【新唐人2013年12月04日訊】台灣媒體週一報導，中共前政治局常委、前中央政法委書記周永康已遭中紀委拘捕。還有媒體引述消息透露，12月2號，中共開始在高層傳達周永康企圖政變、及腐敗被拘捕的一份重要文件。評論認為，周永康羽翼被剪光，早已成死老虎，中共領導人習近平抓周永康是殺雞警猴，為自己立威。
2號台灣《聯合報》報導說，周永康1號被中紀委拘捕，罪名是貪污腐敗。但報導沒有說明消息來源。
加拿大《星島日報》則引述消息人士的話透露，中共於12月2號開始，在司廳局級官員層面，傳達一份重要文件，內容是周永康因企圖政變及腐敗被拘捕。當局以中紀委為主，將調查他在政治、經濟及生活作風等嚴重問題。
北京時政觀察人士華頗指出，早在中共兩會前，就聽說要拿下週永康，但被高層勸阻，認為政治局常委被拿下有損中共形象。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「這個還沒官方的正式公布，我覺得有這可能，但是不會以政變的罪名，政變的罪名恐怕是不能公開的，如果說一個政治局常委要政變，這可真是中共的醜事，所以不能公開，只能以腐敗的罪名。」
去年中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來落馬後，周永康和薄熙來兩人在政治上搞同盟、陰謀政變、活摘人體器官、貪污腐化，私生活上淫趣相投，共享多名情婦等醜聞不斷傳出。
中國資深法學專家趙遠明：「逮捕周永康是早晚的事，為甚麼呢﹖因為周永康這個人品質極壞、罪惡極大，然後作風、貪腐問題極多，所以這個人對於現在習、李政權來講，我估計絕不會放過他。」
中共十八大後，周永康的心腹、親信紛紛落馬。從四川省擴展到政法系統、再到石油系統，周的親信李春城、吳永文、郭永祥、蔣潔敏、李華林等紛紛被調查。
還有周永康家族的「錢袋子」和「大管家」四川商人吳兵，今年8月初被抓。另外。多家海外媒體披露，周永康的兒子周斌，已經從海外被押解回北京軟禁。
不過，香港《蘋果日報》指出詭異之處，如﹕一邊是周永康的親信紛紛落馬，震撼石油系統、和四川省、政法系統等，令海內外輿論相信，當局正在剪除周永康的勢力，目標自然是要打這只大老虎。另一邊海外多次報導周永康被「雙規」、被拘捕，但周永康又屢屢在官方媒體、網站亮相，證實自己「無恙」。
華頗：「周永康露面很寒酸，他的露面都是對社會上的傳言進行一個應對。周永康我覺得是只死老虎，他的勢力被一步一步都給剷除了，我想習近平有點破釜沉舟了，那就是通過搞倒周永康，來豎立自己的威信。」
華頗認為，習近平為了能夠在新一輪的博弈中具有優勢，決心打破「刑不上常委」的不成文慣例了。
華頗認為，在公審薄熙來時，習近平沒能豎立權威，所以現在鋌而走險，直接扳倒周永康。但他認為，周永康倒不倒，對習近平只有一個用處。
華頗：「公開放倒周永康本人就是豎立自己的威信，那就是我連周永康這種政治局常委級的這種人物，我都能給他拿下來，何況別人，所以他其實不在於搞倒周永康，其實就是殺雞警猴，就是讓各地地方諸侯產生這種寒蟬效應，讓他們老實聽話。」
11月底，海外網站披露，針對周永康調查的專案組擴編為500多人，從北京、湖北抽調幹警，將專案組命名為「二號專案組」。而種種跡象顯示，針對周永康的調查已接近尾聲。
中國資深法學專家趙遠明指出，過去的10年周永康配合前中共黨魁江澤民殘酷迫害法輪功、鎮壓訪民、維權人士、暴力拆遷等等，對整個國民欠下了累累血債，周永康被抓，江澤民也不應該漏網。

Xi Jingping improves his own prestige, ‘Killing the Chicken to
warn the Monkey’
Monday saw Taiwan media report Zhou Yongkang, the
former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Politburo
Standing Committee Member, and former
secretary of the Central politics and law committee,
has been arrested.
Some Media quoted sources, CCP started to convey an important
document about Zhou Yongkang’s arrest for his coup
attempt and corruption on Dec. 2.
Comments said that Zhou Yongkang is like a dead tiger
with his wings clipped.
Zhou Yongkang’s arrest is a warning to all the other officials
& prestigious establishment for the
CCP leader Xi Jinping.
Dec 2, Taiwan’s “United Daily News" reported, Zhou Yongkang
was arrested on charges of corruption by the Central
Commission for Discipline Inspection on Dec 1.
But there was no source accountable for this information.
Canada “Sing Tao Daily" quoted sources saying, CCP conveyed
an important document to the department level,
assistant department level & bureau level officials about Zhou
Yongkang’s arrest for coup attempt and
corruption on December 2.
The authorities will investigate his serious problems within his
political, economic & life style goings on.
Beijing political commentator Hua Po pointed out, comments
have stated, the taking down of Zhou Yongkang
before two sessions,
had been discouraged by high level officials, as it may bring
CCP into disrepute.
Beijing political commentator Hua Po: “It has not been
officially announced.
I don’t think a charge of coup can be openly spoken,
because it is CCP’s scandal.
They will only charge him with corruption."
After former Chongqing Party Secretary Bo Xilai was sacked
last year, it was noted Zhou Yongkang and Bo Xilai
were not only temperamentally compatible in their private lives,
but also engaged in a political alliance, planed a coup plot,
instigated live organ harvesting, corruption & shared a number
of mistresses along with many other scandals.
Chinese senior legal expert Zhao Yuanming: “It’s just a matter
of time when they arrest Zhou Yongkang. Why?
Because Zhou Yongkang’s character is extremely bad.
The total of his sins include, corruption
and private life style."
He is a big concern for Xi and Li’s regime; so they
won’t let him off the hook.
After the 18th National Congress of CCP, Zhou Yongkang’s
henchmen & cronies have all fallen.
From Sichuan Province’s political and legal system, to the oil
system, Zhou’s cronies Li Chuncheng, Wu Yongwen,
Guo Yongxiang, Jiang Jiemin, Li Hualin, etc. have
all been investigated.
Zhou Yongkang’s family “pocketbook" and “housekeeper"
—- Sichuan businessman Wu Bing, was arrested
in early August of this year.
In addition to this, a number of oversea’s Media, reported,
Zhou Yongkang’s son Zhou Bin, has been under
house arrest in Beijing from overseas.
However, Hong Kong’s “Apple Daily" pointed out a strange
thing: on the one side, with Zhou Yongkang’s
cronies have fallen down,
has sent shock waves through the oil industry, Sichuan
provinces & the political & legal system.
Hence convincing the public, Zhou Yongkang’s force has
diminished and he will, sooner or later, face the
same fate as Bo, beaten like a big tiger.
On the other side, Hong Kong’s “Apple Daily" reported,
Zhou Yongkang’s repeated appearance
in the official media and website,
was only to prove his “Worth" ,that he is ‘OK’.
Yet overseas media have repeatedly reported how he was
arrested and detained.
Hua Quite: “Zhou Yongkang’s appearance is very shabby,
it is a response to the public rumors.
I believe he is a dead tiger, with his power eradicated step by step.
I think Xi Jinping ‘burned Zhou’s boat’ in order to establish his
own prestige by taking down Zhou Yongkang."
Hua Po thinks Xi Jinping has broken the law, with “punishment is
not with the Standing Committee" & has taken advantage
in this new round of the game.
Hua Po believes, Xi Jinping didn’t establish prestige in
Bo Xilai’s public trial,
hence deciding to topple Zhou Yongkang directly.
Po seems to think, Zhou Yongkang is only
one of the benefits for Xi Jinping.
Hua Po:" Taking down Zhou Yongkang publicly is to erect Xi
Jinping’s own prestige,
that he is able to take down such a key figure in the higher
levels of Communist hierarchy, not to mention
any others.
So his purpose is to kill a chicken to warn the monkey and
create a chilling effect for other officials and let
them be honest and obedient.
By the end of November, overseas websites disclosed, that the
investigation team against Zhou Yongkang had been
greatly increased to more than 500 people.
They deployed police officers from Beijing and Hubei to set up
“Two special investigation teams".
According to the signs, all investigations are near completion.
Chinese senior legal expert Zhao Yuanming, pointed out that
in the past 10 years, Zhou Yongkang
had accompanied former CCP leader Jiang Zemin,
to ruthlessly persecute Falun Gong practitioners, suppress
petitioners and activists, all the while using
violent and cruel means.
Together, they have created an enormous blood debt.
Jiang Zemin should not be allowed to escape and both parties
held accountable for their wicked ways.
Jiang Zemin should also be arrested for his long list of crimes,
his worst being, initiating the persecution
of Falun Gong in China.
