【新唐人2014年05月27日訊】日前，四川首富「劉漢黑社會集團案」一審判決，劉漢被判死刑。劉漢、劉維兄弟等36人被控15項罪名，卻沒有「行賄罪」。外界認為，因為劉漢行賄中共高官太多暴露出來後，當局擔心無法收場，因而故意繞開，不過以後中共當局可能遇到更大麻煩。請看下面的報導。
5月23號，湖北咸寧市中級法院對劉漢、劉維等36人一審判決，劉漢、劉維被判處死刑。
劉漢於1997年在四川綿陽成立「漢龍集團」。據報導，劉漢一直遊走於官商兩界，通過違法犯罪活動，和利用國家機關工作人員的包庇、縱容，稱霸一方。此前的起訴書指控劉漢、劉維利用巨額黑金，尋找保護傘，「賄賂」政府官員。
不過，劉漢被控15項罪名，包括組織、領導黑社會性質組織罪、故意殺人罪、故意傷害罪等，卻沒有「行賄罪」。
大陸《人民監督網》版主朱瑞峰：「他們是選擇性的執法，如果這些國家工作人員，如果是當局的政敵，就把他給處理了，如果是他們的同志，那就要去掉，另案處理或者就不處理。」
大陸《財經》雜誌曾經分析《劉漢的朋友圈》，報導點出了劉漢的生意夥伴——周濱，父親就是前中共中央政治局常委周永康。而劉漢非法掌控的70多家公司、400億人民幣黑金，與周濱關係密切。報導說，劉漢的朋友圈中，除了周永康的老部下李春城、郭永祥、李崇禧之外，至少還有5名現任或者退居二線的省部級官員。
《新華社》也曾報導，在四川省內外，很多人都知道劉漢是「有大背景、大靠山」的人物，甚至能夠左右當地的人事安排。
朱瑞峰：「所謂的大老虎，全世界的人都清楚，就是劉漢和周永康的兒子合作了很多事情，那你後面涉及公權力周永康，你應該寫上週永康等名字啊，全世界人民都知道了，黨還裝著別人不知道，如果是個法治國家，馬上把他繩之以法。」
英國《路透社》報導說，為了拿下週永康中共領導人習近平，去年開始清洗周永康在石油行業和四川省官場，以及和國內安全部門經營了四十年的關係網絡。超過300名周永康的親屬、政治同盟、商業合作夥伴、下屬和員工已被逮捕、拘押或訊問。劉漢就是其中一個。
消息來源說，當局從周永康的家屬和夥伴那裏，繳獲了900億元，劉漢的資產包括在這些被沒收的財產當中。
美國《中國事務》雜誌總編伍凡：「所有的反腐是給人家看的，給誰看，給老百姓看，你看我在反腐，我在修理共產黨那些壞的傢伙，共產黨內部鬥爭得非常厲害，鬥爭的目地是為了救共產黨保護他們自己，只要想維持共產黨，個個都是邪惡的。」
在劉漢案的報導中，高調曝光了劉漢團夥的武器庫，號稱劉漢武器庫中，有軍用手榴彈3枚、國產五六式衝鋒槍、美製勃朗寧手槍等槍支20支。子彈677發、鋼珠彈2163發、管製刀具100多把。
專欄作家玉清心指出，江澤民、曾慶紅、周永康、薄熙來等人企圖策劃政變，扳倒習近平。宣判劉漢兄弟死刑，矛鋒離周永康越來越近。而近來發生在各地的恐怖事件，是江澤民一夥在全中國製造的混亂。
時事評論員林子旭說，劉漢案宣判的前一天，發生在新疆的爆炸案，讓他懷疑爆炸案背後，有人搞鬼。
時事評論員林子旭：「江派馬仔王樂泉在新疆經營了很多年，被人稱為新疆王，江派勢力在新疆有很深的根子。雖然沒有明確的證據，很多人或許會和我一樣懷疑到江派勢力身上，他們現在就是想要搞亂局勢、亂中求變，可以預見，在未來的日子中共內部一定會有更多的事情發生的。」
《路透社》報導說，劉漢最嚴重的罪行，實際上還是在一個巨大的權力遊戲當中站錯了隊。

Liu Han Was Charged With 15 Crimes, None of Which Were Bribery
Liu Han, the richest man in Sichuan, was recently sentenced
to death.
A total of 36 people were involved in Liu’s case,
and among the 15 charges, bribery was not included.
It is believed that many officials were involved
in Liu’s bribery.
For fear of greater trouble, the authorities avoided exposing
the bribery.
However, it also indicates bigger issues the CCP
is likely to face.
The following is our report.
On May 23, Xianning City Intermediate People’s Court
of Hubei Province announced the verdict for the group crime
involving 36 people.
Liu Han and his brother Liu Wei
were both sentenced to death.
Liu Han established Sichuan Hanlong group in 1997.
Reportedly, Liu Han since had close ties to business
and the officialdom.
Through illegal activities and protection as well as harboring
the state agencies, Liu Han dominated these circles.
The indictment charged both Liu Han and Liu Wei
with ‘bribing’ officials with a huge amount of illicit funds
in exchange for protection.
However, the verdict showed Liu was charged
with 15 offenses from organizing and leading
the underworld in crimes, murder, and assault,
but was not charged with ‘bribery’.
Zhu Ruifeng, moderator of the Chinese independent news
report website, www.rmjdw.com: “Law enforcement
has been selective.
These state agencies will be punished if they are political
opponents.
If not, they’ll be protected."
Caixin Magazine’s report on Liu Han’s circle of friends
pointed out Liu’s business partner, Zhou Bin’s father,
is former Politburo Standing Committee, Zhou Yongkang.
Liu Han’s illegal control of more than 70 companies
and illicit funds in the amount of 40 billion yuan
are closely related to Zhou Bin.
Included among Liu Han’s circle of friends are also followers
Zhou Yongkang, such as Li Chuncheng, Guo Yongxiang,
and Li Chongxi, as well as five other provincial officials.
Xinhua News Agency also reported that Liu Han is known
as a person of decisive power with significant official
connections.
Zhu Ruifeng: “Everyone knows who the so-called big tiger is.
Now Liu Han is known to have worked
with Zhou Yongkang’s son.
Zhou Yongkang’s name should be revealed in this case.
The CCP still tries to be pretentious like no one really knows.
He would have been brought to justice if in a country
ruled by law."
Reuters reported that to get at Zhou Yongkang, Xi Jinping
“last year began rolling up the strongman’s extensive network
of patronage, assembled over more than four decades
in the oil industry, Sichuan provincial politics
and the internal security services.
More than 300 of Zhou’s relatives, political allies, business
associates, underlings and staff, have been arrested, detained
or questioned. Liu was one of them."
“Authorities seized assets worth at least 90 billion yuan
($14.5 billion) from Zhou’s family members and associates,
two sources said. Liu’s assets were included in these seizures",
added Reuters.
Chris Wu, China Affairs magazine editor-in-chief:
“All of the anti-corruption is to show the people
that the bad people in the CCP are being tackled.
In fact, the struggle has been very severe in the CCP,
and the purpose is to safeguard the CCP.
Every one of them is evil."
Liu Han’s case report revealed Liu Han’s inventory of arms,
including three military grenades, 20 Chinese made
Type-56 submachine guns and US-made Browning pistols,
2163 steel balls, and more than 100 restrained knives.
Columnist Yuqing Xin noted that the coup plan
was attempted by Jiang Zemin, Zeng Qinghong,
Zhou Yongkang, and Bo Xilai in order
to topple President Xi Jinping.
The death sentence of Liu Han and Liu Wei suggests
that the time for dealing with Zhou Yongkang is nearing.
In response, the recent terrorist incidents in China
have been conducted by Jiang Zemin and his allies
in order to create chaos in China.
Commentator Lin Zixu suspects the intention behind
the occurrence of the Xinjiang bombings is the verdict
of Liu Han.
Lin Zixu, commentator: “Wang Lequan is Jiang Zemin’s
follower.
He has been in Xinjiang for many years and is known
as the king of Xinjiang.
The Jiang faction has deep roots in Xinjiang.
Even though there is a lack of clear evidence,
perhaps many people like myself have suspected
that the Jiang faction created chaos
and sought opportunities in Xinjiang.
It is foreseeable that many more incidents
will take place within the CCP."
Reuters reported that Liu Han’s most serious offense, in fact,
could well be that he, “was caught up on the wrong side
of a titanic power play."
