【新唐人2014年05月15日訊】發生在浙江杭州市餘杭區中泰鄉的群眾抗議事件，公安機關已對53人刑事拘留。 另有7名網友，被指控在「網上散佈謠言」，也被拘留。而當地公安局全部撤出，特警從溫州、寧波、杭州等地派去，僅蕭山一地每天就有200特警派往餘杭鎮壓。請看詳細報導。
浙江餘杭當地學生12號罷課，餘杭鎮所有店家集體自發罷市，數千警察全城搜捕參與抗議示威的村民。有網友爆料，餘杭鎮的小學生也上街遊行。而前一天，11號晚，餘杭區的大批中學生冒雨上街遊行。
13號，「中國民主黨」浙江成員陳開頻專門到當地公安局了解情況。
中國民主黨浙江成員陳開頻：「當地公安局全部撤退了，包括當地的派出所，甚麼中泰派出所，全部撤退了。現在都是從溫州、寧波、杭州派過去的特警，我們蕭山是每天有200個特警派過去的。」
中共官方媒體12號報導，餘杭事件中有53人，被當局以「涉嫌聚眾擾亂公共秩序」、及「妨礙公務」和「尋釁滋事」等罪名刑拘。另外還有7名網友，被指為「網上散佈謠言者」被拘留。
當局在11號還公告，要求所謂犯罪嫌疑人「自首」，才經過一天，當局開始大批抓人，連網友都不放過。
陳開頻：「這是他們慣用的伎倆。他們統治主要是兩種，一個是靠謊言，第二個是靠暴力。現在共產黨的公信力等於零了，共產黨已經病入膏肓，來日無多，所以謊言已經不能掩蓋，它就只能採取暴力了。現在他們窮途末路，採取污衊的手段，很惡劣。」
目前大陸媒體對於餘杭事件口徑一致，都報導說，有所謂不法份子煽動蠱惑，才造成餘杭和中泰及附近地區人員規模性聚集，並趁機打砸、損壞車輛，圍毆警察和老百姓等。而來自現場的照片顯示，示威群眾舉起的標語牌包括：「抵制垃圾焚燒，保護綠色家園」、「強烈要求中央反查組進駐杭州中泰嚴懲貪官」等。
大陸網站和微博上那些民眾拍的相關視頻，絕大多數都已經被刪除，只留下衝突後期官方拍攝的民眾抗暴視頻內容。
衛先生：「關鍵是誰動手的問題，這個不言而喻的。警察有電警棍還有裝備，肯定是警察先動手，不可能是老百姓先動手。把那個警車推翻，這個是因為警察打人了，而且是把老百姓打的受傷了，甚至有的可能還打死了，大家氣憤起來，才把車推翻掉的。」
對於媒體上所謂的「不法之徒打、砸、搶、堵」，杭州市民衛先生表示，根本不能相信。
浙江杭州市民衛先生：「老百姓也知道共產黨一直以來就是喜歡栽贓陷害，我是從來不相信。他這樣說的話，關鍵是想迷惑一些不了解真相的人、別的地方的這些民眾。其實完全就是無恥。」
陳開頻介紹，當局由於餘杭事件而草木皆兵，「中國民主黨」浙江成員現在都被嚴格監控，呂耿松12號被抄家，13號下午才被釋放。
陳開頻也表示，餘杭事件是警察首先毆打老百姓，老百姓為反抗暴力才發生的衝突。
陳開頻：「這次餘杭的事情，我們這裡也有很多人過去。打人是警察先打，警察是有備而去，拿棍子、拿盾牌，打得確實也較厲害。老百姓是母親帶著小孩，主要是堵公路，討說法，維權的。你說他們打人那是不可能。」
大陸媒體報導說，25歲的李某涉嫌襲警，主動投案自首後，因所謂「知罪悔罪」，已經被取保候審。
不過，浙江維權律師莊道鶴日前接受《新唐人》採訪時表示，當局會採取「有抓有放」，「既恐嚇又攻心」的手法來對付群眾。

Special Police from Other Cities Join Zhejiang Forces,
As Protestors Arrested in Yuhang.
Police have arrested 53 people during mass
protests in Zhongtai County, Zhejiang Province.
There were reportedly another further 7
netizens detained for ‘spreading rumors online’.
Special police were sent there from
Wenzhou, Ningbo, and Hangzhou.
This was because the local public
security bureau had fully withdrawn.
Reportedly, 200 special police came
daily from Xiaoshan. Lets see our report.
On May 12, local students held spontaneous
protests in Yuhang, Zhejiang Province.
Thousands of police were searching
for protests through the whole city.
Netizens reported that elementary school
students were protesting, and middle school
students protested on May 11 in the rain.
On May 13, China Democratic Party member Chen Kaipin
learned of the conditions in the local public security bureau.
Chen Kaipin, China Democracy Party member,
Zhejiang: “All local public security bureau, including
the local Zhong Tai police station, had retreated.
Special police from Wenzhou, Ningbo, and Hangzhou,
including 200 special police from Xiaoshan, had come."
Chinese official state media
reported on the incident on May 12.
There had been 53 people arrested on
allegations of ‘gathering to disturb public
order’, obstruction and inciting trouble.
A further 7 netizens were detained on
charges of ‘spreading rumors online’.
The authorities requested the suspects
to surrender themselves on May 11.
It began to arrest large numbers of people,
including netizens, the day after the request.
Chen Kaipin: “This is normal practice for them.
This is because their rule mainly depend on
two things; one is lying and the other is violence.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s public
image is zero and they have to use violence.
This is because the regime is unable to hide it’s lies. They
can’t stand criticism, because they have nowhere to go."
Currently mainland Chinese media have
spoken with one voice on the Yuhang incident.
It described how there was incitement from ‘outlaws’ to
make people from Yuhang and Zhongtai gather together.
It reported that the protests damaged
vehicles, and attacked police and people.
From pictures posted online, demonstrators held slogans,
saying: “protect green homes, against waste incineration."
Banners also read, “strongly urge CCP
in Hangzhou to punish corrupt officials."
Most related videos from mainland Chinese
websites and microblogs were deleted.
Only official videos were accessible,
which denounced the protests.
Mr. Wei, Hangzhou resident: “The key
problem is the police resort to violence first.
They had electric batons, and the people didn’t attack first.
The reason the police car was overturned
was because the police attacked protestors.
It even murdered people, which made protestors angry."
Mr Wei, a Hangzhou resident, said that the
labels that state media used to describe protestors
as attackers, smashing and looting, can’t be trusted.
Mr. Wei: “People all know the CCP
frames people, and I never trust it.
They are so shameless in what they say to try
to confuse people who do not know the truth."
Chen Kaipin suggests the authorities are
panic-stricken due to this Yuhang incident.
Members of the China Democracy Party in
Zhejiang are now under strictly monitoring.
One member, a Mr Lu, was abducted on
May 12, and released again on May 13.
Chen Kaipin says that the Yuhang incident was because
police beat people first, and people resisted the violence.
Chen Kaipin: “Many of us participated in the Yuhang protests.
It was police who beat people first with
batons and shields, seriously injuring people.
Some mothers blocked the roads with their children, calling
for the authorities to take responsibility for their actions.
It wasn’t possible for them to be attackers."
State media reported that a 25-year-old,
with the surname Li has been released on
bail after surrendering, admitting his wrongs.
However, human rights lawyer Zhuang Daohe commented
that this is how the authorities deal with people.
The regime abducts them, and through force, threats
and psychological warfare, gets them to repent.
