【新唐人2013年08月29日訊】前重慶市委書記薄熙來一案的法庭審理程序，經過長達5天的庭審，26號在濟南中院暫告一段落。有消息說，薄熙來已被押返北京秦城監獄。分析認為，薄案未必就此了結，薄熙來很有可能會上訴，薄案的第二季將會有更多懸念，來看看專家怎麼說。
聚焦全球的薄熙來案在開庭審理中，出現了很多戲劇性的變化，薄熙來的翻供以及強硬的言辭，讓中南海措手不及，其中諸多「意料之外」令人目瞪口呆。薄熙來為脫罪，更不惜給自己戴綠帽，以三角戀來解釋王立軍的叛逃，暫時讓這場鬧劇告一段落。
時事評論員藍述：「第一期的審判，他整個判決的過程，還有司法的程序，到目前為止已經變成了一個笑話了，現在已經變成了一個風流案了，已經成了一個笑話了。」
《德國之聲》引述美國《華爾街日報》報導表示，儘管薄熙來極力的為自己辯護，但是，幾乎可以肯定，未來法庭對薄熙來將判定有罪，刑期也會較長。
時事評論員史達：「這次演出，有兩個效果，一個是讓世界看到了中國官員貪腐的生活的腐朽，還有就看到了中國司法的亂象，另一個事情，對薄熙來的審判，如果這樣結束，中共現在的領導層將面臨一個極大的權威危機。」
另外，薄案一審中，還透露出谷開來和王立軍所謂新的犯罪證據。《德國之聲》分析，薄案第二季將有更多懸念，比如，薄瓜瓜是否會受到懲處，王立軍、谷開來是否有再審的可能。
時事評論員夏小強：「中共不大可能，再追究谷開來和王立軍的新的罪名，起碼這兩人在審薄上的表演和表現，中共高層是十分滿意的。」
時事評論員司馬泰：「我個人倒不覺得它會重新審，對中共來講，它想要這件事情快速的落幕。」
目前中共即將召開十八屆三中全會，時事評論員司馬泰分析，重新審理，薄案會越鬧越大，而中共最不想看到的是薄熙來所犯的核心罪被披露出來。
觀察人士認為，薄熙來否認全部指控，表現出的絕不就範的態度，說明薄熙來啟動上訴程序將不可避免。
夏小強：「根據薄熙來一審在法庭上的表現，薄熙來向最高法院提出上訴的可能性比較大。更為重要的原因是，薄熙來上訴、不認罪，是薄熙來和他身後的江澤民陣營的一個政治上的選擇，是出於政治鬥爭的需要。」
不過，時事評論員夏小強指出，即使上訴，薄熙來案件也不會出現太多變數。他觀察，中共從內部已經開始的分裂、崩潰，這是審理薄案透露出的重要信息。
他進一步分析，審判薄熙來，中共高層掩蓋了薄案的核心機密：薄熙來、周永康政變謀反，以及活摘法輪功學員器官的兩宗罪。而薄熙來更是當庭翻供拒不配合，致使當局無法順利完成一場排演好的庭審。
夏小強預計，薄熙來案件之後，中共內部兩個陣營之間的激烈博弈，將會持續，同時，也會把中共分崩的內幕曝光出來。
不過，也有分析指出，鑒于對薄熙來的反覆無常的了解，中南海在評估風險時，似乎也給自己預留了後手。即使薄熙來全部否定經濟罪的指控，習近平還是可以升級薄案，抓捕薄、周政變的關鍵人物前中共常委周永康，最終徹底解決後患。
在薄熙來受審之前，就有傳聞說周永康是下一個被抓的目標。

Suspense Over Possible Second Bo Xilai Trial: Internal Party Struggles Continue Collapse
The five-day trial of Bo Xilai in Jinan Court,
Shandong Province closed on August 26.
Sources said that Bo has been
sent back to Beijing Qicheng Jail.
Analysts said that the Bo trial is unlikely
to have ended this time around.
It is possible that Bo will appeal, and

The Bo Xilai trial has taken an unexpected turn.
Bo’s denial of the charges and pugnacious
defense has took Zhongnanhai aback.
Consequently, this has raised
many issues unexpected raised.
In order to shift blame away from his crimes, Bo
claimed his wife has an affair with Wang Lijun.
Bo further claimed that it was this “love triangle"
that instigated Wang’s subsequent defection.
The trial ended with these allegations remaining open.
Lan Shu, current affairs commentator: “The first
trial, and the entire procedure has turned into a joke.
Now it has become a case of a
romantic link, which is a joke."
Deutsche Welle cited a Wall Street Journal report.
“Despite Bo’s pugnacious defense, the
court is almost certain to convict him.
It will hand him a lengthy prison
term when it delivers its verdict."
Shi Da, current affairs commentator: “The theatrical
trial has allowed the world to see the corrupt nature
of Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials’ lives.
It reflects the mess of the judicial system in China.
If the Bo trial closes now, the CCP leadership will face a
huge power crisis, and the world will doubt its capability."
In the first trial, Bo disclosed a new crime
involving Gu Kailai and Wang Lijun.
Deutsche Welle analyzed that a
second trial could bring more suspense.
For example, it remains unclear whether
Bo’s son, Bo Guagua will be punished.
Is there a possibility of re-opening
the Wang Lijun and Gu Kailai trial?
Xia Xiaoqiang, current affairs commentator: “It is unlikely
that the CCP will charge Gu and Wang with new crimes.
At least the CCP leadership is satisfied
with Wang and Gu’s behaviors in court."
Sima Tai, current affairs commentator: “I don’t
think they will re-open a trial for Wang and Gu.
The CCP intends to rapidly close the case."
The CCP’s Third Plenary Session
of the 18th Congress is approaching.
If it re-opens a trial, the Bo case will
increasingly bring more attention.
The CCP doesn’t want to have
Bo’s most severe crimes exposed.
Observers believe that Bo has completely denied charges,
and fully defended himself, indicating he would appeal.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “Looking at Bo’s behaviors in court, there is
a very high possibility he will appeal to the Supreme Court.
The most important reason is that Bo’s denial
and possible appeal are the political choices
of both himself and the Jiang Zemin faction.
It is the need of this particular political struggle."
Xia Xiaoqiang points out that although Bo may
appeal, the case will not change too much.
Xia said that the CCP has begun
to split and collapse internally.
This information has been revealed during Bo’s trial.
Xia added that the high levels of the CCP have
covered up a deep secret during the Bo case.
Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang plotted a military coup.
They are also implicated in live organ
harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.
Bo has denied all the charges and didn’t co-operate in court.
The result was that trial did not play out as the CCP intended.
Xia Xiaoqiang speculates that after the Bo trial,
the CCP’s internal struggle will continue to intensify.
Meanwhile, the inside story of this
internal struggle will be exposed.
Some analysts suggest that by knowing Bo’s capricious
character, Zhongnanhai seems to have prepared.
Although Bo has completely denied his financial
crimes, Xi Jinping can still upgrade Bo’s charges.
Xi can have Zhou Yongkang arrested, who
is the key person for plotting the military coup.
This could settle down the case and also
allow removal of possible future difficulties.
Before the trial, rumors were spread that
Zhou Yongkang could be the next target.
