【新唐人2013年08月10日訊】中共18大後，前中央政法委書記周永康的三大親信，四川省委副書記李春城、湖北政法委書記吳永文，與前四川省副省長郭永祥已經被剪除。近日，再度傳出周永康兒子逃亡海外，以及周家家族的大管家吳兵被捕的消息。觀察人士認為，所有案例，種種跡象表明，都指向了周永康。請看報導。
周永康下臺後，李春城、被譽為周永康「鐵桿中的鐵桿」的吳永文、和擔任周18年秘書的郭永祥相繼涉嫌嚴重違紀被調查﹔另外，據傳，周永康兒子周斌也不得不逃到海外四處避風。
最近，海外媒體再傳出，周永康家族的大管家與投資出麵人吳兵，8月2號晚企圖逃離北京，在北京西站被抓。吳是周斌的「鐵哥們」，周家的所有生意都由他來打點。
香港《光華日報》報導指稱，吳涉嫌的主要罪行是為周家侵吞了數百億國有資產。其中包括用9000萬元買下每年利潤27億元的陝西榆林中石油油田﹔用4000萬元收購總價值80億元的企業項目，僅從五糧液、國窖等公司股份就獲利68億。
香港《蘋果日報》援引消息還指出，周斌僅在重慶，從薄熙來給的項目中，就賺了近100億元的利潤。
還有消息透露，周斌在北京有18處房產，包括東、北、西部郊區的宮殿式建築，其中一處不裝修的，價值就2億人民幣。
此外，8月6號成都高新發展股份有限公司董事長被紀檢部門帶走調查，據稱這也是自去年12月份以來，第10位被帶走調查的與周斌有著密切經濟聯繫的商人。
《光華日報》認為，如今周永康退休不久，其心腹及下屬就接連出事，預示了他糟糕的下場。
獨立評論員韓武認為，周永康案涉及到了整個權貴集團的利益，所以整個太子黨的權貴集團，不願意讓習近平動這塊乳酪。
獨立評論員韓武：「他把周永康揪出來，肯定牽扯權貴集團的利益，但是他不動的話又影響整體改革，涉及的總體規劃的實施。所以從民間民眾來講，希望他能下這樣的決心，但是從目前來看，從《人民日報》社論和《新華社》的觀點不一致。」
在周永康擔任政法委書記期間，推行強硬維穩政策，維穩經費每年超過7,000億元，比軍費開支還多，但民眾抗爭事件反而猛增，從每年幾萬起發展到每年幾十萬起。
在過去一年多中，有大量海外媒體報導了薄熙來和周永康密謀政變、共同參與活體摘取法輪功學員器官、「黑打」等一系列罪行。
有海外媒體分析認為，從政法委被降格，組織政法系統集體進京學習，到各級公安與政法一把手分治，再到自李春城落馬以來引起的四川官商持續動盪，問罪懲治周永康的跡象和信號日益明確。
但專欄作家司馬泰對《新唐人》表示，心狠手辣的周永康就像前蘇聯貝利亞，他不僅把政法系統改變成了獨立王國，擁有犯罪集團，而且周永康收集的黑材料也牽扯到整個中共系統，使中共投鼠忌器。
時事評論員司馬泰：「周永康就是把維穩變成一種產業，變成了國家的一種基本國策，綁架了整個國家，他就是江澤民政策的執行者和實施者，所以他們從一條線上講，你動了周永康，那江澤民敢不敢動？所以習近平瞻前顧後。」
司馬泰指出，如果習近平只想維護中共的統治、從中共老人那裏取得支持的話，他肯定甚麼都做不成﹔如果他能打破封鎖，讓人民知道真相，用人民支持他的力量，用國際潮流的力量，他就能成功。

Zhou Yongkang’s Faction Continues to be Removed
Following the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP)
18th National People’s Congress, three supporters of
Zhou Yongkang, Secretary of the Central Political and
Law Commission, were removed from their position.
They were Li Chuncheng, Deputy Secretary of Sichuan
Province, Wu Yongwen, Secretary of the Politics and
Law Committee in Hubei Province, and Guo Yongxiang,
former Vice Governor of Sichuan Province.
Recently, is has been rumored that
Zhou Yongkang’s son has fled overseas.
Wu Bing, the Zhou’s family housekeeper was also arrested.
Observers think that many things happened lately
are eventually focused on Zhou Yongkang. Let’s see the reports.
After Zhou Yongkang stepped down, three of his supporters
were investigated for serious violation of CCP policies.
They were Li Chuncheng, Wu Yongwen, who was known
as Zhou Yongkang best advocate, and Guo Yongxiang,
who served as Zhou’s secretary of Zhou for 18 years.
It was also reported that Zhou Bin, the
son of Zhou Yongkang, has fled overseas.
Recently, foreign media released reports on
Wu Bing, who was Zhou Yongkang’s family
housekeeper and investments manager.
Wu tried to escape to Beijing on the night of August 2,
and was arrested at the Beijing West Railway Station.
Wu is a friend of Zhou Bin, and he was in
charge of all the Zhou’s family business.
Kwong Wah Daily in Hong Kong alleged that Wu’s
principal offense is misappropriation of tens of
billions of state-owned assets for the Zhou family.
It includes oil fields of PetroChina in Yulin District, Shaanxi
Province, which were purchased with 90 Million Yuan.
They have an annual profit of 2.7 billion yuan.
Wu also acquired enterprise projects worth
8 Billion Yuan with only 40 Million Yuan.
He gained profits of 6.8 Billion Yuan from shares
in Wuliangye, National Pits and other companies.
Apple Daily quoted other sources.
In Chongqing, Zhou Bin earned a profit of
nearly 10 Billion Yuan from Bo Xilai’s projects.
It is also revealed that Zhou Bin has 18 properties in Beijing.
These include a palace-style building
in the east, north and west suburbs.
One has a non–renovated value of 200 Million Yuan.
In addition, on August 6, the CEO of Chengdu
Hi-tech Development Co., Ltd. was taken
away by the Discipline Inspection Department.
They are allegedly the 10th businessman being investigated,
who has had close links to Zhou Bin since last December.
Kwong Wah Daily believes that Zhou was just retired.
His confidants and subordinates were successively
in trouble, which was foreshadowing his terrible fate.
Apple Daily pointed out that the CCP’s investigating
Zhou Yongkang’s case is like peeling an onion.
Independent expert Han Wu believes that Zhou Yongkang’s
case relates to the interests of an entire elite CCP group.
The whole group of princelings are
unwilling to let Xi Jinping to touch him.
Han Wu: “He pulled out Zhou Yongkang, which
will certainly involve the interests of the elite group.
But if they did not remove him, it would affect the overall
reform, and involved the implementation of the overall plan.
So people hope Xi can draw on such determination.
However, in the current situation, the People’s Daily’s
editorials are inconsistent with Xinhua News Agency’s.”
When Zhou Yongkang served as the Secretary of
the Politics and Law Committee, he implemented
tough policies in the name of maintaining stability.
Funds for these policies exceeded
7,000 Billion Yuan every year.
This exceeded that of military spending.
Public protests soared, from tens of thousands
of incidents every year to hundreds of thousands.
In the past year, a large number of overseas
media reported on Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang’s
plot to undertake a military coup and overthrow Xi.
They are also widely reported for their participation
in organ harvesting from living Falun Gong
practitioners, as well as triads and other crimes.
Overseas media analysts believe that there are clear
signals now towards the sentence of Zhou Yongkang.
Signals include his relegation from the Politics and Law
Committee, organization of the political and legal system
personnel to study in Beijing, and the separate
governance of police and political leaders at all levels.
There has also been continual turmoil in official and
business fields in Sichuan after Li Chuncheng stepped down.

Zhou Yongkang is ruthless like
Beria of the former Soviet Union.
He not only changed the political and legal system
into an independent kingdom with crime syndicates.
His collection of black materials are also related
to the entire Chinese Communist system.
It makes the new leaders hesitate in dealing with Zhou.
Sima Tai: “Zhou Yongkang changed
safeguarding stability into an industry.
A basic national policy, so he
is kidnapping the entire country.
He is the perpetrator of Jiang Zemin’s
policies, so they are in the same boat.
If you punish Zhou Yongkang,
then how about Jiang Zemin?
Therefore, Xi Jinping has become indecisive.”
Sima Tai notes that if Xi Jinping just wants to uphold
the rule of the CCP, and to obtain support from
CCP veterans, then he certainly can do nothing.
If he can break the blockade and let people know
the truth, with the support of the people and
international powers, he can then be successful.
