【新唐人2014年07月05日訊】廣東汕頭市政協原主席賴益成涉嫌殺死情婦一事，成為中共政壇性醜聞的最新註腳。聯想到近日一連串的中共高官因為「通姦」而落馬，不少網民直言，共產黨已墮落為「通姦黨」。而這一場「通姦風暴」或者還會有後續。
7月2號下午，汕頭市前政協主席、市委前副書記賴益成，在家中殺死情婦後報警自首。當地消息說，今年35歲的受害人與69歲的賴益成，兩人於2003年相好，生下了兩個小孩，年幼者僅幾個月大。但軍人出身的賴益成，與合法妻子至今維持婚姻關係，兩人也育有二子。
警方通報的內容，沒有涉及上述細節，只說賴3號被刑事拘留。外界紛紛猜測，認為很可能涉及二奶舉報勒索。
原《陝西電視臺》記者馬曉明：「 貪官和情婦他們的關係是建立在權力和金錢，和物質利益的基礎上的，沒甚麼感情，所以一有追查，情婦為了擺脫，就和盤託出。甚至還有些是幾個情婦之間互相爭、互相揭發的醜惡行徑。這裡邊它反映的是中共這個政治團夥它的邪惡、它的黑社會性質。」
最近，連串中共高官因為「通姦」罪名而落馬。7月2號，中紀委網站一口氣通報7名落馬官員被開除黨籍，其中5名高官涉「與他人通姦」，包括：海南前副省長冀文林，和中共中央政法委辦公室前副主任余剛，這兩位是前中共中央政治局常委周永康的「大秘書」。另外，還有三位山東和湖北的廳級官員。
不少網友反映，共產黨已墮落為「通姦黨」。
大陸作家荊楚：「這應該是網友調侃的一個黑色幽默嘛！這種嘲笑說明，反腐根本就沒有效嘛！他們信仰的是錢和權，信仰的是享受，肉慾的享受，活一天算一天。在這種精神狀態下怎麼會不去包二奶呢？他沒有精神依託了嘛！沒有道德約束了！可以說官員包二奶是一種普遍現象了。」
按中共中紀委6月7號的解釋，「通姦」屬於違反黨紀以及必須受到懲戒的行為。
但實際上，中共黨內淫穢成風。香港《蘋果日報》指出，近年被查處的貪官，九成五以上都有通姦行徑。而今年2月，某中紀委官員說，有九成廳級貪官包養情人，甚至共用情婦。
此前，重慶趙紅霞的「淫亂視頻」，讓雷政富等數十名官員落馬﹔東北女博士常艷自爆婚外情，讓中央編譯局長衣俊卿黯然丟官﹔電視臺女主播紀英男，爆料中央檔案局前法規司副司長笵悅，誘騙她做二奶的經歷，令輿論譁然。
因此，中紀委反貪腐的三大利器：小偷、日記、二奶，已經成為網友調侃中共反腐不力的一句常話。
馬曉明：「要說反腐的話，我不承認它是反腐。所謂的反腐、打貪這樣的舉措，一個是被迫的，再一個是有限度的，同時或多或少的加有派系之爭的色彩。而且有些事情那是明的了，不用查。」
有觀察認為，上樑不正下樑歪。如前中共黨魁江澤民、前中共政法委書記周永康、前中共公安部副部長李東生等等「上樑」，無不是左手斂財，右手聚色，驕縱奢侈。已經被清除出黨的眾多「下樑」，聚色驕縱也毫不遜色。
馬曉明：「它這個黨具有壟斷一切的權力，不受任何約束。所以會出現這麼多通姦的黨徒。共產黨現在就贏得了通姦黨這樣的稱號。」
荊楚：「徹底實行民主制度嘛！官員得到監督，新聞放開，由老百姓的選票來決定官員的任免。這樣子腐敗問題一下子就解決了。所以在（目前）這種官僚特權體制下，任你怎樣高調反腐都沒有效果，僅僅是為了好看。」
現正被中共喉舌《人民日報》窮追猛打的前中共中央政治局委員、軍委副主席徐才厚，此前也擁有「公共情婦」傳言，網上更盛傳某位「軍中美女」曾被徐才厚父子二人共同包養。只是官方通報中並沒有相關措辭。

Chinese Communist Party Satirized As ‘The Adultery Party’
Lai Yicheng, the former chairman of the Chinese People’s
Political Consultative Conference in Shantou City, Guangdong,
has been suspected of killing his mistress and become the
latest footnote in the Chinese Communist Party’s,
CCP political sex scandal.
Think of the recent series of incidents of senior officials
being sacked because of ‘adultery’, many netizens stated
bluntly that the CCP had degenerated
into ‘The Adultery Party’.
There may be some follow-ups for this ‘adultery storm’.
On the afternoon of July 2, the former deputy secretary
of Shantou municipal committee, Lai Yicheng, turned himself
in to the police after killing his mistress.
According to local news, the 35-year-old victim
and the 69-year-old Lai Yicheng started the affair in 2003,
and had 2 children.
The youngest child is only a few months old.
However, Lai Yicheng of military origin is still maintaining
a marital relation with his legitimate wife,
and they also have 2 children.
The police briefing did not mention any of the above details,
but just stated that Lai was being detained on
criminal charges on the 3rd July.
People have speculated that this incident may involve whistle
blowing and blackmailing of the mistress.
Ma Xiaoming, former reporter of Shanxi TV: The relation
between the corrupt officials and their mistresses is built
on power and money, and the basis of material interests.
There are no true feelings.
Therefore, if there is an investigation, the mistresses will
tell all in order to get rid of it.
In some incidents, there is the hideous act of a few
mistresses whistle blowing each other.
It really reflects the evil and illegal nature of the CCP.
Recently, various CCP senior officials were being sacked
due to the adultery charge.
On July 2, the Central Discipline Inspection Commission
website announced that 7 sacked officials was expelled
from the party, of which 5 senior officials were
involved in adultery.
They are Former Deputy provincial governor of Hainan,
Ji Wenlin; Former deputy director of the CPC Central
Political and Law Commission Office, Yu Gang.
These two are the ‘big secretaries’ of the former member
of the CPC Central Political and
Legislative Committee, Zhou Yongkang.
There are also three other department officials
in Shandong and Hubei.
Many netizens said that the CCP had degenerated
into “The Adultery Party".

This sarcasm shows that anti-corruption had no effect at all.
Their belief is money and power, and to enjoy it for
as long as you can.
How could they not have mistresses in this state of mind?
There is no spiritual support for them!
There are no moral constraints!
Officials having mistresses have become the norm.
According to the Central Discipline Inspection Commission’s
(CCDI) explanation on June 7, adultery is a breach of CCP
regulations and must be subject to punishment.
However, in fact, obscenity has become a trend in CCP.
Hong Kong’s Apple Daily reported that more than 95%
of the corrupt officials that had been punished in recent
years had committed adultery.
This February, some CCDI official had stated that nearly 90%
of corrupt officials on the departmental level have had
mistresses, some even have the same mistress.
Prior to this incident, there was Zhao Hongxia’s Promiscuous
Video in Chongqing, which caused Lei Zhengfu and dozens
of officials being sacked.
Doctoral Chang Yan exposed her extramarital affairs
which caused the Chairman of Compilation and Translation
Bureau Yi Junqing to lose his job.
Female television anchor, Ji Yingnan, exposed that the former
deputy director of the Central Archives and Regulation
Department Fan Yue lured her to be his mistress,
which caused a public outcry.
Therefore, netizens often laughed at the inefficient
anti-corruption of the CCP was due to the CCDI’s “three great
anti-corruption tools" theft, diary and mistress.
Ma Xiaoming said, Speaking of anti-corruption,
I do not recognize that it is anti-corruption.
The so-called anti-corruption is being forced, and it is
very limited, at the same time, it also has the color
of political struggles.
Moreover, some things are really obvious,
no investigation is needed.
Some observers believe that if a leader sets a bad example,
subordinates are likely to follow suit.
Former CCP leader Jiang Zemin, former secretary
of CCP Politics and Law Committee, Zhou Yongkang,
former Vice Minister of CCP Public Security Li Dongsheng
and many other “leaders" of this kind are all corrupt
and promiscuous, arrogant and wasteful.
Those “subordinates" who were already being expelled
from the CCP are also good at these things.

have committed adultery.
The CCP now earns the name of the Adultery Party.

Xu Caihou, currently being pursued vigorously
by the mouthpiece of the CCP, People’s Daily, also had
rumors of having a “public mistress" earlier.
People widely rumored online that a “military beauty" was
the mistress of both Xu Caihou and his son.
However, official briefings did not mention
any related issues.
