【新唐人2013年08月02日訊】重慶前市委書記薄熙來，中共以三宗罪提起公訴，這場中國數十年來發生的最大政治醜聞，似乎就要劃上了句號。不過，海外媒體31號報導，薄熙來將在法庭上承認一部分罪行，不會承認所有的罪名。圍繞著薄熙來案子還將有甚麼變數，請隨我們一起來看看。
「英國廣播公司《BBC》」中文網引述消息來源說，薄熙來對濫用職權的指控可能不會認罪。而接近薄熙來家人的消息人士說，薄熙來會認罪，但不會為家庭成員犯下的罪行負責。此外，接近中共權力高層的消息人士也有同樣的說法。
山東濟南市檢察院上週以薄熙來涉嫌「受賄、貪污和濫用職權」三宗罪名，向濟南市中級法院提起公訴。
而濫用職權罪，是指薄熙來在擔任重慶市委書記期間，阻止原重慶市公安局局長王立軍調查谷開來謀殺英國商人海伍德一案。
《BBC》還表示，接近高層的消息人士曾披露，薄熙來最初拒絕認罪。但是為了爭取寬大處理，薄熙來又改變態度，採取合作態度，準備在審判中認罪。
《北京之春》雜誌主編胡平認為，如果薄熙來認罪，薄瓜瓜從薄熙來的最大金主徐明處獲得的金錢資助，罪責就不用薄瓜瓜承擔，因此，這可能是薄熙來認罪配合的關鍵。
時事評論員林子旭：「大家知道，薄熙來可以說是共產黨最為典型的黨棍，他很有可能，會靠著共產黨這棵大樹拒不認罪，按照中共的那套邪惡的理論，薄熙來的所作所為才是最共產黨的。想要用共產黨制定的惡法，給極具共產黨特色的黨棍的共產惡行冠以濫權的指控，這個似乎有些難度。」
去年2月21號，美國媒體《華盛頓自由燈塔》曾披露，一位了解情況的美國官員說，王立軍向美方提供的材料中，涉及到前政治局常委周永康的貪污腐敗材料，還有薄熙來和周永康密謀計劃，如何整垮習近平，不讓他順利接班等。
時事評論員任百鳴：「薄熙來是有相當的政治野心，他甚至想要做薄澤東，將來有一天，篡奪大權。薄熙來他搞的這一套，是路線鬥爭，是要謀反。」
《大紀元時報》還獲悉，海伍德和谷開來在英國開了家合資公司，專門負責把器官和屍體賣到海外。當發現中紀委、美國和英國等的情報部門都在追查此事後，薄熙來、谷開來將海伍德滅口。王立軍知道的事比海伍德還多，據傳，王立軍給美國使館的材料中，就有薄熙來、谷開來活摘法輪功學員器官、販賣屍體的罪行。
外界普遍認為，一旦這些驚人的罪行曝光於天下，中共將馬上面臨倒臺的危機。林子旭分析，現任中共領導人想要保住中共，但是按照這個邪惡體制的遊戲規則，一定會保薄熙來這樣的黨棍的。而薄熙來的存在，又直接威脅到習近平的執政領導地位，可以說是矛盾重重。
回顧歷史，中共當年審判毛澤東的妻子江青時，她曾拒絕認罪。在法庭上，江青堅稱她是執行毛的指示，使臺上的審判者無言以對。
可以想像，如果薄熙來在法庭上，也拒不認罪，一旦反守為攻，由此引發的國際反響會非常大。
林子旭：「真的在法院上審理薄熙來，薄熙來很有可能利用這次機會，在法院上煽動來造勢，這些無法預料的因素，都很有可能讓目前中共詭異的政局發生驟變。」
胡平認為，不論薄熙來案甚麼時候開審，以甚麼方式開審，也不論它會審出甚麼樣的結果，都無助於改善中共的形象，只會使中共更加丟臉。

Bo Will Admit a Portion of his Crimes?
The former CCP Secretary of Chongqing, Bo Xilai,
was prosecuted by the CCP with three criminal charges.
The largest Chinese political scandal in decades
seems to have come to an end.
However, overseas media reported that on July 31,
Bo Xilai will admit part, not all, of his crimes in court.
What changes will take place in the Bo Xilai case?
Let’s take a look.
The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC)
Chinese network quoted information sources who said
Bo Xilai may not plead guilty on allegations of abuse
of power.
The close family sources said Bo Xilai will plead guilty,
but will not be responsible for the crimes committed
by his family members.
In addition, informants from the top levels of
the CCP provided the same argument.
Jinan Procuratorate in Shandong Province prosecuted
Bo last week on charges of bribery, corruption
and abuse of power at the Jinan Intermediate
People’s Court.
The crime abuse of power referred to his blocking
Wang Lijun, the former director of the Police
Department in Chongqing, from investigating Gu Kailai
in the murder of British businessman Neil Heywood.
BBC also said that informants close to high-level CCP
have revealed that Bo Xilai initially refused to plead guilty.
However, in order for leniency, Bo Xilai changed his
attitude and began cooperating.
Hu Ping, the editor in chief of Beijing Spring magazine,
believes that if Bo Xilai pled guilty to receiving bribes
from Xu Ming, then Bo’s son Bo Guagua would not
be guilty of getting funding from him.
So it should be key for Bo Xilai to plea guilty.
Commentator Lin Zixu: “As you know, Bo can
be said to be the most typical CCP member,
so he is likely not to plea guilty relying
on the CCP itself.
According to the evil theory of CCP, what Bo did
should be mostly in line with the CCP.
It seems to be difficult to accuse a very CCP member
of power abuse given the evil laws made by the CCP."
On February 21, 2012, Washington Beacon of Freedom,
a media outlet in the US, revealed that a US official
said the materials Wang Lijun provided to the US
contained information involving the corruption
of Zhou Yongkang, the former Politburo Standing
Committee, as well as Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang
plotting how to topple Xi Jinping and prevent
a smooth succession.
Commentator Ren Baiming:
“Bo Xilai has considerable political ambitions.
He even wants to become Bo Zedong (Bo Xilai’s father),
and obtain the highest power someday.
What Bo did is the struggle of lines,
and is for rebellion."
The Epoch Times also reported that Heywood
and Gu Kailai opened a joint venture company
in the UK specializing in trafficking organs
and bodies overseas.
When they realized the Central Discipline Inspection
Commission and intelligence agencies from
the United States and Britain were investigating them,
Bo Xilai and Gu Kailai killed Heywood.
Wang Lijun knew more inside stories than Heywood.
It was said that included in the materials he provided
to the US embassy was information of the Bo Xilai/
Gu Kailai crimes involving organ harvesting from living
Falun Gong practitioners, as well as body trafficking.
It is widely believed that once these shocking crimes
are exposed to the world, the CCP will fall immediately.
Lin Zixu analyzed that the current Chinese leader
wants to keep the CCP,
but in accordance with the rules of the evil game system,
it will ensure Bo Xilai’s protection.
Lin also thinks Bo’s existence is also a direct threat
to the ruling leader Xi Jinping and that this is quite contradictory.
Historically, in the trial of Mao’s wife Jiang Qing,
Jiang refused to plead guilty.
She insisted that she was executing Mao’s instructions,
making the judge speechless.
If Bo Xilai also refuses to plead guilty, and in turn
attacks them the same way, it will cause great
international repercussions for the CCP.
Lin Zixu: “If they really put Bo on trial, he is likely
take advantage of this opportunity to incite in court.
These unpredictable factors are likely to cause sudden
changes in the CCP’s current political situation."
Hu Ping believes that no matter what time Bo will be
put on trial, or in what way, and whatever the results
may be, there is nothing that can improve the CCP’s
image, but only cause it more humiliation.
