【新唐人2013年08月22日訊】中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來將在這個月23號受審。大陸媒體8月17號曝出，武漢發現一個地下賣腎黑車間，具有豐富臨床經驗的專業醫生參與，對供體和受體都同時同地接受移植手術。分析認為，中國黑市買賣器官移植呈現出的簡單化，證明了中共近幾年的大規模活摘器官，已經訓練出大批器官移植的專業醫生。當局在薄熙來案即將開審之際，曝光這些黑幕，背後隱藏著甚麼目的呢？請看報導。
據大陸《楚天都市報》報導，武漢市郊的一棟別墅變成了湖北地下賣腎黑車間。報導說，實施手術的是一個專業的醫療班組，包含有一名主刀醫生、一名麻醉師，還有兩名護士。
一次腎移植，買腎人花費40萬元，賣腎人得3萬，負責手術的醫生得13萬、麻醉師得3萬、參與護士各1萬，剩餘款項由所謂的「線人」分贓。
讓民眾非常震驚的是：供體和受體都同時在別墅內接受移植手術。
台灣著名中醫師胡乃文：「假如說他能夠熟練到好像做一個小小手術的話，這就是表示說他做的非常非常多這種手術，非經過幾百個手術以上，不可能那麼熟練。」
台灣著名中醫師胡乃文指出，一個醫生做器官移植手術需要熟悉器官配型、抗排斥等尖端知識，同時手術過程中還要保證血液融合、防止血液凝固等難題，縫合技術要求也很高。胡乃文認為，這樣的醫生不是簡單就能訓練出來的。
美國南加州大學公共政策博士葉科表示，中共報導器官黑市目的是想轉移人們視線，以掩蓋活體摘取法輪功學員器官的罪惡行為。
美國南加州大學公共政策博士葉科：「在2006年之後，在面對全球譴責它（中共）對法輪功（學員）活摘器官之後，只好轉口承認（摘取）死刑犯。但是即使是死刑犯，沒法去解譯器官（移植手術）為甚麼就大大上升了，所以它只好把政府的非法行為轉移到所謂的販賣器官的集團上」。
葉科指出，當局這樣做，是迫於國際社會上對中共活摘器官的罪惡越來越關注的壓力。
6月27號，美國國會眾議院外交委員會前主席、共和黨議員羅斯雷婷恩(Ileana Ros-Lehtinen)和民主黨議員、軍事委員會資深議員安德魯斯(Robert Andrews)共同提出281號決議案。議案要求中共立即終止針對法輪功學員、其他良心犯的強摘器官行為，並要求立即結束持續14年的對法輪功的迫害；議案同時要求美國政府對中國器官移植情況進行調查，禁止那些參與非法摘取人體器官者入境美國，已在境內的要加以起訴。
實際上，在281號決議案的正文中還提到，根據《法輪功追查國際》提供的音訊資料，涉及到了中共當局高官，其中還暗示薄熙來和前重慶市公安局長王立軍都涉嫌其中。
加拿大人權律師大衛•麥塔斯（David Matas）和美國作家伊森•古特曼（Ethan Gutmann）運用大量調查資料和事實資料得出結論，2000年至2008年間，至少有6萬5千多名法輪功學員被中共活摘器官。
胡乃文：「很可能是殺害那些無辜者，包括了宗教異議人士，包括了法輪功的人士、包括維吾爾族，包括這些，才會造成這麼多的器官來源，以及這麼精準的手術就像小手術一樣。」
7月10號，愛爾蘭議會外交事務及貿易聯合委員會舉行了關於阻止中共活摘器官的聽證會，並且一致通過決議，要求中共停止活摘器官，敦促立法阻止中共活摘器官的罪行。
愛爾蘭國家電視電臺RTE和愛爾蘭第一大報《愛爾蘭時報》（Irish Times）都在第一時間對反對活摘器官事件的會議進行了詳細報導。
另外，西班牙最近通過並實施新的法律：禁止本國公民去中國接受非法器官移植手術。
葉科指出，中共對薄熙來活摘器官罪行的處理，就是中共對活摘案件的試金石。

Organ Trafficking in China: Will Bo Xilai be the fall guy?
The former Chongqing party secretary Bo Xilai’s trial
has been scheduled for Thursday August 23.
On August 17th, media exposed the grisly discovery of an
underground kidney trafficking den found in Wuhan.
It was operated by professional doctors, the living donors and
patients receive kidney transplantation surgery at the same time.
Analysts speculate that the vast black market in human organ
trafficking proves that the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP)
large-scale live organ harvesting is training many underground
organ transplant specialist.
What is the CCP’s purpose in disclosing such hellish scenes
just before Bo’s upcoming trial? Let’s take a look.
According to Chutian Metropolis Daily in Mainland China,
a Villa in Wuhan, Hubei Province became an
underground lab for trafficking kidneys.
The report alleges that the surgeries are performed by a
“professional" medical team?
It includes a surgeon, an anesthetist, and two nurses.
The report claims that for a kidney transplantation
the cost for the buyer 400,000 Yuan ($65,000),
the donor purportedly receives 30,000 Yuan ($5,000).
The surgeon is paid 13,000 Yuan ($2,000), the anesthetist will
get 30,000 Yuan ($5,000) each nurse is paid 10,000 Yuan ($ 1,600).
The rest of the money is allegedly split among the agencies.
People are shocked that both patient and donor received
surgery in the villa at the same time.
Hu, Naiwen, Taiwan Chinese Doctor: “If the transplantation
proceeds so skillfully like doing a minor surgery,
it indicates that they have done a great deal of such surgeries.
It takes hundreds of practice sessions to become so skilled."
Doctor Hu said that being an organ transplant doctor,
one must be familiar with organ matching, anti-rejection,
drugs and other high-end knowledge.
Meanwhile, the blood type must match,
prevent blood clotting and other complications.
It also requires a very high level suture technique.
Hu believes that such doctors are not trained in the
conventional way.
Dr. Ye Ke at the University of Southern California said that
the CCP released the news of organ transplantation
in the black market, only as a diversion.
They are covering up the crimes of human organ harvesting
from Falun Gong practitioners while they are still alive.
Ye Ke: “Since 2006, Falun Gong practitioners globally
have condemned CCP’s harvesting of live Falun Gong practitioners organs.
The CCP has to pretend that the organs are taken
from executed prisoners.
But it still can’t explain why the number of transplantations
has dramatically increased.
Thus the CCP’s purpose is to divert attention from governmental
illegal practices to the black market, underworld gangs."
Ye Ke said that the authorities did so because of the
international communities’ increasing outcry concerning the
CCP’s gouging of organs from live Falun Gong practitioners.
On June 27th , US Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and US Rep.
Robert Andrews jointly introduced
bipartisan House Resolution 281.
Resolution 281 calls for ending the practice of organ harvesting
from Falun Gong practitioners and all prisoners in China.
The Resolution demands an immediate end to the
14-year persecution of Falun Gong.
The Resolution also calls for the US government to
further investigate organ transplantation in China,
and ban the entry of those who have participated in
the illegal removal of human tissues and organs,
and prosecute such individuals
should they be found on U.S. soil.
The Resolution 281 mentioned that according to the World
Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong,
released telephone transcripts and audio recordings,
indicate that
the Chinese central authorities is involved in organ
harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners.
Bo Xilai and former Chongqing police chief
Wang Lijun are participants in the crimes.
David Matas, Canadian human rights lawyer, and
Ethan Gutmann, the US writer and investigative journalist
drew the grisly conclusion from extensive investigations:
that between 2000-2008, at least 65,000 Falun Gong practitioners’
organs have been harvested live by the CCP.
Hu, Naiwen: “They likely killed many innocent people,
including religious dissidents, Falun Gong practitioners and
Uighurs. To pirate so many organs, thus they can reach
such skillful and precise surgical technique."
On July 10th, the Irish Parliament Joint Committee on
Foreign Affairs and Trade convened a session on the subject:
“End Organ Harvesting in China."
It passed a unanimous resolution calling for the ending
of forced human organ harvesting in China,
and urging legislation to prevent the CCP’s crime of
forced human organ harvesting.
Ireland’s National Television, National Radio as well as
the Irish Times newspaper reported details of the:
“End Organ Harvesting in China" session in the Parliament.
In addition, recently, Spain has adopted and implemented
the new law to prohibit their citizens from going to China for transplantation.
Ye Ka points out that how the CCP deals with Bo Xilai’s
crimes, is the touchstone of how it’s dealing with
the live organ harvesting issue.
