’s reputation is very bad. He was involved
in the Yuanhua smuggling case in Fujian.
People like him should not have been promoted like this.
However, Jiang Zemin forthrightly promoted his own man,
even promoted him to the Politburo Standing Committee.
If Xi Jinping does not hunt and punish this individual
in his tiger hunting, then it will be very difficult for him
to convince the public’.
Another big scandal of Jia Qinglin was his mistress, surnamed
Chen, in Fujian,.
Jia often drove from Fujian to Xiamen to meet her in the name
of ‘playing tennis’, and they have an illegitimate child.
This mistress was later made a provincial
official in Fujian.
Lan Shu: ‘Jia Qinglin’s main problem is corruption. His private
life also has problems: he has affairs with women.
Since the Yuanhua smuggling case, Jia Qinglin was being
promoted with his problems all the way.
Now the question is, all CCP officials are corrupt.
His arrest was obviously due to his conduct putting him

Jia Qinglin’s last appearance was at the end of March.
