【新唐人2014年02月24日訊】日前，中共北京當局宣佈，免去北京市國家安全局局長梁克的職務。評論認爲，中共高層爲了避免在宣佈前中共政法委書記周永康的罪行時出現意外，因而換掉屬於周永康親信的安全局局長，換上現任中共高層的人馬，以摸清中共各派系的情況。
21號，北京市十四屆人大第九次會議宣佈了一批人事任免，其中最引人注目的是，免去梁克的北京市國家安全局局長職務，由時任北京市公安局副局長李東代替。幾個月前，海外媒體已傳出有關梁克被「雙規」調查的報導。
觀察家分析，北京市安全局局長的崗位十分重要和敏感，由公安系統的局級官員，直接空降安全系統接掌，實屬罕見。
北京副市長楊曉超在當天會議上，說明了李東等任免人員的情況，楊曉超介紹，現年48歲的李東，政治素質好，立場堅定，始終與中共黨中央保持一致。
時事評論員藍述：「周永康一旦公開處理的話，國內的不同的利益集團，還有中共黨內不同的派系，可能都會做出一些應變的舉動，到底會向甚麼情況發展，北京高層現在看來不完全有底，如果掌控了安全部門的話，可能會幫助北京高層掌控未來的局勢，這是他們做的一個安全措施。」
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「梁克是北京的安全局局長，如果不把他挖出來，那是非常非常危險的，對習、李來說。在這個位置上要辦出一些事情來，對習、李來說是非常致命的，所以梁克這次落馬就在意料之中。」
美國《紐約時報》引述知情人士的話報導，梁克涉嫌把來自安全局的間諜網、電話監聽、以及北京告密者的信息，非法轉交給周永康。
2012年2月，時任重慶市副市長兼任市公安局長的王立軍，叛逃美領館時，泄露了時任政法委書記周永康，夥同時任重慶市市委書記的薄熙來，企圖發動政變，計劃扳倒未來中共的頭領習近平。
而習近平上臺後，開始了「蒼蠅老虎一起打」的反腐行動，到目前爲止，已經有30多位和周永康關係密切的部級高官落馬。
隨著周永康的5位前任秘書被處理的消息公布，外界認爲，已經是「死老虎」的周永康，中共中央對他的處理結果也即將水落石出。
華頗：「其實他（周永康）的倒臺是政變，但是他要說自己搞政變，那中共情何以堪，現在民衆和執政黨是離心離德，人心相背，所以它要想穩住局面，保住江山，就必須收攏人心，反腐是個武器，他清理的是政治反對派 。」
另外，2月20號，山西省委組織部公布，呂梁市長丁雪峰，被免去市委副書記等黨內職務，在此之前，報導說，丁雪峰牽涉到周永康的左右手——公安部原副部長李東生一案。
去年12月底，丁雪峰被有關部門帶走接受調查時，呂梁市有數名企業家也被帶走。
其次，全國政協在20號公布，免去有「最美女政協委員」之稱的女富豪劉迎霞的政協委員資格。軍人出身的劉迎霞一躍而上中國十大女富豪榜，曾經獲得中國石油超過千億人民幣合約。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「周永康是中共黨內大姦大惡之徒，他的弟子拉幫結夥，在四川也一樣，在石油系統也一樣，到了政法委更是變本加厲，可以說是無惡不作，要打倒這只超級大老虎，必須要把他的那些死黨一個個挖出來，因爲他那些死黨都佔據了非常重要的地位。」
評論人士指出，周永康等江派人馬的核心問題，是政變和活摘法輪功學員器官，但是中共當局在處理周永康時，還會像去年給薄熙來定罪一樣，只限於貪腐，企圖以治理貪腐來籠絡民心，不過，這種做法，無法迴避中共官員無人不貪的現實。

Beijing State Security Head, Another Zhou Yongkang Crony,
Is Removed
Beijing announced the removal of the director of the Beijing
Municipal Bureau of State Security, Liang Ke, from his post.
Analysts believe this is to prepare for announcement
of Zhou Yongkang’s crimes.
Removing Zhou’s crony at the State Security will help
smooth over factional relations within the Communist regime.
During the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress meeting
on Feb. 21, a round of appointments and dismissals were announced.
Liang Ke, Beijing State Security director, was removed.
A few months ago, overseas media reported
on the arrest and investigation of Liang Ke.
Li Dong, deputy director of Beijing Public Security,
was promoted to the director position.
Critics analyze the significance and sensitivity of the director
position at the Beijing State Security Bureau.
It is rare to directly appoint a public security official
to administer the state security.
Yang Xiaochao, deputy mayor of Beijing, who briefed
the appointments and dismissals in the meeting, announced
that the 48-year-old Li Dong has good political qualities—
a firm and consistent attitude with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) central.
Lan Su, commentator: “Zhou Yongkang’s case will cause
sequential reactions from domestic interest groups and factions in the CCP.
Where it’s leading to, the CCP central has its doubts.
Controlling the state security is a security measure
for the future of the regime."
Hua Po, Beijing political analyst: “It would have been very
dangerous if Liang Ke remained in Beijing State Security Bureau.
To both Xi and Li, Liang’s moves could have been detrimental.
His downfall was no surprise."
The New York Times sources revealed that Liang Ke
was suspected of aiding Zhou Yongkang “by illicitly
passing on information gathered by the bureau’s network
of agents, phone taps and informants in the Chinese capital.”
In February 2012 former deputy mayor of Chongqing,
Wang Lijun, defected to U.S. consulate and divulged the coup
plan masterminded by Zhou Yongkang, then Political
and Legal Affairs Committee secretary and Bo Xilai,
then Party Secretary of Chongqing,
against then future CCP leader, Xi Jinping.
Since taking office, Xi Jinping implemented
an anti-corruption campaign.
More than 30 ministerial level officials closely related
to Zhou Yongkang have been sacked.
As five former secretaries of Zhou Yongkang’s were sacked,
it is believed that the CCP will soon announce Zhou Yongkang’s case.
Hua Po: “In fact, he (Zhou Yongkang) was sacked because
of the coup plan. But, it’s embarrassing for the CCP to admit the coup.
To maintain stability, even though both the people
and the CCP are in discord, they have to manipulate
the so-called anti-corruption to deceive everyone.
In fact, they are cleaning up the political opponents."
In addition, on Feb. 20, the Shanxi Provincial Party
Committee Organization Department announced Luliang City
Mayor Ding Xuefeng was removed from his post
as municipal deputy secretary.
Accordingly, Ding Xuefeng was involved in the case
of Li Dongsheng, former right-hand man of Zhou Yongkang.
At the end of last year, when Ding Xuefeng was taken away
by authorities for investigation, several Luliang City entrepreneurs were detained as well.
Also, the National Political Consultative Conference, CPPCC,
removed Liu Yingxia from the committee on the 20th.
Liu Yingxia was known as the most beautiful
CPPCC member.
With a military background, she became one of China’s
top ten richest women,
and was once the winner of a more
than one hundred billion yuan PetroChina contract.
Hua Po: “Zhou Yongkang is head of the gangsters
within the CCP.
His followers are everywhere – in Sichuan, in the oil system,
and in the Political and Legal Affairs Committee.
To beat this ‘super tiger’, his followers must be struck down.
They have all occupied very significant positions
in the regime."
aCommentators analyze that even though the core issues
of the Jiang faction are Zhou Yongkang, the coup
and the organ harvesting from living Falun Gong
practitioners, the conviction will be the same
as Bo Xilai’s last year – confined to corruption.
However, the attempt to deceive people with anti-corruption
does not discount the fact that every single CCP regime
official is corrupt.
