【新唐人2014年05月03日訊】上海三盲人「五一」天安門撒傳單
5月1號,3位上海盲人訪民,在另一位近80歲的上海訪民陪同下,在北京天安門拋撒了600多份傳單。
據大陸《維權網》報導,當天中午12點50分,盲人訪民陳永成、包長興、胡義忠,和吳士豪老人一起乘坐公交車,當車行駛到天安門時,他們幾個幾乎同時向車窗外撒出了傳單。
4人隨後被警察帶走。據了解,這幾位訪民都是長年上訪的政府暴力強拆的受害人,經常因上訪被毆打和關押。
三亞協警打人引發大規模衝突
據《自由亞洲電臺報導》4月29號晚上,海南省三亞市鳳凰鎮羊欄村爆發大規模警民衝突,起因是幾名便衣協警進村毆打無辜的村民及過路人,激起民憤,遭到上千人圍堵。
當局隨後出動大批武警、防暴警察持槍進村增援,與數百村民大打出手。由於場面失控,警方多次鳴槍示警,直到週三凌晨才告平息,有多人受傷。
5月1號,警察又進村照單抓捕了多名村民。
中國再度被列入沒有新聞自由國家
美國人權組織「自由之家」 5月1號發佈《2014全球新聞自由》年度報告,中國繼續被評為「沒有新聞自由」的國家,在全球197個國家和地區中排名第183位。
報告說,2013年中國的媒體環境仍然是世界上受限制最嚴厲的地區之一,數以百計的社交媒體用戶被拘留或被訊問,一些記者因被視為違法審查規定,遭到解職或被迫辭職,至少30名記者和70名網路活動人士,因言獲罪被投入監獄,接近20名外國記者的工作簽證被拖延或者被拒絕。
中國被列侵犯知識產權黑名單
美國貿易代表辦公室5月2號公布一年一度的「特別301報告」,中國被列為侵犯知識產權最嚴重的國家之一,這是中國連續第25年被列入「重點觀察名單」。
報告批評說,中國在國內外盜竊商業機密的問題十分嚴重,造成不公平競爭優勢,令美國知識產權的持有人,想在中國境內保障合法權益,面臨「嚴重障礙」。

Distributing Leaflets At Tiananmen Square.
On May 1, three Shanghai petitioners who were blind manged
to distribute over 600 leaflets at Tiananmen Square along with
an 80-year-old Shanghai petitioner.
According to the mainland Human Rights Defenders, blind
petitioners Chen Yongcheng, Bao Changxing, Hu Yizhong
along with the old man Wu Shihao took a bus together to
Tiananmen square, throwing leaflets through the bus window.
They were taken away by police.
It seems these four people are long-term petitioners against
government forced demolition who were beaten and detained
often due to their petitioning activities.
Sanya Police Association Beat People Causing Big Conflicts.
According to a Radio Free Asia report on April 29 a big clash
broke out between the police and people in Fenghuang Town
of Sanya City after the police association beat innocent
villagers and visitors.
This triggered thousands of angry people being contained.
The government then dispatched a large number of armed
police and riot police to fight with the villagers.
The uncontrolled scene continued until 3 am after several
warning shots were fired and many were injured.
On May 1, the police arrested several villagers.
China is Listed as a Country of no Press Freedom Again.
On May 1, U.S. human rights organization Freedom House
released its annual Global Freedom Of the Press report.
China continues to be rated as a no free press country and is
183 out of 197 countries.
China’s media environment remained one of the world’s most
restrictive in 2013.
The police detained and interrogated hundreds of social-media
users across the country.
Several journalists were dismissed or forced to resign during
the year for writing deemed to violate censorship guidelines.
According to Reporters Without Borders, at least 30 journalists
and 70 online activists were in jail in China by the end of 2013.
Nearly 20 foreign journalists have had work permits
delayed or denied.
China on The Infringement of Intellectual Property Blacklist
On May 2, the U.S. Trade Representative’s office released
the annual Special 301 Report.
China is listed as one of the most serious violators of
intellectual property.
This is the 25th successive year for China to be listed as a
Priority Watch Country.
The report criticized China’s serious problem of stealing trade
secret inside and outside China, resulting in unfair competition.
It made U.S. intellectual property rights holders face serious
obstacles in protecting their legitimate rights in China.
