【新唐人2013年08月30日訊】中共前政治局委員薄熙來案庭審結束的第二天，中共喉舌在頭版刊發了，約1萬多字的薄案長篇紀實報導，敘述5天的庭審實錄，報導中隱去了薄自爆的「王谷戀」，以及薄當庭辱罵證人等情節。評論分析，整個薄案庭審都是中共和薄熙來合演的一場雙簧鬧劇，薄案紀實報導只是按照中共製定的劇本在進行。薄熙來自爆家醜，用風流艷事去轉移視線，掩蓋與中共一起犯下的大罪。
《新華社》27號深夜11點多發出的這篇題為「薄熙來涉嫌受賄、貪污、濫用職權案庭審紀實」的長篇報導，內容包括「庭審進行時」、「涉嫌受賄」、「涉嫌貪污」、「涉嫌濫用職權」、「庭審前後」5部分。
除了之前中共當局對庭審記錄關鍵部分進行刪減外，報導中再刪去了，薄熙來辱罵妻子谷開來、徐明、唐肖林等證人「瘋了」、「瘋狗」、「品質極其惡劣」，及前重慶公安局長王立軍暗戀谷開來等情節，報導只用一句評語評價薄熙來：「治家無方」。
時事評論員刑天行認為，這個報導只不過是按照中共高層制定的劇本在走，薄熙來翻供，不惜詆譭人格的表演，的確讓中共丟了醜。
時事評論員刑天行：「同時也暴露了中共整個官場的那種權力之間的黑暗，還有淫亂，這整個其實就是一個笑話，雖然是表現在薄熙來身上，實際上代表了中共高官階層的一個縮影。」
紀實報導在「涉嫌濫用職權」部分，特別用「打」、「查」、「免」3個小標題，介紹薄熙來在王立軍向他報告谷開來涉嫌殺人時，賞了王立軍耳光，並免去他的公安局長等職務，阻撓辦案。
刑天行指出，薄熙來被指控的都是最輕微的罪行，中共都覺得用這些罪名審薄難以服眾。
刑天行：「它就在所謂濫用職權上，在文字上下點功夫，就是他在打、查，在權力這方面過於專斷，然後用的那些手法，所以他在文字上就特意標示出來，想引起注意，就是對薄熙來這個查處是合法的。」
中國資深法學專家趙遠明指出，這場庭審只是中共和薄合演的一場雙簧鬧劇，談不上公正合法。
中國資深法學專家趙遠明：「薄熙來他有很典型的推翻政權的這麼一種行為，非常邪惡鎮壓法輪功的行為，然後活摘法輪功器官、殺人、亂搞男女關係，強姦，還有唱紅打黑在重慶破壞法律制度，這些都是非常嚴重的罪行，為甚麼審理當中給他漏了？」
北京時政觀察人士華頗也認為，整個薄案是中共自導自演的一齣戲，他質疑，薄熙來翻供也是安排好的，只有翻了供這齣戲才精彩，才能吸引公眾眼球混淆視聽轉移大方向，從而達到雙方各取所需的目的。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「對於薄熙來來講，第一沒有性命之憂，第二他該表演的已經表演完了，他也給自己留了東山再起機會，對於習近平來講，既打倒了薄熙來，他也演了所謂的現場微博直播也昭示了他的新政。」
在這場演變為風流案的庭審當中，海外媒體所關注的薄熙來和前中央常委周永康政變，以及薄熙來、谷開來、王立軍都涉及的活摘人體器官、販賣屍體的罪行銷聲匿跡。
華頗分析，目前，雙方目的都達到了，接下來薄熙來會上訴，但不會有大的影響。他預計，10月之前薄案應該會宣判，這兩個程序走完，薄案也就了結了。

Chinese Regime Uses Scandalous Affair to Cover Up Hideous Crimes
The day after the trial of Bo Xilai, former Politburo member, the CCP mouthpiece published a front page 10,000 word documentary report of his trial. Bo’s self-disclosed scandalous affair between his own wife and Wang, as well as Bo’s abusive words toward witnesses, were omitted in the report. According to outsiders’ analysis, the entire Bo trial is nothing but a farce following the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) script. Bo exposed the affair between his wife and Wang to divert attention from hideous crimes he and the CCP committed.
On August 27, at 11pm, Xinhua News Agency published the report entitled, “Documentary of Bo Xilai’s bribery, corruption, and abuse of power.” The report includes five parts—the on-going trial, alleged bribery, alleged corruption, alleged abuse of power, and before and after the trial. During the trial, many key points were deleted by the authorities. In the report, Bo’s abusive remarks toward his wife and other witnesses, as well as Bo’s claim that Wang Lijun was madly in love with his wife, were replaced by a comment regarding Bo’s mismanagement of his household.
Xing Tianxing, political commentator, believes that this report was only written according to the CCP’s script. Bo Xilai’s estoppel and defamation of his own character embarrassed the CCP. Xing Tianxing: “It exposed the darkness of power struggle in the entire officialdom. The trial is a farce. Even though it happens to Bo, but he is the microcosm of the CCP.”
Under alleged abuse of power, the report uses the words “hitting,” “investigation,” and “dismissal” as subheadings to introduce Wang’s reporting to Bo about Bo’s wife involved in a murder and that Bo hit Wang and removed Wang from his position to prevent him from investigating. Xing Tianxing points out that Bo was charged for such minor offenses that even the CCP felt it would not be convincing to the masses.
Xing Tianxing: “That is why they used their effort in words, for example, words like ‘investigation’ and ‘dismissal’ to show arbitrary power. They want to draw attention to the investigation of Bo in aspects that are deemed legitimate.” Zhao Yuanming, Chinese senior legal expert, points out that the trial of Bo is a farce, not to mention the legalities or fairness.
Zhao Yuanming: “It was very typical of Bo to attempt to overthrow the regime.
His actions of evil persecution of Falun Gong, organ harvesting, homicide, illicit affairs with women, rapes, and destroying the legal system in Chongqing were all serious crimes. But, the CCP would skip over all these crimes, why?”
Hua Po, Beijing political observer, believes that Bo’s estoppel may also be arranged. Only by doing so, the soap opera could become spectacular, drawing viewers’ attention and diverting the direction of the trial. In the end, both parties got what they wanted.
Hua Po: “For Bo Xilai, his has no worry of losing his life. He performed as he wished and paved a road for a political comeback. For Xi Jinping, he attacked Bo and provided a live microblog to show his new administration.”
During this trial, serious crimes turned into scandalous affairs. What overseas media is concerned about—Bo/Zhou’s political coup and Bo, Gu and Wang’s involvement in live organ harvesting and human body trafficking–were not mentioned. Hua Po thinks that now two sides have reached their goals. Bo will appeal, but its outcome carries no big impact. Before October, the Bo case will be adjudicated. After the completion of these steps, Bo’s case will be settled.
