中共上週單方面宣佈設立「東海防空識別區」，中共空軍少將、國防大學教授喬良還宣稱，如果「對方不聽警告進入防空識別區」，可以將他們擊落。
但不到48小時，美國兩架B-52轟炸機就堂而皇之的安全飛越了這個區域。
美國方面隨後宣佈，這次飛行遵循了正常程序，沒有遞交飛行計劃書、沒有事先通過無線電通信與中方聯絡。
而中共方面先是長時間沉默，後來回應說，對美軍機「進行了全程監視、及時識別，判明瞭美方飛機類別」。
事件立刻成為全球輿論的焦點，也引起中國大陸網路的一片嘲笑之聲。
《美國之音》以「防空的鬧劇」為題報導說，中共當局已成全球笑柄。
報導說，中共當局先前莽撞宣佈設立「東海防空識別區」，之後立即受到挑戰卻窮於應付，在全世界媒體紛紛報導之後，中共當局又長時間保持了有趣的沉默，這種局面在全世界引起強烈的娛樂性反應。
中國公眾的反應也是嘲弄、揶揄之聲四起，笑話中共「自取其辱」、「打臉來得太快」。
「中宣部緊急訓誡」遭調侃。
而最讓大陸網民娛樂的，還是中共宣傳部在這件事情上的反應。
27號，大陸網路瘋傳中共宣傳部門關於美國轟炸機飛越東海識別區的緊急訓誡。
網民「摩酷」發出消息說，緊急訓誡要求大陸媒體：「除轉發通稿外，任何媒體不得以專欄、專刊、專題形式，報導美國轟炸機飛越東海識別區的消息。」
這個禁令也讓大陸網友大跌眼鏡，紛紛笑話中共當局的愚蠢。
有人說，「互聯網時代了，全世界都在嘲笑，網民都在議論，現在還搞這種上世紀80年代的落後手段控制輿論。」
《財經》副主編羅昌平被免職調任
大陸知名媒體人、《財經》雜誌副主編羅昌平，11月26號「被宣佈」免去職務，調往財經研究院任職。
據《法國國際廣播電臺》報導，外界普遍將羅昌平這次被免職，與之前他高調舉報國家發改委副主任、國家能源局局長劉鐵男相聯繫。
報導引述評論人士的分析說，羅昌平這次的職務變化，基本上是投閑置散，但或者也是一種低調隱忍的保護。

US Challenged China’s Air Defense Identification Zone
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) unilaterally announced
last week the establishment of an Air Defense Identification
Zone (ADIZ).
Peoples Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force General Qiao
Liang warned that Beijing had the right to shoot down any
aircraft not obeying the rule over the zone.
But less than 48 hours later, two American B-52 bombers
flew over the disputed China air zone.
“We have continued to follow our normal procedures, which
include not filing flight plans, not radioing ahead and not
registering our frequencies" announced the Pentagon.
While at first, “There had been no response from China",said
the Pentagon.
Then the CCP statement said, “China’s air force monitored
the entire course (of the US bombers), identified them in a
timely way, and ascertained the type of US aircraft."
This incident immediately drew the world’s attention,
including laughter from the Chinese Internet users.
Voice of America reported in its “Anti-aircraft farce" article,
the Communist regime has become a global laughing stock.
It said, the CCP initiated the reckless ADIZ and then were
overwhelmed by challenges.
With many world media reports, the CCP kept silent.
The whole situation has become an immense
entertainment to the world.
The Chinese Internet users also responded with teasing
and jokes saying “the CCP asks for it", and “a quick
slap on the face".
Chinese Communist Party Propaganda Department
Issues Urgent Instructions
The most entertainment of the Chinese Internet users recently
is how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Propaganda
Department responded to US aircraft flying in the newly created
Aire Defence Identification Zone (ADIZ).
On the 27th, the Chinese Internet was flooded with an urgent
instruction issued by the propaganda department regarding
American bombers flying over the ADIZ area.
An Internet user, Mount Cool, revealed that the instruction
means media of any type, other than publishing governmental
releases, can not report the news about the US bombers flying
over the ADIZ in forms of column, special edition, or hot topics.
This instruction also has a jaw-dropping effect on the Internet
users who made fun of the silly move of the regime.
Someone wrote, “It is the Internet era. The whole world is
laughing, and the people are talking.
They are still engaging in such an old fashion like in the 80’s
to control public opinion."
Money Magazine Deputy Editor Luo Changping Dismissed
On November 26. deputy editor of Money Magazine, Luo
Changping, was dismissed and transferred to the affiliated
Research Institute.
Radio France Internationale reported that Luo Changping’s
dismissal was widely believed to be due to him report on
Liu Tienan, the deputy director of National Development
and Reform Commission.
The report quoted an analysis from a commentator, this
move of Luo Changping could be isolation or a protection.
