【新唐人2014年05月13日訊】從今年3月底開始，雲南省原副省長、現省人大常務副主任孔垂柱，就再沒有公開露過面，他的工作也已經由排名第二的副主任接替。不過，這位高官不能露面的原因是，他自殺未遂受傷。另外，他不僅身陷貪腐案件，而且還染上了愛滋病。
大陸媒體引述雲南省政府消息人士的話透露，三月底一個週末下午，副省級高官孔垂柱用破碎的玻璃酒杯自戕，雙手、脖子左右兩邊和胸部都有傷。送醫院時孔垂柱已經失血嚴重。
那位消息人士分析孔垂柱自殺的原因是，前雲南省副省長瀋培平在接受調查時，供詞牽涉到了孔垂柱，說他在水利建設領域有貪腐問題。
今年3月9號，瀋培平遭到當局的調查，當月28號被免去雲南省副省長一職。瀋培平被指不僅貪腐，還捲入了前中央政治局常委周永康案。
公開資料顯示，今年61歲的孔垂柱為雲南本土官員，他從生產隊長做起，自2003年1月開始，擔任了十年雲南省副省長，分管農業、水利、林業、扶貧等領域。
孔垂柱官場履歷顯示，與瀋培平多有交集：自1995年到2000年間，孔垂柱是瀋培平的直接上司。去年1月後，孔垂柱到人大任職，接替他副省長職位的正是瀋培平。
雲南省政府官員還透露，孔垂柱自殺的第二個原因是，他是愛滋病毒的攜帶者。
北京時政觀察人士華頗表示，人都想好好活著，窮奢極慾的中共貪官們更是如此。身居高位的孔垂柱想自殺，是因為他遇到了生不如死的麻煩事，所以才想一死百了。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「試想想，自己捲入了那麼大一個醜聞的貪腐案件，面臨司法追究，而且他本身又感染了愛滋病這種不治之症，因為淫亂而感染上的。所以，自殺對他來講是個解脫。」
據廣東《南方週末》統計，自2003年8月底到今年4月初，被中共官方認定自殺的官員有112人，其中，省部級官員有8人，廳級22人。
其實，在今年3月初的中共「兩會」期間，作為人大代表的孔垂柱，在開會期間就曾服藥過量而昏迷，「兩會」期間孔垂柱一直在醫院治療。
旅美中國問題評論人士李善鑒認為，孔垂柱多次試圖自殺，是因為他對政治前途和身體都感到了絕望。
旅美中國問題評論人士李善鑒：「對孔來講，他自己的政治結局已經看得很清楚了，其實沒有甚麼希望了，動他這是早早晚晚的事情了。身體出現的問題，是雪上加霜的一個問題。」
有學者總結現在中共官員的八大醜態，包括：唯利是圖、色慾熏心、奴性十足、不學無術、心狠手辣、裝神弄鬼、揮霍無度、好說假話等。
2012年，前中共總書記胡耀邦的長子胡德平在他的新浪微博中，就表達了對社會現狀的憤怒。他寫道：「我們所有的媒體都充滿謊言！沒有一句真話，到處吹噓，歌功頌德，我們的官員96%都貪污、包二奶，這樣搞很危險……。我們欠人民的已太多！」
李善鑒表示，在中共統治下，官員們的權利和欲望沒有任何約束，所以道德修養差、腐敗成性是必然的結果。其實，他們也是這個制度的受害者。
李善鑒：「中共現在的這種制度裡邊，在他的官場裡邊要找到一個不貪的、一個比較清廉的人，幾乎不太可能了。因為這個制度裡邊，它會把好的人都淘汰掉。」
李善鑒指出，中共自建政以來就不斷破壞中國的傳統道德，現在中國人像失控似的向下滑。所以，包括中共官員在內的所有的中國人都應該反思，這樣的社會能把人帶向何方？
胡德平在微博也「奉勸一些人不要過於迷戀權力」。他說，利比亞狂人「卡扎菲滿臉鮮血被打死還歷歷在目……人民不跟我們玩了，我們就玩完了﹗」

Deputy Provincial Governor Fails at Attempted Suicide
due to
From the end of March this year, Kong Chuizhu, former Deputy
Governor of Yunnan Province and current Deputy Director
of Yunnan Province People Congress (YPPC),
has never made a public appearance to date.
He has now been replaced by a second Deputy Director of YPPC.
However, the key reason behind Kong Chuizhu not making
a public appearance,
is due to an injury inflicted during a failed attempt at suicide.
In addition, he is now being charged with corruption
and is currently suffering from AIDS.
A news report, said to have been obtained from an insider
of Yunnan Provincial Government,
reported that in the afternoon of one weekend
at the end of March,
Mr Kong Chuizhu used broken glass, attempting suicide
to both of his hands, both sides of his neck
and chest, all beinginjured.
Kong Chuizhu was said to be in severe shortage of blood due
to his injuries when he was sent to hospital later that day.
According to the insider, the reason behind Kong Chuizhu’s
suicide attempt,
was due to another former Deputy Governor of Yunnan Province,
Shen Peiping, being investigated,
his confession mentioned Kong Chuizhu.
Kong Chuizhu was involved in the corruption issues
of water conservancy construction.
On March 9, Shen Peiping was investigated by the Authorities.
March 28, he was dismissed of his role as Deputy Governor
of Yunnan Province.
Shen Peiping was charged with not only corruption,
but also involvement in Zhou Yongkang’s case,
an Ex-Member of the Politburo Standing Committee
of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
According to open information, Kong Chuizhu is 61 years old
and his official career is only in Yunnan Province.
His first official title is head of an agricultural
production village,
he took the position of Deputy Governor of Yunnan Province
for a decade since January of 2003.
He was specifically responsible for agriculture,
water conservancy, forestry, poverty alleviation etc.
Kong Chuizhu’s official resume shows, that he worked
with Shen Peiping many times:
from 1995 to 2000, Kong Chuizhu is the direct boss
of Shen Peiping.
Since January of last year, Kong Chuizhu left
the position and took a new position at YPPC,
and it is Shen Peiping who replaced Kong as Deputy Governor.
Also according to the insider, the second reason for Kong
Chuizhu’s suicide attempt,
is that he’s a carrier of the HIV virus.
Beijing political observer Mr Hua Po says, everyone wants
to live well,
this is more so evident within the thinking
of the corrupt high level officials.
So as a high-ranking official, Kong Chuizhu chose suicide,
and this shows that he has met with big trouble.
This makes him want to die rather than to live, hence dying
would cancel all responsibilities related to him.
Hua Po: “Let’s think it over, he himself is involved in such
large and corrupt scandals,
he would inevitably be punished by the authorities.
He also suffers with AIDS, an incurable disease.
This is due to his promiscuous sexual life.
So suicide is a relief for him."
According to a newspaper report of Southern
Weekend newspaper,
from the end of August of 2003 to the beginning
of April of 2014,
112 officials who committed suicide were officially
recognised by the CCP.
Among them, eight are provincial governor level
and 22 are director level of provincial bureaus.
In fact, at the beginning of March of this year,
during the two major conferences (NPC and CPPCC),
as a NPC representative, Kong Chuizhu was in a coma
due to having digested a heavy dose of medicine.
He had received treatment in the hospital
during the two major conferences.
Li Shanjian is an American commentator on China’s issues.
He says, Kong Chuizhu attempted suicide on a number
of occasions.
mainly due to the despair of his situation and his future
political prospects and also his disease.
Li Shanjian: “For Kong Chuizhu, he is very clear
about his political end, signalling no hope.
To punish him is a matter of sooner or later.
His body health is an aggravating aspect too."
Some scholars have summarised the eight ugly performances
of the CCP officials, and this includes:
putting profit first, being obsessed with lustful desire, full servility,
ignorance and incompetence, being ruthless and cruel,
being intentionally mystifying, extravagance and lies.
In 2012, the eldest son Hu Deping of the Ex-Head of CCP
Hu Yaobang,
expressed his anger with the current society
on his Sina Weibo account:
“All of our medias are filled with lies!
There are no true words, brag is prevalent,
and 96 percent of officials are corrupt
with mistress in hand.
Such a situation is very dangerous…
we have owed too much to our people already!"
Li Shanjian says, under the CCP’s ruling,
the power and desires of the officials have no restraint
So the degraded morality and prevailing corruption
is an inevitable consequence.
In fact, they are also the victims of such a regime.
Li Shanjian: “Under the current CCP regime,
to find an official free from corruption is almost impossible.
Because such a regime phases out good officials."
Li Shanjian expresses, since the CCP took to power,
the CCP have uninterruptedly destroyed
the traditional morality of China,
which leads the morality of Chinese people
to an out-of-control end.
Therefore, all Chinese people including the CCP’s officials,
should all make retrospection:
what sort of end will such a society lead us to?
Hu Deping also wrote on his Weibo: “Advise to some officials,
do not be obsessed with power".
He said, Libyan Madman “Gaddafi, died of gun wounds,
he had blood all over his face,
it is still clearly seen…
Once the people no longer support us, we will meet
with our doomsday".
