【新唐人2014年02月17日訊】美國國務卿克里日前在結束訪華行程前，會見了四名中國知名媒體人，會談議題多種多樣，包括互聯網自由、中美關係、釣魚島爭端、人權問題等。其中，網路博主們請求美國「幫助推倒中共的網絡防火牆」的話題，引發了廣泛關注和討論。
在美國駐華大使館安排下，美國國務卿克里，2月15號在北京，會見了四名大陸知名媒體人和網絡博主，包括前《新華社》資深記者馬曉霖、調查記者王克勤、時事觀察員王沖以及網絡財經作者張賈龍，與他們進行了大約40分鐘的談話。對此，《法新社》評論說，這是中國媒體人罕見的機會直接與美國高層官員進行交流。
旅美中國問題研究人士張健：「像克里這樣的一個人物，他在美國是相當於中共的總理這樣一個級別，他能和中國的博主、公知站在一起去面對面討論問題，這是前所未有的一個事情，那麼中共的官員們到了美國能否效仿，和美國的公知去聊一些國計民生的大事，我相信中共的官員們是無法面對這樣的一個局面的，是非常尷尬的。」
據了解，這次會談的主題為「互聯網自由」，但在談到中國互聯網現狀時，所有參加會議的博主，都對中共當局打壓和限制網絡自由，表達了強烈不滿。
中國調查記者王克勤指出，大陸互聯網自由正在倒退，知識份子擔心會有越來越多的限制。前《新華社》記者、博客網站《博聯社》總裁馬曉霖則提出，希望美方用影響力敦促中國放寬網絡限制。而《騰訊財經》專欄作者張賈龍更是請求美國「支持渴望自由的中國人」，幫助推倒中共的網絡防火牆。張賈龍還譴責有些美國公司，協助中共當局封鎖網絡，限制互聯網自由，阻止大陸公民登錄「推特」等國際社交媒體和其他網站。克里表示，這是他第一次聽說這樣的事情，並承諾會調查此事。
張健：「我們也看到，它把這個話題放到了一個最顯著的位置，因為中國防火牆的確在這方面起到了阻礙自由信息通暢的作用，它禁錮人們的思想，讓中國人民無法了解真實的世界、真實的國情、乃至於他們身邊發生的真實的事情，他們不知道。如果在這個方面克里能有所回答，或者回到美國以後有所回應的話，那麼這一點來說，將是本次會議在未來有一個非常好的延伸，起到這樣一個效果。」
除了網絡自由，大陸人權問題也再次被提及，張賈龍希望克里能夠像維權律師許志永一樣，為和平表達意見而被當局判刑的大陸異見人士做更多的事情。
克里表示，他在訪問中國期間，與中共領導人會面時，持續提出了中國人權問題。他說：「在所有的會議上，我們不斷的提出這些問題，無論是在美國還是在這裡，在各個級別的會面上，我們還將繼續這樣做」。
據張賈龍向外媒透露，在與克里的會面中，並沒有中方官員參加。而會前美國大使館通知，《財新》雜誌主編胡舒立也會前往，但她卻沒有到場。同時，王克勤在收到美方人員參加會面的邀請後，被公安約見。張賈龍認為，這些都是中共當局試圖阻撓見面的證明。
時事評論員汪北稷：「在美國的高級官員到中國訪問的時候，他們總是想了解中國的老百姓的聲音、中國民間輿論領袖的聲音，這是美國人一個簡單的、樸素的、善良的想法，但是在中共的角度呢，它的思維角度、心理角度，覺得這是在顛覆它，或者在影響它，或者在輸出西方的意識形態，非常害怕，非常恐懼的。」
大陸網友們表示，希望美國政府和國際社會能夠真正施以行動，督促中共當局改善大陸當前存在的人權、言論及新聞自由等方面的問題。

Chinese Bloggers Ask the U.S. to Help Tear Down the Great
Internet Firewall
U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry met four leading Chinese
bloggers prior to the end of his visit to China.
In the meeting, discussions included Internet freedom, Sino-
US relations, the Diaoyu Islands dispute, and human rights.
The Chinese bloggers asked Kerry if the U.S. would help
“tear down the great Internet firewall".
This particular topic sparked much concern and discussion.
Set up by the U.S. Embassy, the U.S. Secretary of State John
Kerry had a 40 minute meeting with four leading Chinese
bloggers in Beijing on February 15.
They were former Xinhua News Agency reporter Ma Xiaolin,
investigative reporter Wang Keqin, current affairs observer
Wang Chong, and Internet finance writer Zhang Jialong.
The opportunity for the top diplomat to hear directly from
China’s bloggers is “rare” reported AFP.
Zhang Jian, China affairs researcher: “It is unprecedented for
the Chinese bloggers to conduct face-to-face discussions with
Kerry, someone at the Prime Minister level in China.
Will the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials be able to
conduct a discussion with the Americans about international
matters and those of livelihood?
I don’t believe the CCP officials can handle it,
it will be very embarrassing."
During the meeting when discussing Internet freedom,
bloggers expressed their strong disappointment at the
suppression and censorship in China.
In the round table discussion, investigative reporter Wang
Keqin complained of the deteriorating Internet freedom, and
that intellectuals are concerned with increasing restrictions.
Former Xinhua News Agency reporter Ma Xiaolin asked the
U.S. to urge China to relax the Internet restrictions.
Internet finance writer Zhang Jialong urged the U.S. to
support “Chinese who aspire for freedom," and help “tear
down the great Internet firewall".
Zhang Jialong also accused U.S. companies of helping China
block access to some Internet sites such as Twitter.
Kerry said it was the first time he had heard complaints
about U.S. companies but promised to investigate.
Zhang Jian: “We see that the great Internet firewall was put
there, to block free exchange of information, controll peoples’
minds, and limit the Chinese finding out facts from the outside
world or even many things around them.
If Kerry really reacts to these questions when he returns to the
U.S., it will be a very good outlook for this meeting."
In addition to Internet freedom, China’s human rights issues
were once again mentioned.
Zhang Jialong raised his expectation that Kerry to do more
for the Chinese like the human rights lawyer Xu Zhiyong,
a Chinese dissident who was recently jailed for his peaceful
expression of opinion.
Kerry told bloggers that he had raised the issue of human
rights at high levels, saying: “We constantly press these issues
at all of our meetings, whether it is in the United States or here,
at every level, and we will continue to do so."
Zhang Jialong told foreign media that no Chinese officials
were present in the meeting with Kerry.
The U.S. Embassy noted that Caixin magazine editor-in-chief
Hu Shuli would attend, but she did not show up.
Meanwhile, Wang Keqin was summoned by the police after
he received the invitation from the U.S. Embassy.
Zhang Jialong believes these are evidences that the CCP
attempted to thwart the meeting.
Wang Beiji, commentator: “When the U.S. senior officials
visit China, they always want to hear the voice and opinions
of the Chinese people.
This type of simple, honest and pure thought is the opposite
for the CCP officials who believe it’s to subvert, to influence,
to export Western ideology. It frightens them."
The Chinese netizens expressed the hope that the U.S. and
international community will take real action on the CCP to
improve what the Chinese are facing today, in human rights,
freedom of speech and freedom of the press.
