【新唐人2014年07月08日訊】廣東省金融服務辦公室原副主任李若虹，原是「廣東發展銀行」董事長。日前李若虹因涉嫌「深圳航空公司」私有化弊案正被當局調查。而收購「深圳航空」的老闆李澤源，2009年收購「深航」股權時，與現任中共政治局常委張德江「打過招呼」。下面讓我們一起去看看這其中的秘密。
據大陸《財新網》報導，現年59歲的李若虹，從1994年開始執掌「廣東發展銀行」長達十年。
「廣發銀行」下屬的「廣控集團」是「深圳航空」第一大股東。
2005年，「廣控集團」有意出手65%的「深航」股權。當時名不見經傳的商人李澤源以27億元的「天價」，擊敗「中國國際航空公司（國航）」、「中信集團」和「平安保險」乃至外資巨頭，入主「深圳航空」轟動一時。
李澤源在2005年3月成立的「匯潤公司」，股東包括了他本人和中共前總後勤部部長趙南起上將之女趙麗、以及中共前國防部長秦基偉上將之女秦畹江，和江澤民情婦宋祖英之妹宋祖玉。
據大陸媒體《南方週末》披露，李澤源曾擔任某位「軍委領導人」的警衛員。李澤源小學三年級輟學，14歲謊報16歲參軍，「被安排在軍委領導身邊工作」。
而這位「領導人」被輿論懷疑，就是當時的軍委委員趙南起。
2009年年底，李澤源被警方拘捕。據了解，李澤源借錢收購「深航」股權，掌控局面後，再將「深航」資金逐步倒出，以償還債務。李澤源承認：在不到四年裡他以「空手套白狼」的方法，套走了20億元，留下近百億的財務黑洞。
今年1月，李澤源因「挪用資金罪」被判有期徒刑14年。
去年6月5號，李澤源在最後一次庭審供述中他說，當年「深航」競購時，他曾向廣東省政府的領導「打招呼」。時任廣東省委書記的張德江，曾親自過問「深航」股權的拍賣。
李若虹落馬，輿論劍指現任政治局常委的張德江。而張德江被指為江派「吉林幫」的核心人物。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「中國反腐很少有純粹經濟上的問題，都是有很大的政治考量。中國經濟這塊大蛋糕早就陷入了權貴的掌握之中。牽扯趙南起、張德江，吉林幫，這是肯定的，因為這些權貴就靠這些手段，現在把這些事拋出來，肯定是劍指張德江了。」
出生於吉林的張德江曾留學朝鮮，最早在「延邊大學」當副校長。時任全國政協副主席的趙南起，曾大力提拔張德江。1989年「六四」後，江澤民當上中共總書記，趙南起任總後勤部部長、和軍委委員。而張德江因趙南起力薦，先後出任吉林省、浙江省和廣東省的省委書記，2008年升為國務院副總理，2012年中共十八大後，張德江成為政治局常委。
旅美時事評論員李善鑑：「兩種可能的信號：一種呢『敲山震虎』。如果張德江你是識時務的話，也可能習(近平)把他放過去，但是他一定要轉換陣營。但是不管怎麼樣，在中共官場裡邊，它放出來一個事情——說誰誰誰有問題，一定不是因為純粹的經濟原因。」
張德江出任浙江省委書記時，在溫州動車重大事故後8小時就下令停止搜救，遭到億萬網友的唾罵。
李善鑑：「還有另外一種可能性，就是要處理他了。在目前這種情況來看，特別是徐才厚已經被抓起來了，對於張德江來講，他一直被看作是江派的人。習近平所用的一個手法就是『四面圍城』，把他的馬仔都收拾掉，最後再對付這個主要的人。」
據報導，近半個月來，中共江派「吉林幫」的核心成員，包括前政協副主席蘇榮和前軍委副主席徐才厚，相繼落馬。而提拔張德江和徐才厚的另一位「吉林幫」「副國級」人物趙南起，也被中紀委調查中。

Let’s look at the details.
According to mainland website, Caixin, 59-year-old Li
Ruohong was in charge of the Guangdong Development
Bank for ten years from 1994.
Guangdong Development Bank’s affiliate Guangkong Group
is the largest shareholder in Shenzhen Airlines.
In 2005, Guangkong Group intended to sell 65% of Shenzhen
Airline stock.
Li Zeyuan, an unknown businessman entered Shenzhen Airlines
with the sky – high price of 2.7 billion Yuan to beat China
International Airlines (Air), CITIC Group, Ping An Insurance
and even a foreign tycoon, making a hit.
Li Zeyuan set up Huirun Company in March 2005.
The shareholders included himself, the director of the General
Logistics Department Admiral Zhao Nanqi’s daughter Zhao Li,
and former Minister of National Defense, Admiral Qin Jiwei’s
daughter Qin Wanjiang and Jiang Zemin’s mistress Song Zuying’s
sister Song zuyu.
According to mainland media Southern Weekend’s disclosure,
Li Xeyuan had served as a certain Military Commission leader’s bodyguard.
Li Zeyuan dropped out at third grade of elementary school,
joined the army at 14 by claiming to be16 years old.
It was arranged for him to work by the Military Commission
leader’s side."
And the leader was suspected by the public to be Zhao Nanqi
a member of the Central Military Commission.
At the end of 2009, Li Zeyuan was arrested.
It is said that Li Zeyuan borrowed money to acquire equity
in Shenzhen Airline stock to control the situation.
Then he gradually used Shenzhen Airlines money
to pay off the debt.
Mr Li admitted he took 2 billion RMB
and left a 10 billion Yuan financial black hole in less than
four years.
In January, Li Zeyuan was sentenced to 14 years in prison on
charges of misappropriating funds.
June 5, Li Zeyuan said at his last hearing that he talked
to Guangdong government officials
when he bid for Shenzhen Airlines.
At that time, Zhang Dejiang, chairman of Guangdong Party personally had a hand in the Senzhen Airline stock auction.
Li Ruohong was sacked, so they say to save the skin of
Zhang Dejiang, regarded as a central figure in Jiang
faction’s Jilin group.
Hua Po, Beijing political watcher : “Anti-corruption in China
is rarely a pure economic issue but has political considerations.
The great China economic cake has been mastered by the bigwigs.
It involves for sure Zhao Nanqi, Zhang Dejiang and the Jilin
gang because these officials relied on these powerful tools.
It’s certainly targeted at Zhang Dejiang now to throw out these
things."
Born in Jilin, Zhang Dejiang had studied in North Korea and
served as VP in Yanbian University.
At the time, Zhao Nanqi vigorously promoted Dejiang.
After 1989 June 4th, Jiang Zemin served as general secretary
of the Chinese Communist Party.
Zhao Nanqi was appointed minister of the General
Logistics Department South and Central Military Commission
member.Zhang Dejiang was promoted as Jilin, Zhejiang and Guangdong
secretary because of Zhao Nanqi’s high recommendation.
Zhang Dejiang was promoted to Vice Premier of the State Council
in 2008 and Politburo Standing Committee member after 2012
eighteenth national Congress.
Li Shanjian US commentator: “Two possible signals: one is to
attack in an indirect way: if Zhang Dejiang is smart enough
to change faction, Xi Jinping might release him.
Whatever, there might not be pure economic reasons
for the information released from Chinese officialdom,
that someone has a problem."
Zhang Dejiang was reviled by millions of netizens because of
ordering a stop after an 8 hour rescue attempt in the Wenzhou
motor car accident when he served as Zhe Jiang Secretary.
Li Shankjian: “Another possibility is to deal with him.
Especially as Xu Caihou has been arrested and Zhang Dejiang
is considered as a Jiang faction person.
Xi Jinping used the trick of surrounding the city on four sides
to take care of all his first targets, then the main guy."
