隨著法輪功學員十四年來的反迫害以及社會各界的譴責，中共的勞教迫害已經走入窮途末路。最近，北京的兩個勞教所已經釋放了被劫持在那裏的部分法輪功學員。
據海外《明慧網》報導，位於北京南部大興區的「北京新安勞教所」和「北京女子勞教所」，7月5號，釋放了大部分被非法關押的法輪功學員，但是一些拒絕放棄信仰，所謂「不轉化」的法輪功學員，卻被居住地街道辦事處專門迫害法輪功的「綜治辦」，和區「610辦公室」劫持到各區的洗腦班，繼續關押迫害。
據報導，「北京新安勞教所」是關押男性勞教人員的調遣處，每年非法關押法輪功學員約350人，因「新安勞教所」不定期將法輪功學員以每人1,000元的價格，「賣」到外地勞教所，所以人員數量不穩定。
而「北京女子勞教所」去年掛上了「戒毒所」的牌子，從今年5月開始，陸陸續續釋放被非法關押的法輪功學員。
中共的「勞教制度」不經法律程序就剝奪公民的人身自由，在國際上早就臭名遠揚，更被聯合國列為應該立即取締的邪惡專制制度。在過去的十四年裡，這個罪惡的制度一直被中共用來迫害法輪功學員。為了強迫法輪功學員放棄對「真、善、忍」的信仰，各地勞教所對法輪功學員施以各種酷刑，包括：綁死人床、上大掛、上老虎凳、強姦、性騷擾、野蠻灌食、精神洗腦、不讓睡覺等，很多學員甚至被迫害致死。
胡佳就醫受阻 持刀對峙
患有肝病大陸維權人士胡佳，7月16號出門到醫院複診取藥，但遭到守在家門口的多名國保攔阻，他持刀與國保對峙。
胡佳對《新唐人》表示，他與國保交涉了1個多小時，國保仍不放行。胡佳問國保，是不是非得把他逼成楊佳那樣持刀襲警才肯罷休？國保們嘲笑他說：「那你去拿刀去啊！」。胡佳真的上樓把刀拿下來了。
胡佳說，這是他平生39年來第一次拿刀自衛。他說，作為佛教徒，他真的不想傷害任何人，他只是要去醫院，健康問題是底線。
民運人士譴責馬雲六四言論
中國的電子商務集團公司「阿里巴巴」前總裁馬雲，日前在接受香港《南華早報》的採訪時，肯定中共前黨魁鄧小平在1989年「六四事件」中的屠殺行為，並說屠殺決定是「當時最正確的決定」。馬雲的言論受到民運人士的譴責。
7月16號，海外民運人士發起簽名運動，要求馬雲收回有關不當言論，並向「六四」死難者親屬及參與者作出道歉。他們表示，如馬雲未有回應，大家不應再支持馬雲的投資及產品，包括阿里巴巴、支付寶及新浪網等。聯署人士包括學者胡平及王丹等人。

Falun Gong Practitioners Released from Two Labor Camps in Beijing
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been
persecuting Falun Gong practitioners for 14 years.
It has now entered a dead end, facing criticism
of the persecution, and accusations from all circles.
Recently, Falun Gong practitioners who were detained
in two labor camps in Beijing were released.
Overseas Minghui website reported that on July 5,
most Falun Gong practitioners who were illegally
detained in both “Beijing Xin’an Labor Camp" and
“Beijing Women’s Forced Labor Camp" were released.
The two labor camps are in Daxing district, South of Beijing.
However, some practitioners who refused to give up
their beliefs were kidnapped to “brainwashing centers"
by residential offices and the district “610 office".
The report said that Beijing Xin’an Labor Camp
was the distributor of male detainees, and
350 practitioners were held inside every year.
The number of detained practitioners varied
because the camp sold them to other labor
camps at 1000 RMB per person.
Last year, Beijing Women’s Forced Labor Camp
changed their brand to ‘addiction treatment institute’.
From May of this year, Falun Gong practitioners
have been released one after another.
The Labor camp system of the Chinese Communist Party
deprives the freedom of it’s citizens without legal proceedings.
It is notorious in the international community.
It was listed as a dictatorship by the
UN, who suggested ending it immediately.
In the past 14 years, this evil system was utilized
by the CCP to persecuted Falun Gong practitioners.
This was in order to force Falun Gong practitioners to give
up there belief in truthfulness, compassion and forbearance,
The labor camps have used all kind of
torture methods on detained practitioners.
These include being tied to the death bed, the
tiger bench, rape, sexual harassment, force-feeding,
psychological brainwashing, sleep deprivation, etc.
Many practitioners have been tortured to death.
Hu Jia Forbidden to Attend Hospital, Resists with Knife
Mainland human rights activist Hu Jia has liver disease.
On July 16, Hu wanted to go to a hospital
for referral, and to take some medication.
However, Hu was stopped by several national
security personnel, who waited at Hu’s place.
Hu held a knife to confront them.
Hu Jia told NTD that he negotiated with the national
security personnel for one hour, but they still stopped him.
Hu asked them whether they would force him
to assault them with knife, like Yang Jia, who
killed six police in 2008 because of injustice.
The national security person laughed at him:
“You can try with a knife!" Hu then fetched his knife.
Hu said that it was first time he has needed to
defend himself with a knife in his 39 year’s of life.
He said as a Buddhist he really didn’t want to hurt anyone,
and he just wanted to go to hospital as his health is priority.
Pro-Democracy Activists Condemn Ma Yun Speeches on June 4.
Recently, Ma Yun, former president of the Chinese
e-commerce Group Company Alibaba was interviewed
by Hong Kong’s South China Morning Post.
Ma affirmed former CCP leader Deng Xiaoping’s decision
to kill during Tiananmen Square Protest on June 4, 1989.
Ma said the decision is the
wisest one at that time.
Ma was condemned by pro-democracy activists.
On July 16, overseas democratic
activists launched a signature Campaign.
It requests Ma to take his words back and apologize
to victims’ family, as well as participants of June 4.
They said that if Ma didn』t respond, people should
not support Ma’s investments and products,
including Alibaba, Aliepay and Sina.com, etc.
Signatories include scholar Hu Ping and Wang Dan, etc.
