【新唐人2014年07月16日訊】港府首輪政改報告淡化「公民提名」
香港特首梁振英7月15號正式向中共全國人大提交政改報告，報告仍然推薦選舉特首沿用「提名委員會」機制，對「泛民主派」提出的「公民提名」，雖然沒有否定，但暗示「公民提名」違反《基本法》，也完全沒有提及香港80萬人參與的全民投票，和50萬人參加的7.1遊行，所提出的「真普選」訴求。
香港「民陣」、「學聯」等團體對報告表示失望，並表示等8月份中共全國人大回應報告後，再決定是否公民抗命。
臺北電視節承辦人遭北京扣留
「2014臺北電視節」承辦單位「和展公司」總經理徐嘉森，7月12號在北京機場出境返回台灣時，被當場扣留。
據台灣《自由時報》7月15號報導，徐嘉森沒有被告知不能出境的理由，但是有猜測說，可能與他同意《新唐人電視臺》報名參展有關。
去年「和展公司」承辦「臺北電視節」時，中共當局不滿《新唐人》參展，強制百家廠商集體退展。
今年的「臺北電視節」將在九月舉行，據報導，受中共壓力，台灣文化部新修改了一些參展規定，排除《新唐人》，遭到台灣學者的批評。
一些台灣民眾在《自由時報》的相關報導後留言，質問中共憑甚麼扣留徐嘉森，並哀歎：「中共干涉內政， 如此粗暴」。
法國查獲數千件中國偽冒商品
法國海關再次查獲數千件來自中國的偽冒產品，據《法新社》報導，法國海關7月15號宣佈，海關人員在法國中部里昂市國際機場，查獲的這批偽冒產品，包括3700個強力液體粘合膠，80個名牌箱子，19件奢侈品豪華包，450個裝配遊戲機的控制裝置。
法國海關指出，這批模仿不同品牌的貨物，將發送給羅納省新成立的一間公司。這間公司準備將這些貨物全部轉銷到全法國的市場。

Hong Kong Government Gives No Support to Civil Nomination
July 15, Leung Chun-Ying, Hong Kong Chief Executive
recommended following the nominating committee mechanism
for the election of the Chief Executive outlined in a report
submitted to the CCP National People’s Congress(NPC).
He didn’t reject civil nomination proposed by the pan-democrats
but implied it violated the Basic Law.
The report did not mention the genuine universal suffrage proposal
of the 80 million participators in a referendum and the 50
million strong people’s procession on July 1st.
Hong Kong organizations including Civil Human Rights Front
(CHRF) and Hong Kong Federation of Students are disappointed
at the report.
They will decide whether to use civil disobedience after the
CCP NPC response in August.
Taipei TV Festival Sponsor Detained by Beijing
July 12, Xu Jiasen, Taipei TV Festival organizer and Hezhan
Entertainment Production Co. general manager, was
detained at Beijing airport when he was about to return Taiwan.
According to a Taiwan Liberty Times report on July 15,
Xu Jiasen doesn’t know why he was detained.
It’s guessed that it might be related to his agreement with
NTDTV’s participation in the exhibition.
Last year, the CCP forced hundreds of vendors to withdraw
from the Taipei TV Festival because the Chinese authorities
were dissatisfied with the Tang Dynasty exhibition.
Taipei TV Festival will be held in September this year.
It’s said the Taiwan Ministry of Culture was criticized by
academics for deciding to exclude Tang Dynasty
under CCP pressure.
Some people questioned in Taiwan Liberty Times how
the CCP could detain Xu Jaisen.
They complained: “CCP interference in internal affairs is so rude."
France Seizes Thousands of Chinese Counterfeit Goods
French customs seized thousands of fake goods again from China.
According to AFP report, July 15, French customs announced
officers seized a batch of counterfeits, including the 3700
strong liquid adhesives, 80 brand-name boxes, 19 luxury bags and
450 assembly game control devices in Lyon International Airport.
French customs pointed out that these different branded
imitation goods were to be sent to a newly established company
in Rhone province.
This company planned to resell these goods in all French markets.
