【新唐人2014年05月16日訊】就在北京特警、防暴車上街後，上海也出現了所謂的「衝鋒隊」，實質上就是全副武裝的特警。那麼，非戰爭年代，街頭出現「衝鋒隊」，槍口到底指向誰﹖中國民間對此有何感想？
隨著「亞信峰會」的臨近，一支由150人和15輛特製警車組成的「衝鋒隊」，走上了上海街頭。大陸媒體高調報導了他們的武器裝備，除每輛車配備2把手槍外，「衝鋒隊」的每名成員還配備了防暴頭盔、防彈防刺服、警棍、滅火毯等近20款裝備。尤其是特警車上的攝像頭，和每名特警帶4G傳輸的頭盔，使特警指揮中心第一時間就可以獲得現場的實時畫面。
這是繼北京12號150輛專職武裝巡邏車上街之後，中國大城市加強警力的又一大動作。
上海維權律師李天天：「就相當於家裏的保姆全副武裝，武裝到牙齒了，怎麼服務老百姓？又不是戰爭年代。表面看好像保衛老百姓，但實際上肯定是保衛他們自己的政權，就是他們心虛。」
據了解，所有衝鋒隊裡的特警都參加過兩週的封閉集訓，他們將針對上海人民廣場、南京路、豫園、上海外灘等重要地段進行巡邏，主要用於處置所謂恐怖和重大突發事件等。這支「衝鋒隊」也是上海首支專業機動突擊隊。
居住上海的一名陳姓工程師對《新唐人》表示，中共專制下的社會就像高壓鍋，隨時都可能崩潰。
上海居民、工程師陳先生：「這個是形式更大於實際意義，這只是給普通老百姓來看的。對他們來說，國內國外的各種危機都是次要的，主要是他們的政權。國內的政治、經濟、方方面面的矛盾已到了不可調和的一個地步了。」
無獨有偶，在歷史上，以「反人類罪」著稱的德國納粹也有過一支衝鋒隊，它是1923年由希特勒創建的。這個德國納粹的衝鋒隊人數一度超過德國的國防軍，最多時有3百萬僱員。隨著1945年希特勒政權在第二次世界大戰中失敗，這個組織宣告瓦解。
陳先生：「獨裁者和專制統治者才關心他屁股底下的這一把龍椅。它(中共政權)現在已經到了風聲鶴唳、草木皆兵了。由於社會不穩定的根源就是獨裁專制，如果結束這個專制暴政，中國才會穩定。這個不解決，你做得再多都無濟於事。」
近期大陸頻頻發生暴力事件：3月1號中共「兩會」前，雲南昆明火車站發生砍人事件；4月30號，在中共國家主席習近平視察新疆最後一天，烏魯木齊火車站發生爆炸案；5月6號，廣州火車站再次發生砍人事件。
上海維權律師李天天認為，正因為中共的末日恐懼，他們才加強恐怖統治，這和狗處在弱勢與危機中，會炸毛和狂吠，是一個道理。
上海維權律師李天天：「一黨專制它是用恐怖來統治你，它如果有危機感，就要加強這個恐怖，對於老百姓加強這個恐嚇。現在它覺得快不行了，它政權存活不下去了，它要加強這種恐怖。」
中共民政部等9個部門最近宣佈，大幅提高警察撫卹金的標準。如警察死亡被評定為所謂烈士後，給遺屬的獎金是上一年全國城鎮居民人均可支配收入的30倍。按此條例計算，去年中國城鎮居民人均可支配收入為26955元，那麼今年的所謂烈士撫卹金將是80多萬人民幣。
當前，中共黨內派系鬥爭、全社會環境污染問題，和無官不貪等危機交織在一起，民間抗暴事件愈演愈烈。
對於「上海衝鋒隊」，民眾在網上少有理會，更無讚賞。相反的還有人說：「世界上還有哪些國家的警察像我們上海警方首支衝鋒隊一樣，把對講機掛肩章上扯著警服在大街上現眼。」更有網友笑稱：「上海特警起名為衝鋒隊，驚呆人民群眾了，何不去南海衝鋒一下！」

Shanghai Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) Set Up an
Emergency Unit to Be Prepared For Any Eventuality
After Beijing SWAT riot vehicles appeared on the streets,
now Shanghai has a so-called emergency unit which is actually heavily
armed SWAT.
So, who is being aimed at by muzzles from emergency units
on the streets
during non-wartime? How do people feel?

With the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building
Measures in Asia (CICA) summit approaching, an emergency
unit team of 150 people and 15 special police cars patrol
the streets of Shanghai.

Shanghai human rights lawyer Li Tiantian: “It is equal to a
heavily armed nanny at home, even with armed teeth.
How can they serve the people in non-wartime?
Apparently, it is to protect the people, but it’s actually for their
power which means they have a guilty conscience."
It is said that all the SWAT have secret two-week training.
They will patrol around the Shanghai People’s Square, Nanjing
Road, Yuyuan Garden, the Bund, etc against so-called terrorism
and emergencies.
This emergency unit is the first Shanghai professional motorized commando.
A Shanghai resident surnamed Chen told NTD that
society under the CCP tyranny is like a pressure cooker about to
burst at any time.
Shanghai resident, engineer Mr Chen: “This is of more symbolic than practical significance to show the people.
For them, foreign and domestic crises are minor; the main
problem is their domestic regime.
It is already irreconcilable for domestic politics, economic and
other conflicts. “
Coincidentally, known for crimes against humanity, the German
Nazi party also had stormtroopers created in 1923 by Hitler.
The German Nazi stormtroopers once had up to 3 million
members which was more than the German Wehrmacht.
The stormtroopers were disbanded when the Hitler regime
fell in World War II in 1945.
Mr.Chen: Only dictators and authoritarians care about the
emperor’s chair under their asses.
The communist regime is paranoid and panic-stricken due to
the root social instability — of the authoritarian.
China will be stable once the tyranny is ended; otherwise,
whatever you do is in vain."
Recent. violent incidents happened frequently on the mainland.
The stabbing incident happened in Kunming Railway Station
on March 1 before two CCP sessions.
April 30, Urumqi train station was bombed on the last day of
Chinese President Xi Jinping』s Xinjiang trip.
May 6, the Guangzhou Railway Station had a stabbing incident again.
Shanghai human rights lawyer Li Tiantian believes the CCP
strengthening the reign of terror in fear of doom is equal to a
dog on fire and barking at a disadvantage and the crisis.
Shanghai human rights lawyer Li Tiantian: “a one-party system
is to rule by terror.
If they have a sense of crisis, they must strengthen the horror
and the threat to the people.
Now they have to strengthen the terror because the regime cannot survive."
Nine departments including the Ministry of Civil Affairs
recently announced a substantial police pension raise.
If the police death was classified as so-called martyrdom, the
survivors may have 30 times the previous year’s average per capita disposable income.
According to this regulation, the average per capita disposable
income for last year was 26,955 yuan RMB, then the so-called
martyr pension of this year will be more than 800 thousand yuan RMB.
Currently, the Chinese Communist Party faction inner struggles,
the whole social environment, pollution problems and official corruption
are intertwined making civil uprising intensify.
There is little response and no appreciation of the Shanghai
stormtroopers.
On the contrary, no police in the world is like our Shanghai first
stormtroopers who talk through the walkie-talkies hung on the
epaulet bringing disgrace to the uniforms on the street.
Some netizens even mocked: “Shanghai SWAT nicknamed
stormtroopers surprised people.
Why not assault in the South China Sea?"
