【新唐人2013年08月28日訊】在庭審中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來的第五天，中共當局宣佈，中國石油天然氣集團公司副總經理王永春涉嫌嚴重違紀，目前正接受中紀委調查。觀察人士分析，薄熙來在庭審上氣焰囂張，當庭翻供，顯示背後仍然有支持勢力。當局在這個時候宣佈調查王永春，可能是試圖限制薄熙來同盟的權力。
中紀委監察部網站通報上說，同時也兼任大慶油田有限責任公司總經理的王永春，涉嫌嚴重違紀，目前正接受組織調查。現年53歲的王永春是繼前國家能源局局長劉鐵男之後，又一位涉嫌違紀被調查的能源系統高官。據了解，他在中國石油天然氣行業有超過30年的工作經歷。
時政觀察人士唐靖遠：「中共的高層在這個全世界都很矚目的時候，突然發佈王永春被調查的消息，我們都知道，王永春被調查其實已經有一段時間了，為甚麼不早不晚，就在這個時候來發佈？它(中共)的目地不僅可以敲打薄熙來，而且也在警告江澤民，它意思就是，不要以為可以保住薄熙來，連周永康都已經在劫難逃，何況已經淪為階下囚的薄熙來。」
時政觀察人士唐靖遠分析，薄熙來在庭審期間，為甚麼態度囂張的當庭翻供，這說明他對前中央政法委書記周永康、前中央常委曾慶紅以及江澤民他們還抱有希望，希望能藉助江系的力量翻盤。
曾慶紅、周永康是「石油幫」代表人物。周永康曾在石油部門任職38年。維基解密曾曝光，周永康和曾慶紅家族控制著整個中國石油的利益。
「十八大」之後，前四川省委副書記李春城、中央翻譯局局長衣俊卿，以及劉鐵男等首先被習近平陣營反腐祭旗。這些落馬高官的背後都有一只「大老虎」。李春城牽涉到周永康，衣俊卿背後是李長春，劉鐵男則有江澤民及李鵬支撐。
時事評論員夏小強：「現在看來，薄熙來的翻供其實是他身後的江澤民、周永康陣營在支援，那麼這就造成中共高層會加速處理周永康。主要原因是周永康在位時維穩系統和形成的第二中央，以及給中國社會造成的巨大混亂，這個問題不得到解決，中共最高層的執政很難走下去。」(聲音來源：希望之聲國際廣播電臺)
分析指出，薄熙來案件的實質是中共最高權力的鬥爭，包括薄 熙來在重慶的唱紅打黑，都是為了奪取中共最高權力做的輿論準備。
時政觀察人士唐靖遠：「中共有一個特點，每當有一個比較大的動作的時候，都會有一個鋪墊過程，就是吹吹風啊給出一些信號，一個是為了減輕對證據的震盪和衝擊，另外一個，同時也是放出風聲，讓相關人員看清楚形勢之後，好選擇站隊。」
8月26號，海內外關注的薄案庭審在薄熙來荒誕翻供的表演中結束。同一天，涉薄案核心內幕人物之一，周永康的心腹王永春被調查。一時之間「抓捕周永康」的消息也不脛而走，外界猜測，中國政局下一輪的聚焦點或者即將出現。

Another High Ranking Official Investigated in China
On the fifth day of the trail of Bo Xilai, former Chongqing
Party Secretary of the Communist Party (CCP),
the Chinese authorities announced that Wang Yongchun,
Deputy Manager of the China National Petroleum
Corporation, was under investigation for serious violations.
Observers believe that Bo Xilai’s arrogance in court
shows that he had support.
The latest news the Wang Yongchun investigation is probably
an attempt to limit the power of Bo Xilai’s alliance.
The Central Discipline Inspection Commission website
published the news that
Wang Yongchun is now under investigation
for serious violations.
Wang Yongchun, 53, has worked for 30 years
in the oil and gas industry.
After the investigation of Liu Tienan,
former National Energy Secretary,
Wang is the second high ranking official
under investigation for serious violations.
Tang Jingyuan, political observer: “Wang Yongchen
was under investigation for quite a while,
but why is the news of his alleged violations publicized now?
The real purpose of this maneuver is to warn Jiang Zemin
that he cannot even protect Zhou Yongkang, let alone Bo Xilai, the jailbird."
Tang Jingyuan believes Bo Xilai’s defiance in court indicated
that he still cherishes the hope of a political comeback.
Bo wants to rely on the support of Zhou Yongkang,
Zeng Qinhong, and Jiang Zemin to regain power in the future.
Zeng Qinghong and Zhou Yongkang are representatives
of the Oil Gang.
Zhou Yongkang has worked in the oil sector for 38 years.
WikiLeaks has exposed that Zhou Yongkang
and the Zeng family control all Chinese oil interests.
After the 18th Congress, all victims of Xi Jinping’s
anti-corruption campaign had strong support.
For example, Li Chuncheng, the former Sichuan Deputy
Secretary, was supported by Zhou Yongkang;
Yu Junqing, the Central Translation Bureau Secretary,
was supported by Li Changchun,
and Liu Tienan was supported by Jiang Zemin and Li Peng.
Xia Xiaoqiang, political commentator: “It now appears
that Bo’s retraction in court is actually supported by Jiang and Zhou.
So, the CCP will accelerate the process of controlling
Zhou.
The main reason is that Zhou had formed a second power
center with his stability maintenance system during
his reign, causing tremendous chaos in China.
If the problem of Zhou is not properly addressed,
it will be difficult for the CCP to move forward."
Analysis pointed out that the essence of the Bo Xilai trial
is the power struggle of the CCP’s high level, including
Bo’s singing revolutionary songs and anti-corruption moves,
which were steps to lay a foundation for public opinion.
Tang Jingyuan, political observer: “A characteristic
of the CCP is whenever there is a huge maneuver,
there will be a foreshadowing process, namely, sending out
messages to reduce the shock and impact of evidence,
and also facilitating people to make choices."
On August 26, when the world’
s attention was
focused on Bo’s absurd performances,
the investigation of Wang Yongchun, henchman of
Zhou Yongkang, was announced.
All of a sudden, the news of Zhou Yongkang’s arrest
spread like wildfire.
Observers think that the next focus point of China’s
political arena will surface very soon.
